Chapter 419: Metamorphosis
It was a lush forest filled with poisonous plants, regardless of the prohibition to enter it the seven adventurer men barged in until they found an abandoned house.
One of them asked the person standing in front while looking at the map.
"Is this the place?"
"It's not wrong, the masked man said that if we destroy something in it, we can rule this world."
"We shouldn't have to believe it."
"Bas stupid, don't you want to live with a lot of money and a lot of women."
"I want to."
"So shut up and follow us."
The leader was about to open the door but the door collapsed first, all the furniture inside was covered with Ivy plants and mosses living in it, without making sure everyone knows that the place has been abandoned for decades or even hundreds of years.
One of the men placed his hand on the head of the demon statue that was on the table, as it was broken open a secret passageway.
They went down the stairs to the hallway then continued to follow the direction of the lights that suddenly lit brightly towards a spacious room like a laboratory.
When they arrived, in the middle of the room there appeared a giant tube in which there was a white-haired man. On the look of his face the young man was in his 20s.
On top of the tube was a sign reading Metamorphosis.
"I've only seen a place like this for the first time."
"I am too."
The seven men began to split up until one of them checked the part of the tube, as he looked at that face, suddenly the young man inside the tube opened his eyes until he was shocked and shouted.
"People in there are still alive?"
"Let's smash the glass, the masked man said we should advocate something."
They picked up the axe that was attached to the wall and quickly destroyed it.
The tube made of glass was smashed into pieces so that the water inside spilled filled the floor surface while the young man smiled before walking towards the wall.
"How did you find this place?"
"The masked man told us, if we come here we can control some territory and get what we want."
"So that's how you'll get it, I'll even give you strength as long as you keep obeying my orders."
"We're ready."
"Good answer."
The young man pressed the wall button and then the wall opened displaying a row of clothes and firearms.
He casually changed his clothes and assembled a weapon to put on his coat.
"My name is Garius."
Hearing that name the seven adventurers were shocked. Garius is a scientist who is known to have created many strange objects such as aircraft and Lutube which are famous in several regions.
The leader said.
"It's not that Garius has been declared dead because of the fire incident and as I recall he's just an old man."
The young man laughed and then replied.
"Do you know what you guys actually destroyed just now?"
Obviously everyone could only shake their head.
"What you just destroyed is my interpretation of immortality, I've been working on it for a long time so that I can return to being a young man like this... when I had a deadlock the masked man gave me help so I could do it. With this I am now immortal."
"But what are you doing all this for?"
"Just like the purpose you came here."
"You want to rule the world, and you've given humanity something it needs before."
"Because of that, people out there are just stupid creatures, they don't deserve the right to live.they deserve to be slaves and servants of great people like me, I've been aware of it for a long time but unfortunately I was just a parent, but now things are going to be different."
The seven people smiled doubtfully.
Garius sighed softly and then said.
"Don't worry, I won't make you like that, after all I owe that masked man a favor, which is why I'm going to give you the incredible strength you want."
Garius took seven bottles from his cupboard and gave each to the seven men.
"Drink, it'll make you better."
"Well." Yeah."
As they gulped down, their bodies were flowed with plentiful mana, their eyes turned to glow as well as muscles formed instantly.
"Power, I feel so strong."
"That's a potion I made, there are no side effects whatsoever so you can use that power as you wish."
"Very good."
"From now on I'll name you Mr. A., Mr. B. Mr.C. Mr.D. Mr.Y.E. Mr. F and Mr. G. After the conquest of the world you will get as much territory, wealth and slaves as you want."
The seven men knelt down.
"We're ready to take your orders."
"Good answer."
