As Marcell's world crumbled, he lost his footing and grip when doctors told him that his wife was in a postpartum coma due to eclampsia. He did not expect this would happen even though during pregnancy his wife was always healthy and never complained of pain.
"Young mothers who are pregnant under the age of 20 are indeed susceptible to eclampsia sir" Marcell still fixated on staring at the doctor who handled the birth of Loli 2 hours ago. He felt his soul drift in an indeterminate direction, his heart was muddled and lost all its strength.
"But my wife will regain consciousness and will be as healthy as before, right doc?" with great difficulty the words finally came out of Marcell's lips together with tears spilling profusely.
"We're going to do our best to save your wife" That's not the answer Marcell wants. He wants the doctor to say that his Loli will soon be conscious and healthy again as usual.
"Save my wife doctor" asked Marcell about his energy.
"Just pray sir, we'll keep trying" Marcell tried to find confidence in his wife's safety in the doctor's eyes. But everything seemed flat and Marcell did not find what he expected.
With a limp step and a blurry look from tears that Marcell was unable to stop the man dragged his body out of the doctor's room. He stepped into the room where his soulmate was struggling between life and death.
Marcell kept trying to combat the bad thoughts that were racing to enter his brain.
In front of the room where Loli was in care was waiting for her mother, papa, and her two in-laws as well as Nala and Zayn who were staring questioningly at her.
"What's up Marcell" the mother ran towards Marcell who was almost there. Seeing how devastated the mother's son Rita was sure that things were not okay.
Marcell collapsed sobbing in the arms of the woman who had given birth to him. It's really fragile.
"Marcell what's going on?" mama Dita approached her daughter-in-law in a panic.
"Pardon Marcell. Loli should not be pregnant at a young age" said Marcell sobbing. The guilt from the fateful night tragedy when he raped Loli who had originally been eroded now again overflowed his soul. Marcell did not know what unforgivable mistake he had made until the universe as if he did not allow him to be happy.
"Say what's wrong?" everyone was panicking waiting for the news that Marcell was going to say. They were confused because after the operation Loli was taken to the ICU room.
"My wife is in a coma because of eclampsia" Marcell was stunned, especially when he heard Mama Dita scream when he learned the condition of her youngest daughter. Papa Rudi immediately caught his wife's weakened body. He tried hard in the midst of his heart breaking. No different from Nala who immediately cried in the arms of her husband Zayn.
The happy atmosphere they had shown due to the birth of baby boys Marcell and Loli was now turned sad. The atmosphere instantly turned gloomy and depressing.

"Let's wake up, our son is waiting for you. Let's live our lives happily." Marcell's tears rolled back into his eyes. He really lost power, even to see his son again the man was not able to. Marcell saw his son only when the little baby was born in the operating room. Then he heard the doctor say Loli's condition was worsening and he no longer focused on anything other than his wife.
"Loli will definitely heal, she's a strong woman" Marcell felt a pat on her shoulder. The man looked at her glance, he found Zayn with a radiance of sadness and worry was staring at him.
"I've never felt this scared in my life before. I don't know what my life would have been like had God taken Loli from my side" Lirih Marcell. Just a few hours he had missed his wife's spoiled smile and babble. He wouldn't have been able to lose Loli forever. If God took Loli from his side then that very second Marcell would lose his breath.
"Don't be afraid and don't think too far, Loli won't go anywhere Loli is just resting for a while gathering energy to take care of your son. Surely after this the energy will be much seized" said Zayn calming.
"But I won't let him get tired of taking care of our son. I will always help him he doesn't have to rest this way, but I'm sure my Loli will come to his senses soon after. My wife knows very well that I can't linger without meeting her." Although he knew Zayn was also trying to convince himself of the remark but Marcell was quite grateful because his brother-in-law had tried to comfort him.
Marcell again peeked at the glass window that became the barrier between himself and also his soulmate who was somehow struggling like what his beloved woman is doing at this time. Marcell cursed himself who always acted as a spectator in every difficulty of his wife and could not do anything.
"You know I love you so much baby, the happiness we lace up yet how much. I haven't managed to make up for all my mistakes by making you happy. Give me a chance to put a smile on your lips. Please hold on, I will never get through my life without you. Come on, my wife wake up" Marcell keeps crying in his heart hoping his wife can feel all the moans of his heart.
Earlier this morning he and Loli still woke up happily, passing the morning with the usual makeover before Loli suddenly fainted. When taken to the hospital the doctor decided that the baby in the womb should be removed immediately. Although the content is already 9 months old, it does not matter if you have to be born, but during pregnancy, Loli wants to give birth normally.
Loli regained consciousness after receiving treatment, Marcell was able to see a happy twinkle in his wife's eyes when Marcell said they would soon meet their son. But unfortunately when their baby was successfully removed Loli again lost consciousness when he had not had time to see their baby.
"Eat first, son. Since you haven't eaten anything" Rita's mother came to her son after he was in his granddaughter's nursery.
"I'm not hungry" Marcell lamented in despair.
"Later you get sick Marcell, who will look after your wife if you get sick? come on boy for the sake of Loli and your baby you also have to think about your health" persuaded mama Rita again.
"Marcell will eat after Loli realizes ma, I can't eat alone"
