The Forty Thirty

Loli stared guiltily at Marcell who was holding his hand. They had to prepare for their honeymoon but Loli's health condition declined.

Earlier this morning Loli was attacked by severe vomiting nausea, he kept pretending to be strong and insisted on continuing their plans to go on a honeymoon even though Marcell continued to convince Loli that they could do honeymoon at any time if it could not be today.

But Loli's weakened condition made him fall unconscious and end up in a hospital bed.

"So I'm sorry" he said softly.

"I'm sorry why?" Marcell put Loli's hand which he held on his face.

"Udah ruined our honeymoon plan" Marcell smiled and rubbed his wife's hair, Loli's face still looked pale despite not being as pale as this morning.

"Tomorrow can still be dear, do not think. Maybe our baby is jealous, afraid of being loved by his sister if papa and his mama honeymoon so he craves us" said Marcell while chuckling. The man switched to rubbing Loli's stomach.

"No-one" a smile rose on Loli's lips.

"Aren't I here?" Loli are so lazy to be hospitalized.

"Later if you are strong enough to go home, said the doctor"

"We immediately went on our honeymoon when I was taken home today" Loli seemed to get his spirit back. He could not bear to disappoint Marcell who had been so understanding and patient to deal with it.

"Adek can't wait to love our children, right?" Loli's face flushed red at once hearing Marcell's words not to mention the face's seductive look at the man.

"Big sister" Loli pretended to sulk to cover up her nervousness and embarrassment.

"His wife Marcell is very funny if again shy gini. Very nervous to know" Marcell kissed Loli cheek, he wanted to do more but saw the condition of Loli that did not allow Marcell to be complacent just by kissing his cheek alone.

"Doctor says don't travel first baby, so it seems like our honeymoon plan should be postponed first" Marcell did not show the disappointment he felt in order to keep Loli feeling. But unabashed sadness is depicted on his wife's face.

"Sorry, brother"

"I'm sorry, don't apologize. It's for the good of our baby too" said Marcell gently.

"I can't be happy with my sister, but my sister is very good with me" Loli began to cry, she felt annoyed at herself who was so weak.

"Well, what did he think? adek willing to be a sister's wife uda make brother happy, especially now adek also uda kasih most valuable gift for sister" Marcell swept tears that dripped on Loli's face.

"So don't take her and please love our baby?" Marcell rubbed his wife's cheek. Marcell tau Loli is not used to the existence of their baby, maybe also his affection has not grown intact. Marcell rarely sees Loli interacting with their babies despite only rubbing her stomach.

"Yes I love our baby" Loli replied. The girl's smile provided warmth in Marcell's heart.

"Thank you dear" whispered Marcell.

Marcell finds Nala sitting in the waiting chair at Loli's nursery door. The man intended to go outside for a moment to buy food because there was a mama Dita who accompanied his wife.

"Nala, why don't you come in?" Say hello Marcell. Nala who was playing her phone raised her head to hear Marcell's voice. When he came home he saw his mother who had rushed out and said his sister was in the hospital. Though Mama Dita did not ask Nala to be escorted but the girl took the initiative to offer to deliver her mother, she said, but upon arrival at the hospital his heart was still hard to meet Loli and Marcell until he decided to wait outside.

"It's okay" Nala's tone still sounded sniffy. Marcell sighed knowing Nala still held such great disappointment in him. Marcell understood that Nala would not be able to be that fast to be ordinary. But with the arrival of Nala to the hospital it has proven that the girl is still so concerned with Loli.

"Loli uda is okay. Maybe later in the afternoon you can go home" Marcell sat next to Nala who did not listen to his speech. The girl is seen refocusing on her phone, but Marcell knows Nala heard her remarks.

"If you were in my position what would you do Nala? you took away the future of a little girl who didn't know anything. Are you going to get your heart out of responsibility?" Marcell felt it was time he gave Nala some understanding even though he had little doubt Nala could have received his explanation. Marcell wants Loli and Nala's relationship back to the way it was before he destroyed it all. He did not care if Nala would hate him for life, but he did not get to heart if his wife continued to be hated because of mistakes he did not make.

"The future Loli has destroyed, she even conceived my son. I couldn't help but care and hands off her" Marcell continued.

"It doesn't mean I don't care about you, I don't ignore your feelings. But I try to be realistic. Even though your heart is broken but your future can still be arranged with other men, you are still intact and you can still continue living with your head held high. While Loli? his confidence had already fallen to the ground." Nala stared intently at Marcell, she was annoyed by the man's statement.

"Having a heart is not as easy as saying Marcell. After all, Nathan was willing to take responsibility for Loli. But you'd rather destroy my feelings"

"Are you sure your heart won't break if we stay married? while you know I've fucked another woman even your own sister until she got pregnant? I'm sure your feelings will remain broken, your whole life will be haunted by guilt. After all, are you not disgusted to marry a man who is not responsible for his cruel deeds? I'm sure we won't be happy Nala, that a lifetime of mistakes will overshadow our marriage" Nala smiled bitterly. He turned his gaze in the other direction. His brain admitted that what Marcell said was not entirely wrong, but his heart was reluctant to accept.

"You're okay if you want to continue to hate me because I deserve to be hated. But Loli, no, he should not get judgment from you because he is not wrong at all. Don't cover your affection for Loli with your disappointment towards me. Your relationship is so precious, don't get ruined just because of me"
