Before entering, Gaby's eyes scoured the entire corner of the room making sure Jonathan didn't show up all of a sudden. Jenny and Kendra had promised there would be no Jonathan, but Gaby memorized the man's habits: stubborn and determined when wanting something.

Gaby hastened up and peeked back from the glass gap in the door, making sure Jonathan wasn't in the room.

Mama Hani was treated in a 2nd and 3rd class room filled with patients, all of whom were covered in curtains.

“How is Brother Jenny ?” Gaby hugged her ex-sister-in-law with a smile.

”Then to be honest is not good, Gab. It was sad to see Mama sick but the doctor said there was no cure except to make her happy.”

Gaby just smiled and approached Mama Hani who was sleeping in a half-lying position.3 months did not meet, mama looks a little thin. Gaby also touched my mother's fingers that felt cold.

Mama immediately cried, Jenny averted her eyes, her tears came out.

Kendra smiled faintly. Gaby has changed a lot, her attitude is stiffer and her eyes imply a slightly excessive sense of alertness. Gaby is not comfortable in her current condition.

The conversation resumed and according to Gaby's request, not once Jonathan's name was mentioned until after the next 30 minutes, Gaby left home.

“Mama should heal quickly. We can meet again sometime.”

Jenny who was standing behind Gaby smiled bitterly. He sees and feels Gaby's change like Kendra. Gaby doesn't offer to visit mom but makes an appointment which means Gaby is reluctant to come to mom's house.

After saying goodbye to Mama and Jenny, Kendra fulfilled her promise to take Gaby home.

“So Kendra didn't make a deal with Jonathan, did you?”

Just like mom and Jenny, Kendra was also surprised to hear Gaby mention her ex-husband by name only.

“You still doubt me ?” kendra asked in an annoyed tone while sighing.

“Just to make sure because after all you are best friends since you were in school.”

.Kendra remained silent until the elevator led them to the ground floor. Initially Kendra intended to take Gaby to dinner but seeing the woman next to her seemed to fortify her, Kendra was a little lazy and canceled to invite Gaby.
