The Seed of the Ex!

The Seed of the Ex!
Chapter 18 - Starting the plan

Days passed, Aunt Merry had started working and seemed to be able to believe in making Trisya a little calmer.

"Marc, did you help Trisya find a nanny for her daughter?" bryant asked with a probing look.

"Yes, sir," replied Marc as he tidied up the files strewn across the table.

"Why does it seem like he trusts you more than I do" Bryant lamented, looking dislikeful.

"Are you not happy?" Marc asked back.

"No, I'm happy. But, you know I'm a jealous guy, but take it easy I'm not a petty person, just keep going, I know it's for me." Bryant let out a heavy sigh, he felt envious because Trisya could easily trust Marc, while to him even Trisya's attitude was fierce.

Marc turned his head and said, "the task of the Master now is to approach his daughter Trisya, who may be the daughter of the Master himself."

"Okay Marc, your steps are always one step ahead of me. What happens if you're not next to me" Bryant chuckled softly.

Marc turned his gaze in another direction, "don't rely too much on me, sir, so you might be more disappointed with me later."

Bryant shrugged his shoulders lightly, "i'm not a man without tolerance, if you just make a trivial mistake I'll forget about it. Let's go to the meeting room."

Bryant patted Marc on the shoulder as he passed.

...----------------...

"Five plus seven is how many? One, two, three," Zalia seemed to think as she counted her fingers.

"Arzan, how many do you think?" he throws a question at Arzan.

"I don't know," Arzan lowered his head and focused on his own book.

Zalia Manyun, she was upset that Arzan always did, he always avoided Zalia and never looked at her.

"Om, may I have some food, I'm hungry." Zalia.

"Of course, what do you want to eat?" Jo walked over with a smile on her lips.

"Sandwich bread and milk." Answer Zalia.

"That's all?"

Zalia nodded, "alright, Arzan do you want anything else?"

As usual the boy did not reply, his gaze was always flat expressionless, "then I made you a sandwich too."

Jonatan let out a heavy sigh, since his Grandmother died, Arzan was much more reserved than before, although Jo kept trying to blend in and fill the void in Arzan's life, but it didn't seem to work at all.

Arzan glanced at the PR book that Zalia had been working on, he knew Zalia was just pretending not to know, even though she was the smartest student in school.

"Your sandwich has come, one for Zalia and one for Arzan, if you're still hungry Om will make it again. Eat, Om will be there!" point Jonatan on a chair located on the balcony of his house.

"OK Om!"

Zalia grabbed the bread and ate it while drinking milk, "hey why not eat it?" zalia asked when she saw that Arzan had not touched the food at all.

"I'm not hungry." Replied Arzan coldly, he instead focused on drawing in his book.

"What are you drawing?" Zalia was about to see, but Arzan shut her down immediately.

"It's okay, if you want you to be able to eat all of this," Arzan thrust his part of the plate at Zalia.

"Why don't you want to, you have to eat. And that's why your face is always like that, smile a little." Arzan looked at Zalia with a difficult look.

"Smiling, like this," Zalia practiced it she smiled sweetly.

"You're so pretty" she said, "keep it going" she said, but she was just flat-faced herself.

"You don't smile yourself, let's try to smile," Arzan put it into practice and just the stiff smile he produced.

Ting...Kegs...

The sound of the doorbell makes all attention diverted, Jonatan walks over and opens it, it turns out that it was Merry's nanny Zalia, she came to pick him up.

"Zalia let's go home, enough of it."

"Alright aunt. Arzan, tomorrow we play again huh, Om thank you the sandwich is so delicious."

"When you like it, Om will make you sandwiches every day."

"Really, thank you, Om. Arzan your uncle is very good, you're lucky to have a good and handsome uncle." Said Zalia who was not responded in the least by Arzan.

"Om, then I go home first, Arzan's drug."

"Sir Jo, we're home first, thanks for taking care of Zalia."

"Sama-sama, I am actually very happy because Arzan has a playmate."

After saying goodbye, Zalia and her aunt Merry left the residence of Jonatan and Arzan.

"Is the play so much fun?" ask Aunt Merry.

"Yes, Arzan's uncle is very nice, I like him."

"Zalia want to play at the park?" ask Aunt Merry.

"You, want, want, but... Is Mommy gonna let us go?"

"Look down, Auntie has asked Mommy and Mommy permission to say okay, just don't come home too late."

"Asik, let's go get some ice cream first." Zalia said excitedly.

"All right."

...----------------...

Bryant and Marc's footsteps echoed in the room, they had just stepped out of the meeting room, heading back to Bryant's room.

'Sir, we're already in the park.' The message was received by Marc on his phone.

"Sir, there's no scheduled meeting today, do you want to go out?" Bryant frowned feeling astonished by Marc's question.

"Zalia is in a suburban park" whispered Marc, making Bryant's eyes widen perfectly.

"You sure?" Bryant confirmed, Marc showed proof of chat that he got from Merry.

"Okay, I'll be there soon." Bryant said excitedly.

"But Lord remember, don't make the girl suspicious, or she will say that if you meet you without Trisya's knowledge, you should approach her slowly."

"Okay Marc, I get it."
