Section 56_Slow Away

Eiren sighed slowly as the taxi he was riding had stopped right in front of his boarding house. Slowly, he started to go down and take his suitcase. For a moment, his heart strengthened to enter the multi-storey building.

“Remain, Eiren. Elio only comes for a moment and you will get used to it without him,” said Eiren quietly.

Eiren small smile. Her number? Did his parents know about his cell phone number? Arda who understood her son's smile just kept silent and ignored him. His fingers stretched out touching the peak to Eiren, making his only child silent for a moment.

Feli who heard heaved a sigh of relief and looked at Eiren. There was doubt in his heart, but even he had to keep saying it. His hand took something from inside the bag and gave it to Eiren, making the girl before him shrivel in confusion.

"This what?” eiren asked as Feli thrust out a thick paper with beautiful carvings.

“A few days ago I met Alex. He said he'd get married soon and leave this invitation for you. She hopes you will come to her wedding reception,” explained Feli with eyes staring fixedly at Eiren.

Eiren sighed slowly and accepted the invitation. He just smiled and nodded slowly. “Thank you,” he said with a forced smile.

“You okay?” tanya Feli was unsure of her friend's condition.

Eiren understood Feli's worries and nodded convincingly. “I'll be fine, Feli. Alex has found his happiness,” replied Eiren corroborated.

“And you too?” Feli looked at Eiren with a gaze full of probing. He thought that Eiren was also happy with Elio.

“Iya. Me too,” said Eiren with eyes staring blankly. He had even just lost the happiness that Feli meant in an instant. However, Eiren was still Eiren. He far chooses to keep his problems rather than tell anyone his heart.

“Good, keep an eye on him and make sure the man does not follow Eiren,” Elio said while turning off the call.

Elio sighed slowly realizing the void created in his apartment. The warmth as well as the laughter that usually existed disappeared instantly. It felt like there was a part of his life that was slowly evaporating away.

“Should be with what I give you understanding, Eiren. I've even really chosen you to be my life partner,” Elio said weakly.

Elio looked up his head and stared at the living room ceiling with a pushy look. “What can I do now? You even went and didn't believe me. I just need a little time until Firda feels better. After that I intend to marry you.”

After arriving at the parking lot, he quickly got into the car and drove quickly. He couldn't wait to get to Eiren's residence. In fact, in just thirty minutes he had already arrived at the magnificent mansion that was before him.

Elio immediately got out of the car and stepped in. His hand knocked on the door of the living room quietly, waiting for the door to open. It did not take long until the door finally opened, presenting a figure that he missed so much.

"Elio,” call Eiren with a surprised face. He felt strange because the man was in his house.

"Eiren,” call Elio with a sweet smile. He stepped closer towards Eiren and was intending to hug, but Eiren chose to retreat, making Elio stop his steps and stare in confusion.

“Eiren, you don't miss me?” elio said with a look of disbelief.

“What did you come here for, Elio?” eiren asked ignoring Elio's words.

“I miss you. I ing..”

Elio's speech came to a halt as the phone's ringing rang out. Slowly, he began to pick up his phone and frowned confusedly. The fingers immediately shifted the green button and brought the phone closer to the ear.

“Hal..” Elio stopped his words and turned away in shock. His lips were silent, even until the call across was over.

Elio immediately turned his body and stepped away from Eiren. The thing that made Eiren silent for a moment. In fact, the man did not utter during the stay at all.

“Elio,” call Eiren weak and stare at Elio's departure with a confused look.

Eiren sighed slowly. She intended to ignore all that Elio had done, but her little heart said something else. He quickly retrieved the car keys and immediately followed Elio with a burning curiosity.

“Where are you going, Elio?” muttered Eiren with a fixed glance. He didn't want to lose track of Elio without hurrying.

Elio forgot about his problem with Eiren who had been haunting his mind ever since. He quickly drove the car to where it had been said by someone.

Elio turned the car around and stopped him when he reached the hospital parking lot. He quickly came out and ignored someone around him. His feet immediately stepped into the building with an anxious face. The goal is a care room that has been notified.

It didn't take long for Elio to reach the room. He quickly opened the door of the room and entered. His eyes looked at the girl with bandages on her head and was sleeping quietly. Makes his breath relieved for a moment.

“You've arrived?” ask Rega who was sitting at the end of the room.

Elio nodded and approached towards Firda who was still sleeping. His eyes looked at the calm face that was currently lying weakly on the nursing bed.

“Firda just fell off the stairs. You know that it can't be a coincidence,” said Rega as he got up and stepped closer to Elio.

Elio nodded in understanding. “He must have done it on purpose.”

Rega nodded in agreement and halted his steps when he got near Elio. “He is still very weak and you found him instead with Eiren, Elio. You are destroying her life after she tried to rise up for you,” Rega said with eyes looking at Firda full of sympathy.

“I know,” replied Elio quietly.

“If you know, why are you still chasing Eiren and choosing to leave Firda, Elio? He needs you and Eiren, he is still too healthy even if you are not with him,” chirps Rega made Elio stare at him with a weak look.

“But I will not be able to live in the end, Rega,” Elio said with a confused look.

Rega sighed slowly and patted Elio's shoulder softly. “You've loved Firda, Elio. I don't think it's gonna be hard for you to love her back. As for Eiren, you just got to know him. You can forget him and be with Firda back. After all you intend to marry her because you have been caught sleeping together by om Abian, right?
