The Rich Widow
Chapter 64 The End

"What?! Arman's accident? Then how is he doing now?" peekkik Bu Ningsih with round eyes after hearing the news that Arman had an accident.

He was silent and focused on listening to the voice of someone from across the phone who was explaining how Arman's condition at that time. After the medics finished explaining, Ms. Ningsih was unable to hold back her tears.

"Oh my goodness, Arman! This is another try, son!" pekik Bu Ningsih again. "Alright, Sus. I'll be there soon," he continued.

After she finished talking with the medics, Ms. Ningsih immediately prepared. He prepared to go to the hospital to see Arman who was being treated there with a pretty bad condition.

A few minutes later, Ms. Ningsih arrived in front of the hospital using a public transport. With a hasty step, Bu Ningsih stepped foot into the room, where Arman was receiving treatment.

"How's my son doing, Sus? He's fine, isn't he?" bu Ningsih asked one of the nurses who had just walked out of the room. His face looked anxious, worried about Arman's condition at that moment.

"Mom better get inside. Mr. Arman has been waiting for you since then" replied the nurse.

Bu Ningsih nodded quickly and rushed into the room.

"Son!" he walked quickly to the patient's bed. Where Arman is lying weak with a fairly serious condition.

"Mother" said Arman softly. He's so weak. In fact, to speak alone felt very difficult for him.

"How did this happen, Arman? Why did that truck hit you? Didn't you see that big truck driving behind you?" tanya Bu Ningsih was in a row, with tears that continued to pour.

"I-I didn't see it, Mom. Suddenly the truck came and hit me from behind. Though I've been walking on the right side of the road" explained Arman, while remembering how it happened.

"Where are you from, son?" ask Bu Ningsih again.

"After earning money from the proceeds of being a pelvic coolie, I intend to buy a cup of coffee, ma'am. However, it turns out that fate says something else," she said again with teary eyes.

Bak was struck by lightning in broad daylight, Bu Ningsih rounded his eyes after listening to an explanation from Arman. Because of a cup of coffee, Arman had to get a severe accident like that.

"I'm sorry, son! Forgive me," said Bu Ningsih in between sobs. He roared in the room, regretting all that he had done to Arman.

Arman grabbed onto Bu Ningsih's hand and clasped it tightly. "Mom, stop. It's okay, but can I ask you something?"

"What is that, son? Just tell me," he replied in a trembling voice.

"Mom, I want to meet Amara one last time before I leave" said Arman, who managed to make Bu Ningsih roar again.

"Don't say that, Arman. Don't say it like that! You're gonna be fine. You will be healthy again as before" said Bu Ningsih in between sobs.

"Please, Mom. Bring Amara here, I want to meet her one last time" Arman explained, closing his eyes. I felt a lot of pain in his head. As a result of the collision, Arman had to suffer a serious head injury. As a result of the injury, he was unconscious.

Bu Ningsih finally nodded. He was willing to comply with his son's request. "Well, I'll tell Nadira about this soon and hopefully she'll allow Amara to meet you."

Not having Nadira's mobile number, Ms. Ningsih was forced to contact Laras and ask the woman to submit Arman's request.

"Who, Ma'am?" tanya Nadira who is busy with her work at the boutique.

"What?! When?!" peek at Nadira with perfectly rounded eyes.

"Yesterday. How, Nad? Would you allow it?" ask Laras.

"Of course, Ma'am. After all, Arman is Amara's real father and I have no right to forbid them from meeting" he replied.

Nadira rushes to contact Andrew and asks her husband for permission to take Amara to the hospital. Meet Arman who's being treated there.

Andrew also allowed them. The man was even willing to take them straight to the hospital. It didn't take long, Andrew came to Nadira's boutique to pick up and deliver the child and his wife to Arman at the hospital.

In the hospital.

"Mas Arman ...." Slowly Nadira entered the room holding Amara's small arm.

"Nadira ... Amara ...." Arman smiled and extended his hand.

Nadira let go of the tiny hand and allowed Amara to approach Arman. The little girl seemed to know that it was her last day to meet her father. He cried softly while hugging Arman's weakened body.

"Dad, don't leave Amara, yeah!" amara said in between her sobs.

Arman smiled wryly then stroked the top of the little girl's head gently. "The romance is pinter, yes. My dear father Amara. Be a sholeha child, a success of the world and the hereafter" Arman said with trembling lips.

"Mara is also dear Dad," interrupted the girl, still crying softly in Arman's arms.

Nadira and Bu Ningsih could only cry to see the full sight of the day. After being satisfied to talk to Amara, now Arman's gaze turned to Andrew who was also in the room.

"Mr Andrew, thank you for being an extended father to Amara. Thank you for the love you have given her. And today I beg you again, please take care of Amara for me. Take care and care of him like your own son, Sir," said Arman with teary eyes looking at Andrew.

"Of course, Mas Arman. I promise to look after and love Amara as much as I care for and love my own son" Andrew replied.

Arman smiled with relief. "Thank you very much, sir."

A few seconds later, Arman breathed his last. He died peacefully. With a smile on his paled face.

Ms. Ningsih screamed. He could not have foreseen Arman's departure at the time. The middle-aged woman roared as she hugged and shook Arman's body.

"Arman, don't leave Mom, son! Come back, I promise I'll give you some good coffee. Your favorite black coffee, Arman!"

Nadira had already tried to calm the middle-aged woman down. However, Ms. Ningsih still ignored him. He continued to cry and roar over the lifeless body of Arman.
