"Well, this is the first lunch with you, Mr. Will. I thought that if Mr. Darius was coming to the project himself, I was wrong" said Mrs Aline, who had just sat in the chair.
"Yes, Madam. I didn't know it either, but suddenly my father asked me to take care of it with this Austin Group's proud secretary." William deliberately praised Caroline.
Caroline tries to be indifferent to no longer care what William says. He should be able to keep his attitude and feelings to not get stuck with the man anymore. Hope there's a miracle to get back to town sooner.
While enjoying lunch, Caroline's phone rang. He picked it up and saw the name of Lord Darius there.
"Sorry, Mrs Aline and Mr. Will. Excuse me for picking up the phone first" said Caroline. He's a little bit away from William.
William seemed very jealous to see her. It seemed to be from someone so important that Caroline had to pick it up immediately.
"Sorry, Mr. Will. If I may give you advice," said Mrs Aline.
William looked directly at his client. "Yes, Madam. Advice on what?"
"Listen Mr. Will, I see very clearly if you are very interested in Miss Caroline. I, as a woman, am interested in her. Suppose Miss Caroline doesn't work for Mr. Darius' company, maybe I'll make her a private secretary. Besides she is beautiful, looks very smart and amazing. His appeal is very alluring. If you like it, why not go after it? It looks like Miss Caroline's avoiding you." Ms. Aline is more experienced about this because she is much older. He was even the same age as Lord Darius.
Mrs Aline is right. If he doesn't chase after her, when will it be like this? Looks like William has to let go of one and choose between Roseanne or Caroline. For William, Caroline was invaluable in his past and future life.
Soon I will solve my problem with Roseanne. I'll divorce her. Inner William.
Caroline would be difficult to approach if William's status was still a husband, but William forgot if the complexity of his relationship with Caroline would be contrary to his mother. She never knew during her relationship with the girl, Mama Lavina had always been the third person to try to separate Caroline from her.
"Thank you for the advice, ma'am. I'll consider." William saw Caroline return with a very happy face. Just like when I fell in love with her for the first time.
"Sorry everyone. Lunch can be continued." Caroline began to take her food and eat it like a secretary in general who followed the rules of the lunch with the client.
William smiled at her. It turns out Caroline had worked on it with a style of eating the bars.
After lunch, Caroline wanted to announce the news she had just received.
"Mrs Aline, we apologized earlier. Just now Mr. Darius called and notified me of any schedule changes. Actually for a visit to this project lasted for three days, but because Mr. Darius has received feedback from you who expressed very satisfied. So, Mr. Darius only gave a one-time visit schedule, Madam. What do you think. Is it acceptable?"
Lady Aline did not answer. He focused more on picking up the phone in his bag.
"Ah, yes. Mr. Darius had called me, but since it was a lunch, my phone was silent. If it was Mr. Darius' decision, I would go with it. Everything went well." Mrs Aline was perfectly amenable to Caroline's explanation. The girl caught his attention.
Caroline was happy and William was starting to fret. His lingering intentions with Caroline have failed. This afternoon, Caroline must have asked to return to the city.
"How's Mrs Aline? Can we get back to the project now?" ask William.
"No need, Sir. I asked the driver to come to this restaurant. I have another meeting somewhere else soon. I'm sorry, Mr. Will. You can go directly to the inn," said Mrs Aline.
Thank you, Mr. Darius. My heart will be safe if it is far from your son. Inner Caroline.
"Sit in front!" william's orders.
"No, Mr. Will. That chair is only for your wife. So, I have no right to sit there." Caroline was completely evasive.
"What the hell, you? Where there is a rule of car seats for wives. Everyone is free to sit anywhere" William said. She had already opened the front door, but Caroline was adamant about sitting in the back seat. As a result, Caroline accidentally stepped on something that caused her to lose her balance. Fortunately William quickly caught it so Caroline did not fall.
For a second they both looked. Caroline's heart was getting out of place, her heart was beating faster. It looks like he will soon have a heart attack if he continues to be close to William.
Caroline let go of William's grip. He could control himself not to fall.
"Thank you." That was all that could be said to the man.
"We went straight to the Villa" William said. He drove his car in silence.
Looking at Caroline at such close range made her even more crazy. She wants to marry him even though she'll have a hard time letting go of Roseanne any time soon. Both families would disagree.
I have to go home tonight. If I wait tomorrow, I'm afraid I won't be strong with William at Villa.
"Will, when I got to Villa, I packed up. This afternoon we're back in town."
True what he said. He couldn't hold Caroline for too long. He can go home alone.
"Yes, it's a little afternoon. I want to rest first." William had imagined his tiredness to return to the city in the afternoon. It was clear it was late at night. "Wouldn't I just go home tomorrow morning?"
"Can't, Will. Mr. Darius has an important meeting tomorrow morning and I should always be by his side."
As expected, Caroline must have asked to come home early tonight. I can't hold it for too long.
"alright. Give me an hour's rest. I want to go to bed before I go home" William said.
"okay." The shortest answer Caroline ever said.
William's car enters the Villa courtyard. Caroline immediately went down and entered her room. No more conversations between them.
William did the same. But, before getting into the room, his phone rang an incoming message sign. William quickly opened it and it turned out that it was a message from his wife.
[Sweetie, I haven't come home yet. I went with Jack.]
William stared at the message as normal. There is nothing special like the person who is in the Villa. William did not reply to her at all. It seemed like he was deliberately letting his wife do as he pleased.
