The Selena Tsabina Series

The Selena Tsabina Series
The Future part 2

~ Happy Reading ~

"In addition to being with Mama, the change in your nature is too striking Selena, do you realize that. Mama heard from Feby that you grew up to be a polite woman who likes to smile. Feby told Mama, when he met you and your little family, he wanted to have one son like your son Fatih. He said Fatih was the funniest and smartest boy Feby had ever met."

"Even your second aunt told Mama that you've become a responsible and loving mother, making your aunt jealous of the little family you've built."

"Mom didn't understand what they were talking about. Before Mama saw you with Fatih and Lesley playing together. In the video, you smile a lot with them. It was a moment where Mama cried for a long time because Mama realized she missed you so much."

"Luckily Dad was there, he hugged Mama tightly. Your father once said that he was proud to have a daughter like you, Selena. From the beginning your father was very trusting and supportive of whatever your decision was, but due to his lack of assertiveness in taking a stand, your father can only secretly support you without even wanting to hurt your feelings. Your father knew that if he defended you, Mama would probably fall and choose to divorce her because of Mama's selfishness."

"Although your father said he did not regret his choice to let you go first. Mama who bore that regret in the end."

"Selena, as your parents, we are aware that we have failed to fulfill our responsibilities as a Mother and Father. It took me years until I finally dared to see you."

After a long listening and silence Selena suddenly interrupts Lyana's speech.

"I never regretted being Mama's son. Maybe disappointed, but not vengeful. Mama doesn't have to bear any regrets for me. For Selena, Marco and Alysha, Mom and Dad are the parents we love so much. That will never change, even if you often disappoint us. After all, knowing Alysha wasn't treated wrongly like Selena and Marco, as her sister, Selena was happy for you to change and wake up in the end."

"Did it help ease the burden on your heart?"

Her eldest daughter was like this, never changing at all. He understands his family very well. Replying to every pain he suffered with patience and compassion continuously. Wherever she had been, as a mother, she was completely blind to see every single child's sincerity.

Rehan, you heard what our daughter said. Are you proud at the moment. You're right, what you told me back then is true. Selena, our proud daughter.

Lyana lamented in her heart full of sorrow and haru. Tears began to pour and he sobbed in his wheelchair.

His shoulders trembled and the apologies he kept saying over and over again.

"I'm sorry... I'm sorry Mama Selena."

"I'm sorry Mama. Mama's guilty."

"I'm sorry Mama." Lyana sniffled and continued to cry. As she felt a warm embrace, Lyana grew sadder and her cries broke. She hugged Selena tightly, her lips quivering and the sound of crying did not stop until the sky began to turn dark.

Selena hugged the middle-aged woman. She did not speak anything and just gently rubbed Lyana's back to calm down.

Selena continued to stand up like that for an hour more and she glanced down. Feeling that the breath that was blowing in her stomach was stable and the crying of the mother had stopped. Lyana's asleep.

Selena holds Lyana's nape and holds her in a wheelchair. He wiped away the tears on Lyana's aged cheek with his hand.

Selena kisses the old and loving face of Lyana. From the forehead, the eyes are closed, the nose, the two wet cheeks, and the last corner of the mother's mouth.

He allowed the scarf around Lyana's neck, closing it tightly so that the sea breeze wouldn't make her catch a cold. Selena drew closer to Lyana's ear and whispered, "Selena has forgiven Mama a long time ago. Selena always loved Mama."

And Dad, and grandma. Selena always loved our little family.

When Selena put her head in Lyana's lap. His shoulders were covered in a soft cloth. And the masculine voice he had already memorized sounded tickling his ears.

"I've always been proud of you, baby."

Selena smiled widely, as she opened her two eyes, she looked directly at the figure of the handsome adult man, who was now bowing close to her face.

Selena whispered and the man who heard her replied with a beautiful smile.

"I love you."

The crying, disappointment and regret of the past.

It was a pain that made him grow up.

He always believed, it would come in time that happiness would be felt as well.

He does not regret the decision he made....

Parting and leaving, for him, was only the process by which he would meet at what he sought.

Understanding and compassion.
