"I can't tell you, find your own answer from what Papi gave you. One thing is certain, Papi's current condition is not a joke. The life of the papi is on the edge of the horn. Doctors say that even if Papi can go through a critical period, the possibility is one. Papi will be paralyzed for life."
Gendis covered her gaping mouth with both of her palms. What happened to Sevket was unexpected and happened so quickly.
"Go home, if there's anything with papi I'll call you. I still don't want to get close to you. Look me in the eye, Beg, I still look at you the same way I used to when I said love to you."
Gendis ventured into a fight with Ozge. Then hurriedly lowered his head back. What the man in front of him said was true. The look was still the same as before.
"Remember, Beg! Be careful keeping that phone. Only the three of us know what it is. What's in it means a lot to Papi. I'm waiting for the attitude you'll take after you see it. Don't take too long, if the papi doesn't survive, at least we can do something that papi expects."
"Yes, we'll try that soon." Gendis nodded then left Ozge watching her footsteps.
Not until Gendis contacted Ayumi, the confidant of Eser was already in front of her. In fact, Gendis actually has other plans to be able to open the phone to answer his curiosity. Apart from Ayumi, it is certainly not an easy thing. Moreover, in the current situation, Eser must have ordered more strict supervision and security.
Along the way, Gendis tries to think of a way to outwit Ayumi for a while. But because it was remembered with the mood of Eser who was unstable, Gendis finally decided to express the intention to do recklessly. The woman chose to go straight home.
While driving a car, Ayumi continued to pay attention to Gendis' movements that were not as calm as usual. Ayumi did not want to miss the slightest suspicious thing. He did not want to lose a big bonus from Eser.
Realizing he is being completely watched, Gendis tries to eliminate his anxiety. He returned to being as calm as possible. "Is my husband home?" Ask, a little stale.
"She, Mom." Ayumi answered briefly.
Gendis pretended to close her eyes. The woman's mind was working amazingly. Gendis's feelings are getting worse too. As soon as the car started to slowly enter the main gate, there was a sudden sense of unease that hit Gendis.
After the car stopped right on the porch of the entrance of the house of Gendis, he rushed down and went in there. Because his personal belongings are still on the fifth floor, Gendis immediately pushed the elevator to the floor.
Arriving there, Gendis was shocked by the existence of Eser who was putting some of his clothes in a suitcase. Gendis approached her husband immediately.
"Why put it in a suitcase, Phi? Who do you want to give?" Gendis asked with a puzzled look on her face.
"No one's given. Tomorrow you come with me. I can't leave you here alone. I don't trust you at all. Your words had a point. You're a descendant of Sevket, your courage is clearly declining from him. It could be that his cunning runs in your blood."
"The fire is sick, Phi. Can't you delay the search until there's clarity about the condition of the papi. Where is your conscience? Don't you just remember a little papi's kindness? Too soon your hatred and disappointment will be brought. The man lying helplessly is the man who raised you, loved you and educated you. If you think what happened was just a drama, you're wrong, Phi. I'm disappointed in you. Very disappointed." Gendis took a change of clothes and went straight into the bathroom.
Eser approached the door with a hardened jaw, knocking on the bathroom door leaf with his palm. Initially ordinary, over time, the knock turned into a punch and kick because there was no sound from inside.
"Open the door, Mhi. Don't you dare challenge me! I'm your husband." Eser shouted really loud voice.
Gendis opened the bathroom door with sharp eyes ready to hit her husband. "His husband? Is this how a husband treats his wife and family? I can understand your disappointment and heartache, Phi. But please, don't act like this. If you don't believe me, please. If you want to repay your affection with hate, I cannot forbid. I can't do anything about it. But don't lie to your own feelings." Gendis paused for a moment of his speech. momentarily wanted to know the reaction of the husband.
"Pray if your heart is struggling, Phi. Don't follow your evil napkin. I think you need a psychiatrist now" said Gendis carefully, his hand stalling gently against the husband's shoulder.
Eser turned his back to Gendis. Without a word spoken, the man slowly swung his legs closer to the glass cabinet in front of him. From the body language displayed, Gendis more or less knew what her husband would do. With a quick movement, the woman immediately stepped wide and hugged the man from behind tightly.
"Is my presence not enough to make you happy? Does my existence mean nothing more than your disappointment? I'm pregnant, Phi. Can't my pregnancy go as normal as other women? Why does it have to be like this? Where's your promise, Phi, where? You said you wanted to trade the suffering at the beginning of the marriage for love and happiness, where is the proof?"
Eser shed tears. He tried to take off Gendis' embrace, but as hard as his wife could, kept it. "I don't deserve you, Mhi. I can always hurt you easily. And now I'm afraid, that scar will never end. I doubt our relationship." The man bit his own lower lip. Stiffness and pain in the chest are now getting worse.
Gendis took off her embrace, rewinded her body a step. "After we've loved each other, when I'm pregnant, and when we clearly know that we're not brothers, why would you even say such shameful things, Phi? What do you think I am?"
Eser was unmoved, his eyes reddened and wet. The man squeezed his nose to hold back the sound of crying. His shoulders began to shake up and down. Inwardly, admitting that he now needs a psychiatrist again. What he faces is very heavy. It's not simple, and it's not just disappointment. Eser is afraid of the fate of his relationship with Gendis going forward. Should it end for calm? Or continue with a struggle that can be bloody?
Gendis twisted Eser's body forcefully. "See me, Phi? Why are you silent? What wrong? Why are you playing me? I'm sorry I loved you. I'm really sorry. I wish, for a lifetime no more love grows here." Gendis patted his chest hard. Then he grabbed his cell phone and left Eser alone there. The woman forgot to bring a bag with Ozge's cell phone.
Hearing the sound of the door closing, Eser immediately shouted loudly. "It's not fair, God. All this time I've been trying to trust you. But what did you give? Only Destruction and a messy future. Where is Your Promise? What kind of destiny do you give this? I surrendered. Just kill me all."
Eser's cry exploded, his phone rang again. A call from the same person who contacted him while Gendis was still in the hospital.
"You guys are more broke than Sevket! I'm sorry I found you!" Eser slams his phone until the screen is destroyed.
