Arriving at the restaurant where the family event was held, Bryant was down at Trisya after, this restaurant looks quiet, maybe Bryant has ordered all restaurants in this place.
"Mr Bryant and Mrs Trisya please come in, your presence is both waiting for the Maverick's Master." Said the receptionist guard while bowing respectfully. Trisya and Bryant enter following the steps of the woman.
The babbling voice of a girl makes Trisya sure that Zalia has been there first.
"Zalia likes a gift from Grandpa?" Ask a man Trisya knows.
"Like the cake, the tablet is good, Zalia can play the game until satisfied." Zalia cried with passion.
Trisya and Bryant enter the room, making Grandpa look at them, as well as Zalia, and a middle-aged man who always follows Grandpa wherever he goes, Trisya recognizes the man, his name is Mr. Yohan.
"Grandpa how are you, how's Grandpa been doing for the past few years?" Greeting Trisya, Grandfather did not answer, he turned his face in the other direction, then whispered something in Zalia's ear.
Zalia frowned, "why didn't Grandpa tell Mommy himself" he half refused.
"Come on, baby, I'll buy you another Zalia toy." Persuaded it.
"Mommy, Grandpa says he won't talk to Mommy, Grandpa's mad." Zalia said, finally she obeyed Grandpa's wishes, to make the elderly man smile happily, she glared at Trisya.
Trisya lowered her head, Bryant who realized that then grasped Trisya's fingers tightly, "why did Grandpa suddenly come here?" ask Bryant.
"Why did you say? Of course to meet Grandpa's granddaughter." He rubbed Zalia's head slowly.
"Now Grandpa has met him, right, let's get Zalia home!" As Zalia got up, she put the tablet on the table and walked over to Bryant.
"Hey what are you doing, why are you going home now?" Grandpa was surprised, because he was not satisfied playing with Zalia, Marc had not long taken him to this place.
"Because Grandpa doesn't want to meet Trisya, then Grandpa can't see Zalia either, she's his mother, Zalia will be with him wherever he is." Bryant said.
Grandfather got up, his hands rested on the wooden stick on his left arm, he walked over, "who said I don't want to meet Trisya? I was just angry, because for six years he never remembered this old Grandpa" she said with a teary look.
"Sorry grandfather," said Trisya, he let go of Bryant's hand and carried himself to embrace Grandpa. Trisya sobbed slowly, honestly all this time Trisya had forgotten that in fact the Bryant family was a good person, they loved Trisya like their own daughter, though they also know Trisya's foster parents are just a couple of jerks selling it to their family.
"Never cry" Grandfather rubbed Trisya's head with one hand, "I'm not mad at you for hating you, I'm just upset that you just left without saying goodbye to this old Grandpa." Trisya took off her embrace, again only an apology was able to come out of her lips.
"Here you go, let's help Grandpa sit down, Grandpa's knees can't stand for long" she said, then Trisya helped Grandpa sit down.
Marc came with the waiters who were about to serve food at the table, he hinted that they would just serve him without a sound.
"Master eat first while it's warm" he said.
"All right, let's eat."
Marc and Mr. Yohan took a few steps back, they were about to go out, "Om where are you going?" zalia's exclamation made all eyes turn towards the two of them.
"Why wait outside? Come here we eat together" he said innocently.
Grandfather laughed softly, "this little girl is right, come sit down with us, you two are already like our family."
"But Sir," Yohan refused, but not Marc, he went to them and sat in one of the empty seats, and Mr. Yohan followed.
"Eat, do not hesitate." and they ate together happily. Bryant got up, he took some photos on his phone and sent them to his father in their home country.
A male waiter came while pushing a food trolley containing a large pink cake with a cartoon princess motif named Sofia.
Everyone sings a happy birthday song to Zalia, and the number candle lights up this time Zalia turns six.
"Let's go, blow the candles!" bryant said, Zalia also according to him climbed on the chair then blew the number six candle in red, with a feeling of joy.
"Thank you Daddy, Mommy and Grandpa, I'm so happy today. Thanks to Om Marc, and Om that," said Zalia because she did not know the name Yohan.
Yohan chuckled, "little girl don't call me Om, I'm your Grandpa's age" she said, smiling, "if you can call me Grandpa too."
"Well Grandpa, but isn't there another Grandpa?"
"Dear, there's another Grandpa, Grandpa Austin, he's your Daddy's dad. She's sick so can't come here, Zalia wants to talk to Grandpa?" Zalia nodded her head.
Trisya took her phone and called Mr. Austin.
"Hello!" said someone from the phone.
"Hello Pah, it's me Trisya," as soon as the phone sounded silent, "Well, there's someone who wants to talk to Papah, please don't turn the phone off, let's talk to Grandpa." Trisya said, she handed the phone to her daughter.
Zalia grabbed him and said, "hello Grandpa, I'm Zalia, I'm Grandpa's granddaughter" Zalia said, but there was no reply from behind the phone, Mommy was like her phone was dead," Zalia complained, because I don't get an answer from there.
"What time?" Trisya took the phone and looked at the screen, the phone was still connected, but strangely no one spoke at all.
"Well, is Papah okay?" Trissy started to panic.
"Bryant, call the waiters, why isn't Papah talking?" peeking Trisya, she looked panicked, and with the others, they were busy contacting her the person who lived in Austin's house.
A soft sigh suddenly rang out, from behind the phone, "Trisya, how are you, son?"
The greeting made Trisya's heart become relieved, "Jeez Papah, why Papah just shut up, i-," Trisya had not had time to finish his words Bryant first seized him.
"What did Papah think? Why Papah was silent when Trisya spoke earlier, did Papah know we were so panicked earlier, we thought something happened to Papah!" Bryant said in a annoyed tone.
"Who are you? I don't want to talk to you, I just want to talk to my missing daughter." The reply from the father made Bryant cluck in annoyance.
