SEASON 4 (Chapter 20)

Today Altaf will be away for a week to Germany on business. Actually he did not have the heart to leave his young son plus his wife who was in a coma, but this meeting was very important and he had to himself who was present there. Before leaving, he took himself to the hospital. Take off the misses all together say goodbye. He looked at his wife's face with a shady look, and held the right hand that now looked haggard.

"Darling, I'm going to Germany in the afternoon. You're fine here. I'll be right back for you and our son."

Altaf kissed his hand then turned to his wife's forehead. He stepped up straight to the parking lot. Before he left several times advised his parents to take care of the child and his wife well until the ears of Merisa hot.

"Mommy must often check Elena's situation if there is anything do not forget to contact me immediately" he said repeatedly making Merisa feel embarrassed.

"Son you've said it so many times. Your mommy gets so bad at hearing it." Charli scolded with a laugh.

"Alright dad. I went.” he said and kissed his entire little angel's face.

In another place there was a small movement of the hands of a patient who had been asleep for a long time. Elena's hands seemed to move even though her movements looked slow. The nurse who saw it immediately called the doctor who handled Elena. The doctor on duty immediately examined Elena and she was amazed how powerful the creator thought. Without a second thought the hospital immediately informed Elena's family. Merisa who was having breakfast with her husband and grandchildren in the babby sitter sling also looked surprised and happy not to play when she found the news.

"What's the saying?" charli asked, not usually his wife is that happy since her daughter-in-law is in a coma, he thought.

"Elena is already aware of that" he said enthusiastically.

"Thank God. Then let's get to the hospital right away." said Charli spirit.

They immediately headed to the hospital to see Elena.

"The granddaughter of the beautiful grand ma mommy has realized dear" he said while stroking his granddaughter's head fondly.

"You must miss mommy." only baby babbles by her granddaughter who makes her anxious.

When they get there. I cried when I saw her daughter-in-law opened her eyes.

"Dear mommy's daughter-in-law." she hugged Elena with happy tears.

"Thank God you're aware of me." said Merisa happily he to shed his tears.

However Elena did not reply she only responded with a smile. The sight was confused, the doctor who saw it immediately explained Elena's situation. He invited Merisa and Charli into his room.

"What's my son-in-law amnesia?" tanya Merisa is impatient.

"Look, ladies and gentlemen. Miss Elena was already conscious and she wasn't as enmesia as the madam had said. But something happened with his vocal cords due to the pressure at the time he vomited blood earlier. But you don't worry it won't last long" explained the doctor.

"Thank God, then doc." I felt calm after hearing this.

This happy news had reached Altaf's ears. Without wasting time he immediately flew from Germany to Indonesia precisely in Surabaya. Although the journey was not short, he did not care.

He went straight to Harapan Bunda hospital where his wife was treated. He was taken home by the driver who picked him up at the airport.

Arriving in Elena's room he was very happy without a second thought he ran to hug his beloved wife.

He was unable to explain how happy he was right now but his smile suddenly faded because he did not get the response he expected. He cuddled his embrace. He looked at Elena with a confused look on his face. What's up with Elenya thought Altaf wondering.

He saw Elena's body not reacting at all only her eyes that sometimes shed tears.

"Darling aren't you happy I'm here?" ask Altaf with a raucous. I don't know he himself was confused as long as he lived with Elena he was so easy to cry.

Elena shook her head slowly. Very slowly, if Altaf wasn't careful he wouldn't know that Elena answered him with a sledgehammer.

"Then why don't you say it directly honey hm. Come on, don't be ashamed of that" he said, still not knowing Elena's true condition.

Seeing that Elena's tears flowed even more. Seeing Elena's response, Altaf realized something. Something's wrong with Elenya.

Altaf ran to see the doctor who was treating his wife.

"Explain what happened to my wife" Altaf asked for an explanation.

Riko who was consulting with patients was shocked by the breakthrough made by Altaf.

"Ok sir, please sit for a while" he said.

He turned his eyes to his patient and said

"Mom we will continue again after my business and this master is done" he said politely. The patient just nodded and passed.

"Please explain." pinta Altaf impatiently.

Riko took a deep breath.

"Before that I'll say something about Miss Elena's illness."

"If you don't have to re-explain the doc because I already know my wife's illness" Altaf said cutting the solubility of the speech to be delivered by Riko.

"What's the sickness, sir?" ask Riko to make sure.

"Isn't it obvious he has a tumor, and once I have the tumor can be cured by surgery.and can you explain what happened?" sullen Altaf with annoyance.

“True about the disease but more specifically is a malignant tumor grade three or more known as Meningioma. this tumor affects the tissue of the brain membrane with a moderate level of malignancy but can be increased if it has developed grade III and here is the disease of the patient. that means the tumor can spread quickly and will be difficult to remove without therapy and surgery."

"Lord punish me. Don't put this ordeal on my wife's shoulders" she cried bitterly. He did not think that was the condition of his wife.

A hand patted his shoulder slowly.

"Son is all arranged by God. We as humans cannot deny it. Elena's destiny has been so beautifully outlined in her eyes that we see it as a wound." Charli tried to calm his son even though he knew it would not be easy for his son to accept this fact.

"Daddy already knows Elena's disease" asked Altaf weakly.

"Tumor." said Charli briefly.

Altap shook his head weakly and went back to crying. More than just a tumor dad." Say it with raucous.

"What's that bad." Altaf was just a languid cry.

"Son just like a tumor there must be a cure for that disease."

Altaf shook his head. "All the process will be very torturous for Elena dad but to let her go I can't afford it. Can I be selfish to always keep Elena by my side while she'll be in so much pain." he exclaimed.

Charli was silent to hear that he no longer knew what to say. Why can his son-in-law experience something like this.

"Lord if you would allow me to ask you one thing. Please heal my wife. I know that nothing is impossible for you." she prayed in her heart.
