THE WIND WINDERS PACK
PART 11'S
Alex looked at the hologram map that was plastered in front of him. All areas of Wind Wind Winders are clearly drawn along with a clear border line, separating the Wind Winders region from other regions
"Some Rogue had attacked at the border of Schy Land, close to our border. They seemed to be hiding in the forest so that its existence was hard to trace." Evan Report.
Alex nodded, Aaron had told him a little about the Rouge attack on the border of Schy Land and Wind Winders so he was not surprised by the news that Evan brought
"Have anyone been caught?" Alex asked without turning his eyes towards the hologram map in front of him
"Some died in the attack, most fled. Uncle Nick almost interrogated one of them, but the guy was killed with an arrow from behind."
Alex's forehead wrinkled. A Werewolf will not die easily just from being pierced by an arrow, unless..
"Toxic earth.." Alex turned to look at Evan. The man nodded
"From the smell, Uncle Nick concluded it was a wolfsbane plant mixed with something that quickly spread to the bloodstream and obstructed his breathing." Evan
"It's cruel. They killed their own members." sizzled Alex
"They are Rogue, brother. They're more self-absorbed." Evan
"Where did they get Wolfsbane? To my knowledge no one dared to plant that plant." Alex muttered monologously while turning off the holographic map in front of him. The man sat back in his chair and started looking around for something with his laptop
"What are you looking for, brother?"
"I'm trying to find out about wolfsbane and the antidote. Just in case the Rogue will use it again." Alex said without taking his eyes off
Evan nodded. The man busied himself by looking through some of the files that were on Alex's desk. Evan's eyes pounded on one CV complete with photos.
"Grand Sterling. Isn't she the girl you met yesterday, brother?" Evan asked while pointing at Reina's photo.
"Don't look too close. She's your sister-in-law's candidate." Alex said while pulling and hiding Reina's photo
Evan chuckled while raising his hand. The man sat opposite Alex
"I've never seen that girl in Vadre Land. How do you know she's your mate?" Evan asked seriously
Alex stopped his work and looked sharply back at Evan "You doubt my abilities?"
"No, sis. You know I never doubted you."
Alex exhaled while leaning his back on his great chair. Alex's eyes glared as if recalling yesterday's events. A faint smile rose on his lips, a rare sight.
"I feel it, E. That girl smells like a magnet that makes me want to be with her."
Evan smiles at the words and sees Alex's face. During his life, Alex was a serious and rigid person. Alex is prepared more than Evan because in addition to Alex is the first child, also because it covers the shortcomings that Alex has that can not be transformed. Especially when Alex won the Alpha position, Evan felt the burden that Alex carried increased
With Reina, Evan can see the other side of Alex. Warm and soft side. It may be true that Reina is Alex's mate who will perfect Alex's life.

Alex's face was instantly grim "He needs time to accept me.."

Alex shakes his head "He's not our nation. He's human, E."
Alex knew that a Werewolf's feelings for his mate were always bigger. It would be good if the mate is of the same type because the feelings of love will be just as great. But Reina's case was different. Reina is not a Werewolf. It will take a longer time and process before tying Reina into her mate.
"Said Elder Eqwin, we have to love each other first and then he can call out my serial soul." Say Alex again
"You love her?"
"Think so, it turns out that Elder Eqwin's word was just the feeling in the heat when Werewolf met his mate."
Both of them were silent with their thoughts. Alex's face was flat and cold.
"That means you have to try to conquer it like you conquered Trixie and some girl who adores you." Evan said trying to melt the atmosphere
Alex just rolled his eyeballs. The man looked at the twilight sky which began to emit a beautiful yellowish-red reflection
"I have to go, I'm going to see Reina. He said I could see him anytime." Alex said as he got up from his chair and immediately grabbed his suit.
Evan watched Alex for a second. Alex never left the office before seven o'clock, an advance. Evan suddenly realized something
"Awhile.. What about that job?" Evan asked while looking at the pile of files on Alex's desk. Alex stopped his steps, turning towards Evan while pulling the tip of his lips
"You can clean it up." Alex said as he exited the room, leaving Evan slightly grumbling as Alex left a pile of work to him.

Reina flipped page by page from the thick book in her grasp. A black hard-cover book he borrowed from the national library. After returning from the office, Reina immediately stopped by the national library
Penny who had just come home saw Reina so seriously reading. Not a strange sight, because from childhood Reina was fond of reading. To Penny's attention was the title of the book Reina was reading
"Legenda Werewolf?" Ask Penny
Reina raised her head when she heard Penny's voice "Mom has gone home? I didn't hear you come in."
"You're too busy reading, it's only natural you don't hear." Penny snorted while sitting next to Reina. Penny looked at Reina who was still reading
"You're interested in the Werewolf? Since when?" Penny asked with a probing look
Reina simply shrugged her shoulders while returning to continue reading. Penny sighed, it seemed like the current Reina was indeed happy to read things smelling like a werewolf
"Nothing to worry about.."
"You say something, mom?" Reina glanced at Penny. Penny just smiled while shaking
"You know, son, this book was written by a human who probably did some research on wolves and compared it to human life as well as some myths that are spread in society.."
Now Reina turned her head towards Penny who was still looking at the book in her hand
"This example, a werewolf will change shape when looking at the moon. It is a myth developed. Indeed, their strength becomes many times when the moon appears, especially when the full moon. But they can still change without seeing the moon." Penny again
"As a florist, it seems like mom knows a lot about Werewolves." Reina said with a look of admiration mixed in wonder.
Penny is a florist who plants and develops her own flowers on land she owns outside the city. But Reina did not think it turned out that Penny's knowledge was not only limited to plants and flowers.
Penny smiled. The woman who still looked beautiful got up from her seat and went to the kitchen. Reina returned to her book
According to the book that Reina read, for a mate or partner, usually the Werewolf is betrothed by their Goddess named Moon Goddess since they were born.
Some are quick, some have to wait until the next birth. Some werewolves there who opposed the decision of the Moon Goddess by rejecting her mate and choosing according to her lust. This usually does not go well, but some get the blessing of the Moon Goddess
The mate of a Werewolf is not only from the wolf nation. Although few, there are some wolves that find their mate comes from the nation of witches or humans

Reina's concentration is broken when Penny receives a call. The woman was a little riled up with her caller, seen as Penny broke off the phone while grumbling. The woman immediately went inside her room and came back out with a full jacket
"Mom, where are you going?" Reina asked in astonishment as she looked towards the clock which already showed at eight o'clock in the evening
"There's a little problem in the greenhouse. I have to check it myself. Are you okay with me leaving tonight?" Penny asked as she looked at Reina
Reina smiled slightly looking at Penny's attention. She may be 21 years old, but for Penny, Reina is still her little girl
"Just calm. I can take care of myself." Reina. Penny nodded and then kissed Reina
"I'll go first. Lock the door and watch the stove. Don't sleep too late, then.."
"Mom.."
Penny paused for a moment and chuckled when she realized the absurdity of "Sorry, I'm leaving first, baby."
Reina escorts Penny to the front door and waits for Penny's car to disappear at the intersection. Reina immediately locked the door and resumed reading
Krieing.kriing.
Reina's HP rang. A foreign number made the girl's forehead twitch. Lately there has been a lot of phone fraud under the guise of gifts. But remembering a few times her coworkers called and Reina did not save their numbers got Reina and the team into trouble the next day at the office. Gegas Reina swiped the green button to receive a phone call
"Hello.."
"Why did you pick up the phone for so long?"
Reina's forehead wrinkled while looking at her phone then put it back in her ear
"Who is this?" Ask Reina with judes. The voice across sounded unhappy
"You forgot my voice, baby?"
Reina rolled her eyeballs when she heard the voice of her caller. His voice was far from friendly
"Don't mess around! I'm not.."
"You said we could meet again, right? Come out. I've been waiting across the street." The caller cut off Reina's speech
Reina's eyes grew bigger. His chest thumped violently as he tried to guess the person who called him. Reina only thought of one person and hoped that her guess was not wrong when she opened her window gordyn.
Throw's right. Alex leaned back in his car with a smile and waved his hand.
"You.."
"Come out, I want to take you for a walk." This time his voice sounded much softer
Reina nodded slowly then opened the door while turning off her phone connection. Reina walked over to Alex who still looked handsome in his suit. Alex welcomes Reina and immediately opens the car door for Reina
"Come in." Alex Pinta.
Reina scanned herself. Knee-length peach flower dress with short sleeves and flatshoes. Although the clothes are quite polite, but looks slammed when coupled with Alex
"In a moment, I changed my clothes first." said Reina about to turn around but Alex gently pulled Reina's hand
"No, you're beautiful." Alex said as he scanned Reina's appearance and gave her thumbs up.
"What is true? He looks neat and dashing while I'm like this.." Reina said in her heart
It seems Alex understood with Reina's mind. The man immediately opened his office suit and rolled the sleeves of his blue linen shirt up to his elbows and unbuttoned the top two of his shirt, revealing a bit of flirtatious peeking chest hair
Alex adjusts his appearance to make the girl comfortable. In her heart, Reina admitted that Alex is many times more handsome with his current appearance
Without Reina realizing it, Alex knew what the girl was thinking. A smile on Alex's lips

Alex takes Reina for a walk to a park. Alex was going to take the girl to dinner at a restaurant, but Reina refused. Reina was more interested in the idea of taking a walk while getting to know each other
The two walked side by side into the park. Alex chose to sit on a park bench overlooking an artificial lake. Soon Willy came to bring two slices of sandwich bread, fries and drinks
"You haven't eaten yet?" Reina asked as Willy left the two of them.
Alex just smiled. Reina realized, her residence was indeed in another city where the Wind-Corp branch office was. This boss of his had come a long way to meet him, surely Alex had not eaten dinner. Instantly Reina cursed her stupidity to reject Alex's dinner invitation.
"You don't like the food? I'm gonna have Willy buy another one." Alex asked as he saw Reina just staring at the food in front of him
"Eh, I like it. I'm just not used to soda.." Reina said while biting the bread.
Both of them eat in silence. Soon Willy came to bring orange juice to Reina. The girl thanked him as she looked in wonder towards Willy.
"Looks like Willy can figure out someone's wishes huh? Is that one of Werewolf's skills?" Ask Reina. Alex laughed at hearing that
"We werewolves can telepathically engage our fellow groups. I used to mind-link Willy to bring you orange juice because you're not used to drinking soda." Obviously Alex
Reina is just a long ooh. The girl sipped her orange juice
"Are you still afraid of me?" Alex asked, looking at Reina softly
Reina looked back at Alex while shaking her head "It has been slightly reduced. But I'm just a little confused."
"Why?"
"Yesterday I was just an ordinary girl who only knew work and work. I don't have any close friends, let alone a boyfriend. But my life changed after hitting you. I was kind of drawn into a new chapter of life where I knew that in this world it was not only inhabited by human beings." said Reina at length.
The girl paused for a moment to sip her orange juice
"I'm the ugly girl who always gets the most attention from men. So I was a little surprised that there was a guy who suddenly approached me and said that he liked me.." Reina glanced at Alex
Alex laughs. The man moved their food between the two to the side so that Alex could shift his seat closer to Reina. Alex touches Reina's shoulder and confronts the girl's tiny body towards her
"Because you're my mate. A couple destined for me. Anyways.."
Alex paused his speech while opening Reina's glasses. Alex smiled at Netra Reina
"Who said you were ugly?"
Reina blushed. The girl lowered her face to avoid Alex's gaze, but Alex pulled Reina's chin up. Alex liked Reina's eyes, especially seeing the red hue on the girl's cheeks. Their eyes locked onto each other. Reina seemed like she was in a state of being bewitched, unable to move
Alex lowered his face to kiss Reina. Suddenly his ears caught something. Alex immediately straightened his head while circulating a wary look around
"What's wrong?" Ask Reina.
Alex did not reply, just putting his index finger on Reina's lips while his eyes still panned warily around. His hand on Reina's shoulder strengthened. All that was heard was the friction of the leaves that were blown by the breeze.
Unexpectedly, something jumped from behind Alex!
