Three Years Different
Part 28: The Queen and Her Husband

"That's. Elo, Mar. Not me," said Lutfan by taking the potty in Mardiyah's right hand. "Get in the bathroom, don't come out before I call."

"Yes" answered Mardiyah and entered the bathroom. At least Lutfan wants to use the potty, even without help from him as well.

Netra Lutfan actually caught the bathroom door tightly closed. Then he quickly opened his pants, and finished everything. Done it. Yet again, shame surrounds itself. Does he really have to call Mardiyah? Does that woman not feel disgusted?

"Lutfan already?"

I heard screaming from the bathroom.

"Yes. Already! You can get out!"

Mardiyah came out to him, immediately took the potty that had been filled with Lutfan urine. Then without disgust, Mardiyah threw away at the closet, and after washing her hands she returned to Lutfan to help the husband relax.

"Mar, I'll talk."

Mardiyah nodded and took a seat, looking straight at the Lutfan netra.

"Gue's paralyzed, Mar. Umma said, it can be healed. But if a year passes my legs do not heal, I will divorce you," said Lutfan.

Mardiyah's heart felt pierced by something. Lutfan's words were too sudden, and also why had he talked about divorce? Her marriage just happened.

"Why?"

Lutfan stared straight at meu on the roof of the hospital. "Have the disabled couple, Mar. Your devotion as a wife will be in vain, because your husband can not really make a living for a small family that you hope to later."

"It could be just taking nicotine, asking to be served continuously" a second later he smiled bitterly. "As a wife. Usually, girls really want to be in the queen, right, not be a maid or nurse who cooks just like taking care of sick people."

Mardiyah knew, the reason Lutfan would not look her in the eye. Of course because of all these words.

"Lutfan .. want me to tell you like a child?"

Lutfan hush. Mardiyah said, "The title, the Queen and her husband."

"It's weird. Why not the Queen and the King?" ask Lutfan who is getting interested.

Mardiyah came forward, laying her head on the bed that Lutfan was sleeping on, her hands touching the blanket that Lutfan was using.

"The people only admit that the magnificent palace is worthy to be led by the Queen alone. The weak, powerless king does not deserve to be with the Queen."

Lutfan replied, "What was the beginning? They married? Don't be half-dong if you're talking!"

Mardiyah began to tell me, "The flower country is a beautiful place that has a human race with paras like an angel and a prince. One day there is a contest for Princess Vashti who will be the successor to the throne of the Chrysanthemum Kingdom."

"What's the talk?"

Mardiyah smiled faintly. "To pick up the white chrysanthemum flowers that are on the plateau, without making them die or wither on the way to the Chrysanthemum Kingdom. And as a reward, the previous King will marry his only daughter to a successful man."

"Continuously?"

"Nothing worked. There were also those who wanted to succeed, the Prince of the Melati Kingdom failed because he forgot to cover the white chrysanthemum from sun exposure."

Lutfan's forehead shrivels. "Well who will be her husband, Princess Vashti?"

"Three days passed. There came a man from the Land of the Leaves, a place inhabited by the lowest human race because it was weak and helpless, unattractive. Even the human life in the Leaf Country was only to serve the race of the Branch Country, just think of it as enslaved."

Netra Lutfan dilates. Even he tried to fall asleep on his side, so that his ears were sharper to hear the story of Mardiyah. "Wahh! How can the race of the Leaf Country finally bring chrysanthemum flowers to the Princess?

"You know, don't you, Lutfan? That the flowers and leaves grow side by side, who understand the state of the flower is only the leaves. If withered and dead also sometimes feel falling together," explained Mardiyah

Lutfan.

"That man is Young Master Lind of the Adiantum residence, not the Prince. He managed to get a white chrysanthemum flower and had Princess Vashti. Because of his heart."

Lutfan frowned. "Hearty determination?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"Daughter Lord Vashti is willing to marry Young Master Lind, he fulfilled his promise without listening to the words of the people of Flower Country. Until the time, the previous king died. In his adoption of Princess Vashti to become Queen, automatically Young Master Lind must become King."

Mardiyah raised her head, just then she looked directly at Lutfan. "As usual .. the people refused outright until the natural court of the Flower Country determined that the Chrysanthemum Kingdom did not need a King. The Queen is enough to lead the kingdom."

Lutfan looks to be showing an annoyed face. "Natural courts are not fair. When does the Queen not need a king? While the King can arbitrarily choose the Queen even concubines at once!"

"Want me to continue?"

Lutfan nodded.

Mardiyah propped up her chin by looking at the Netra Lutfan. "Even night came, both of them were in the palace residence. Young Master Lind suddenly said, Her Majesty Queen Vashti I will ask the Flower Country's natural court to decide on the red thread of this marriage."

"What's? How suddenly?"

Mardiyah replied, "His Majesty Queen Vashti is crying. Although the whole nature of the parkam could not accept Young Master Lind as her husband, Her Majesty Queen Vashti did not care. The sacrifice that Young Master Lind had made to obtain the white chrysanthemum flowers was not an easy one. Even Her Majesty Queen Vashti's love has spread on the common thread that holds the two together."

Lutfan looked at him seriously. "Continue?"

"Getter."

Netra Lutfan dilates. "Lho's? How's ending? Apaan has not lived happily. It's over! This time the story is really not cool. There's nothing happy about Young Master Lind's life. Or do you deliberately make the male lead suffer?"

Mardiyah. "So Lutfan .. what message did you take from this fairy tale?"

"Gnh ..." Since he was third grade Mardiyah Elementary School has always been like this. After the story asked for conclusions or otherwise what lessons can be taken from each fairy tale. "Much as it is."

"It's one-on-one" said Mardiyah.

Lutfan looked at Mardiyah who changed her position by sitting leaning on the chair. "First, as humans we must have the determination of Young Master Lind's kayak that can that white chrysanthemum flower to the Chrysanthemum Kingdom without wilting."

"Both?"

"Continue, we must keep the promise of Princess Vashti who remains married to Young Master Lind regardless of the caste that Young Master Lind has is the lowest caste."

Mardiyah nodded. "true."

"There's less than one. But I'm kinda how, huh? I don't understand whether this includes a mandate or not."

"What?"

"Never make your own decisions without caring about others, like Young Master Lind. The other man is his wife."

Netra Mardiyah squinted. "What decision did Young Master Lin take indeed?"

"Regarding perce ..." Lutfan. " ... raian."

Lutfan spontaneously changed his sleeping position on his back. "Lo on purpose, huh?"

"Yes." Yeah."

Both are equally silent. The clock shows at 02:01 in the morning. Mardiyah was still sitting in the chair not moving.

"You realize, Lutfan? If you want to make a decision .. please care about other people as well," said Mardiyah who then rose from the chair, and put herself on the long sofa there.
