Amara does not know why her head throbbed so hard after hearing the scandal of Yuanita's affair. In fact, his stomach churned up Bian inevitably pulled the car over to the shoulder of the road.
In fact, before the car stopped completely, Amara hastily removed her seatbelt and opened the car door when acidic liquid penetrated the esophagus.
Bian rushed down and circled the car to get to Amara who was bent on the sidewalk.
"Udah I said you don't eat the spicy," Bian said while massaging Amara's neck as the woman continued to vomit her bowels.
Worries crept over Bian's trough when he found Amara's face sweating coldly, no different from the woman's palm which was also soaked in sweat.
"You're so stubborn if you're told," Bian grumbled frantically. "Udah know that this week you have difficulty eating, still aja—"
"It's not the problem of the pain" said Amara after feeling the turmoil in his stomach began to decrease and no more vomit came out of his mouth. "I'm so happy that your wife sleeps with other guys until the video is like that."
Bian frowned while wiping away the cold sweat on Amara's forehead and nose. Didn't expect his wife would react like that to what he just told me.
"Sorry," said Bian, leading Amara back to the car. He pulled the lever next to the seat, positioning the car seat to make Amara comfortable by sitting half-lying. "His friends forced me to make up stories. How do you know you're gonna get this."
Bian leaned back and grabbed a few sheets of tissue on the dashboard, as well as took a bottle of mineral water between the gears of the car.
The inevitable worry clearly emanated from the look in Bian's eyes when he saw Amara's face so pale.
"Honey, don't panic try" muttered Bian as he cleared Amara's mouth of the remaining liquid the woman spewed out. "Turn back to the hospital, okay?"
"Well?" Amara grimaced as Bian cupped one hand across her face, letting the man's thumb stroke her cheek and landing a kiss on Amara's left forehead.
"You guys are sick like gini—"
"Who's sick?" Amara chuckles little realizing the anxiety of coloring Bian's voice. His shoulders shuddered slightly in horror as he continued, "I'm fine, just don't know why you suddenly want to vomit just because of what your wife is doing."
"Really?" moody Bian. "Don't tell me it doesn't hurt, but you know you're throwing up again."
Amara patted Bian on the shoulder and pushed the man away as Bian's lips peeked at his cheek fondly. "Don't think gini, shame or look at passers-by" whispered Amara with cheeks that began to meet.
"No longer make people panic" Bian muttered as he straightened his back, stood back up and held the door beside Amara.
Amara raised her gaze and gazed into the depths of the man's bead, then turned her amused smile to see how the water on Bian's face was as clear as a child.
"I'm really okay, Om." Amara chuckles small. "Don't be lebay like gini. People thought we were doing it again. Shameful at being seen by friendly people in public places gini."
"Who is friendly?" Bian frowned and rubbed Amara's little nose. "Other people worry about their own wives, why meduliin what people say?"
"All right people don't know if—"
"Chape you for a long time if you keep thinking about people's heads," Bian said while tapping Amara's forehead with his index finger. "When do you think of yourself?"
Before Amara could answer, Bian closed the door and sat back in his chair. So, Amara tilted her head towards Bian while the man hooked the seatbelt.
"How does the story go now that Alif can be like you, Om?" Amara again questioned Bian's story that had been interrupted. "It's not supposed to be Alif now with your wife."
"Ex-wife!" grunt Bian was not happy. "Udah do not discuss it first, later your head is dizzy again—"
"But I'm curious—"
"Ra, you're a big ngeyel when you say. It's diem, diem, diem."
"Judah I want to go down if you don't want to tell me," Amara wriggled up and tried to remove the seatbelt that Bian just paired.
"Ra, uh .. You did. Don't try to be reckless." Bian pulls Amara's hand which seems to be really going to work its way down.
While putting on a sinless face, Amara again urged, "Judah you told me first how Alif can finally be like you."
"No!"
"Of, uh. Charming story. You still want the secrets of your own wife?"
"Lucky darling!" Bian growled in annoyance until Amara grinned triumphantly.
___
That night, after dropping the triple talaq on Yuanita, Bian immediately left without Alif. At first, Bian thought he could just let go of Alif.
However, Alif's loss was far more painful than Amara's loss and Yuanita's betrayal.
As the night wore on and more and more Bian gulped at Marteel, he found himself increasingly devastated in solitude and pain.
In her condition that was under the influence of alcohol, Bian's mind was filled with the shadow of Amara being so hurt when she divorced him earlier this afternoon.
Bian laughed bitterly as he flashed the thought that the sadistic karma he did to Amara was paid cash before twenty-four hours. Bian couldn't guess how hurt Amara was, but he realized, the pain he was getting right now might not be comparable to the wound Amara felt.
Nevertheless, Bian only wished that the woman had not really fallen in love with him. The less Amara loved her, the less likely she was to suffer.
It would be a lie if Bian didn't want to meet Amara. Deep down, Bian wants to see the woman— the woman he just met a few hours ago. Wanted to see if there was any forgiveness Amara might give.
No, Bian did not intend to uphold self-esteem and could not suppress his ego. His pride as a man had already been eroded away by Yuanita. The abuse and rude mockery that Amara might make is not a problem for Bian, but still the fact that Bian did not dare to meet Amara.
Either because he was too embarrassed, or he was too afraid that he would hurt the woman again. Given how much Yuanita scratches the wound, it is not impossible if now Bian's trust in women becomes eroded, and it is possible that Bian will also find it difficult to believe in Amara. Especially since Yuanita and Amara both share the same background, the night woman.
These ideas are increasingly painful for Bian when he imagines his old age will end in loneliness. Without a woman by his side, without offspring, without Alif. Then, Bian realized that his fate was much more bitter than his late father.
His father could have died in remorse because of the betrayal committed on his mother in the past. However, Bian's father was much luckier as he had many children.
His old age was not lonely, and he breathed his last with a mob of all his children. Then, what does Bian have now, tomorrow, even the coming old days?
Aliph. Only that name came to Bian's mind. There may still be happiness and compassion left over from the innocent orphan.
So, that's what made Bian determined to keep Alif with him. No matter if Alif was not his real son, Bian never wanted to lose that child.
The child she hoped would be her only life companion, who always greeted Bian with a sincere smile etched on her little lips. A smile that is not made up, and comes from the bottom of the heart.
"If you want Alif, it means we can't be a cerei!"
No wonder Yuanita felt above the clouds when the next day Bian came, the thing he had calculated because he knew that Alif was the source of Bian's weakness.
So, Yuanita insisted on keeping Alif by his side, the last weapon she thought would be more powerful to maintain her financial resources than those spells that seemed to no longer work.
"Crazy!" Bian growled in annoyance. "Until I die, I will never want to go back to you. There is no fourth talaq. Alif pounded me, I'm more entitled to bring him. He's my family."
"Father with your mother, Mirna tea, your two older brothers, even you yourself have signed and agree that Alif is mine until he dies. You guys already know will not take Alif, no matter what happens—"
"That's because my family and I never thought you were a rotten woman!" tukas Bian firmly. "Udah enough I gave up for Alif two years ago, Alif I brought!"
"Don't test my patience until you have to shout again!" Bian pushed back Yuanita and immediately looked for Alif, when he opened the door of the room, the boy just stayed away from Bian— as if his father was a sadist that he should avoid.
"Vin," persuaded Bian gently as he approached Alif who was looking at him with fear. "Follow Papa to Thia's mother's tea house, huh?"
There was such a terrible pain in Bian's heart as Alif replied in a quivering voice, "The Alice wants to be the same Mama."
Bian leaned over Alif, then held onto the child's shoulders and said, "Why don't you want to come with Papa? Usually you want to come along if Papa leaves."
Alif's eyes glazed over as her fear turned into a roar of tears. "But Alif was afraid of Papa mukulin Alif kayak mama yesterday. Mom's sick. Alif don't want to be with Papa—"
"You're horrifying yourself, the boy just doesn't want to be with you!" Yuanita suddenly came and directly grabbed Alif from before Bian. "Alif don't stay Mama anyway, mama must be sad if you come with Papa. Could you also be hit— later"
"So your mouth, Yuanita!" snapped Bian annoyed, then lowered his voice again when he persuaded Alif, "Vin, Papa is sorry for you, dear. Papa has never beaten you, has he? Come with Papa, will you?"
Alif receded back and hid behind Yuanita's body, as if it was the only place Alif thought was safest after seeing how her father treated her yesterday.
Yuanita smiled with satisfaction, then prepared to put on a regretful expression and engineered a little story by saying, "Pa, we are already at peace. Don't bother taking care of cerei. Mama's sorry, this promise is the last time Mama's caliph ..."
Yuanita hung up her words, she lowered her head as if looking for an excuse that could possibly knock Bian down. With a bit of speculation, Yuanita returned to chanting incantations in her heart, hoping that Bian would still believe what she was about to say.
As Yuanita again raised her gaze, Bian was worried that the woman would spout words that might ignite her emotions back in front of Alif. So, Bian directly exited the room and Yuanita immediately caught up with him.
"Actually Mama was framed," Yuanita said later after finding the reason in her mind. "Mama knew that guy in the sosmed. At first he ngaku as a pinter who can therapy a shortcut for women who can not get pregnant—"
"By having sex?" Bian snorted in annoyance as he belied Yuanita's words. "It's not him who's a pinter, it's you who's b*go! The era has advanced, medical devices are sophisticated, not even a few people who program baby tubes. But your brain is stuck in there!"
Yuanita refrained from emotion and replied to Bian. However, he had to succeed in persuading the man to abandon the intention of separating from him.
"Yes, I mean Mama the guy's a pinter because he's a gynecologist. It's just me doang. Mama's money drained, Mama kayak hypnotized so you want to waitin—"
"No need to make a—"
"Pa, Mama please. Trust Mom again. For Alif."
Bian was speechless, looking at Yuanita seriously— and Yuanita guessed that maybe the spell was still working, as Bian seemed to be considering Yuanita's request.
No wonder Yuanita could really bring Bian to his knees, because the woman did know the source of Bian's weakness from all sides. First, Alif. Second, he knew that Bian had always been in the vanguard if one of his family members was bullied. Moreover, they had not been twenty-four hours divorced, so Yuanita foolishly thought that the man would still defend her.
However, perhaps this time Yuanita's conjecture was mistaken. Because Bian's trust was completely gone. However, hearing Yuanita mention about the man she had slept with, of course Bian did not waste the opportunity. At least, he was eager to throw a fist at a man who dared to play around with married women.
"If so, let's meet him. You know right, I was willing to let my family be oppressed," Bian said firmly and made Yuanita instantly limp, not expecting Bian would actually ask to meet the man.
"Pa, we don't have to bother finding her," Yuanita still tried to lie. "Partially he's his home in Jakarta, not—"
"It's a long way from here to Jakarta. No nyampe eat all day—"
"Papa, crazy!"
"You are crazy!" Bian snorted annoyedly. "Call him. I don't want to know, how, I want to meet him. That's a condition you have to meet if you want me back."
Yuanita was hesitant at first, but she knew it was an opportunity to be able to maintain her household. And he certainly would not waste an opportunity, could not imagine what it would be like if he lost the source of his property.
So, Yuanita went to the room and foolishly and pettily she contacted Ardi, apologizing for yesterday's incident so that the man would meet her.
Finally Ardi is willing to meet at the border of Sukabumi— Jakarta. They each traveled for nearly two hours. Ardi who does not know Yuanita's plan, he really does not expect that Yuanita came with Bian.
Until Bian suddenly let out a fist until the man staggered, then Ardi revealed the fact that he never knew Yuanita had a husband.
From the beginning Ardi repeatedly questioned Yuanita's status before they met, but Yuanita confirmed that she was a Widow left for dead. From the messages in Yuanita's phone, Bian knew that the woman had indeed confessed so.
It's just, it feels like the anger that is embedded in Bian's heart as if it hasn't overflowing because it can't teach the man a lesson. Bian admitted he was a bastard, but screwing people's wives was a terrible thing for him.
"You know, if I'm not interested in cheap girls!" In the end Ardi was struck with emotion because Yuanita cornered him. "From the beginning I didn't know she had a husband! Even your wife paid me for her lust. The video was also requested. I'm not the one who wants to! Your wife is cheap, hypers*x. He said satisfied nges*ks with me because it can last long. Just so you know, cheap women, I can nges*ks old same you because my interest is greater to men. Not to the girls!"
The statement managed to make Bian vomit instantly, never expecting to hear such a disgusting statement more than his expectations. And that confession also made Bian even more afraid to leave Alif with Yuanita.
So, after they returned with facts that Yuanita could not deny, Bian forced Alif to come with him. However, he did not know why Alif was so subdued to Yuanita that he did not want to be with her.
In the end, Bian was forced to wear the last move by saying to Alif, "He's not your Mama. Thia's mother tea is your real mother. You're not her son, you're Mirna's son. Sort of Papa, come back to Mom, okay?"
As soon as the sentence was spoken, Bian felt his world was amazingly destroyed— especially when he saw Alif screaming hysterically until rolling on the floor of the— did not accept the painful fact that his father had just said.
"Papa lied!" cry Alif in her unstoppable cry. "Alif Papa's son with Mama, not Mom's son. If you want Mama's son, not Mom's son. Papa's lying!"
Bian did not know what he could say anymore, all the words seemed difficult to say from his mouth. However, he did not undo the intention to bring Alif who thrashed asking to be taken down.
No different from Alif, Yuanita was crying and chasing Bian. Not because he was really afraid of losing or pitying Alif, but he knew his weapon would run out if Alif was successfully taken away.
"Alif wants Mama, Pa!" Alif was sobbing at Yuanita trying to block Bian from getting into the car.
"Dear alif, massage with Papa."
"But Alf wants Mama."
"Aliff!" bian's snapped in frustration. "He's someone else, he's a stranger. We're going home to Mom."
Alif stopped crying, but the boy sobbed bitterly until they arrived at Mirna's house. Bian's older sister who did not know what happened to her younger brother, of course, was shocked amazing when she saw Alif and Bian coming with such a chaotic condition.
After successfully putting Alif to sleep, Bian tells Mirna what happened. Only, Bian never expected that Alif the next morning immediately fell ill and continued to call his mother.
From then on Bian allowed Yuanita and Alif to meet occasionally, all just for Alif's sake. However, since Alif and Yuanita often meet, what comes to Bian's mind is Ardi—'s statement admitting he has a sexual disorder.
Finally it was answered where the s*sexual disease came from, and the more Bian thought about it, Bian found himself feeling so dirty, disgusting. Then, Bian came to a point where he hated himself.
For two years Bian played with pel@c*r, in addition to Amara, he did not dare to release the safety device— worried about contracting sexual diseases. However, who would have guessed that the bacteria and viruses of sexual diseases were actually in his house.
The more time goes by, Bian's worries actually cause extraordinary anxiety. Bian's attitude slowly changed abnormally, he even repeatedly reprimanded Mirna for bathing many times a day.
Maybe Bian is not aware that his subconscious calls himself so dirty because of years of living with the woman who is the source of the virus.
Slowly, Bian forgets Alif when in his mind the split may not be just the syphilis he is experiencing.
Given that Ardi is a man who has s*ksu*l disorder, it is not impossible that the man also carries the HIV virus whose symptoms and early signs are sometimes even undetectable.
So, when Bian felt the slightest sense of dizziness, Bian's panic and fear instantly made him tremble. More and more days, Bian increasingly phobic with diseases that he might experience.
Unfortunately, even though Bian had done a whole test to find out what disease he was experiencing, the panic did not go away. In fact, doctors stated that the only sexual disease experienced is primary syphilis which even recovered in less than six weeks because it had been detected in the first place.
