Monday morning when he came down for breakfast, Jonathan did not dare to comment about the food presented at the table even though Jenny had returned to Semarang since yesterday afternoon.

Jonathan was just looking for Gabriela who he did not meet in the room even his school bag was no longer there.

“Your wife has left since 30 minutes ago, same saying Mama there is need.”

“Iya, he said earlier that he had to leave early.”

Mama sighed knowing that her son was lying. If indeed Jonathan already knew, of course he would not look here and there like looking for something or someone.

“Ma,” Jonathan put down his spoon and fork.  “Can Mama not call Gaby your wife ? Like Mama just said that my heart can't accept this reality.”

Jonathan chose silence and only sighed. It feels uncomfortable arguing with Mama in the morning like this, especially he is sure that this conversation will lead to disappointment and sadness in the hearts of both.

Jonathan got up and took his empty plate to the kitchen. She kissed Mama Hani on the cheek, who was still sitting on the dining table chair.

As usual, Jonathan used his bike every time he went to teach. The car is only used when it rains or there are other purposes that require car transportation.

It only took 20 minutes, Jonathan had arrived at the school parking lot. His eyebrows when he did not find Gabriela's motorbike parked there even though the time has shown at 06:20. It seems impossible Gabriela who is used to carrying a motorcycle takes up to 1 hour to get to school.

The school entrance bell rang at 6:50 and began with a prayer session before the first lesson began. Jonathan, who had a first-hour teaching schedule in Gabriela's class, was a little relieved when he saw the girl sitting at the very end of the back row.

“I don't feel that way, sir and I'm really serious about doing exercises from Mr.” Gabriela raised the issue sheet that was distributed to all students.

“ I am tired of arguing and getting angry with you, so if you do not like me or math lessons, please come out now.”

“Bapak expel me ? I didn't do anything heavy until you had to get me out of class !” gabriela's voice began to rise even as she stood up and looked up to Jonathan's gaze.

“Pray that we may not meet again in class 12,” Jonathan said with a cynical laugh. “And now than you piss me off and hurt your friends, you better do the exercises outside the classroom.”

Gabriela sighed and looked at Jonathan with annoyance but not wanting to hinder her classmates, Gabriela decided to drop out of class and sit down in the front row of the class to continue working on her exercises.

As if unaffected by Jonathan's indifferent, harsh and sometimes rude demeanor, Gabriela remains a cheerful and feisty child. The next Monday Jonathan hurriedly took a shower as Gabriela was busy in the kitchen preparing breakfast. Then he went back to bed as if he had not woken up. As soon as Gabriela finished her bath and went into the room fully dressed, the feigning Jonathan rushed to the bathroom only to change.

“Where are you going?” asked Mama who was confused to see her son come down in a hurry so early and was dressed neatly.

“You accompany Gaby first, Ma. I'm worried she's doing it too. Go first, Ma.”

Both ends of Mama's lips were immediately attracted when he heard Jonathan's words because he thought his son was starting to pay attention and felt worried about his wife.
