Parental Disappointment

It has been 3 weeks since Jonathan returned to stay at Mama's house since officially resigning from the company and 3 days ago was the last day Jonathan worked after making a handover with Om Sofian.

“Where are you going, Nathan ?” mama asked when she saw her son was neat with his shirt and work pants.

“You go to the office, meet Om Sofian, Ma. I asked for my old car to be returned but Om Sofian said it was sold and will be replaced by a car that is equivalent to mine.”

Mama sat on the living room couch and started crying making Jonathan take a deep breath and approach Mama then kneel in front of her.
