It did not feel like a week Arman was in town and today the man has promised Nadira that he will return to their residence.
Nadira prepares everything to welcome the arrival of Arman. She cooks Arman's favorite dishes and dresses up prettier than usual.
Meanwhile at the residence of Laras and Budi.
"How, Baras? Did you tell Nadira about the pictures?" ask Budi while sipping sweet coffee made by Laras.
"No, Mas. The plan is today I'll visit his residence and tell him about it. It just so happens that today I don't have a job" Laras replied.
"Well, why now?" ask Budi while linking his two eyebrows.
"I've been busy for a few days, Mom. I flooded the order, so I didn't have time to visit Nadira's residence" he explained.
After Budi left for work, Laras was getting ready to visit Nadira at his residence. Using his electric bicycle, Laras headed for Nadira's residence. It only took a few minutes, he arrived at the place. Where Nadira was busy preparing to welcome the arrival of Arman.
"Marrata!" call Laras while knocking on Nadira's simple door.
"Eh, that sounds like Laras, deh."
Nadira rushed out with Amara following him from behind. He opened the door and it turned out to be true, Laras was standing in front of his house with a warm smile.
"Eh, Madam Laras. Coming, Ma'am!"
Nadira opened the door wider and invited Laras to enter. Laras entered and sat in a chair in the front room and was followed by Nadira.
"Where are you going, Dira? Kok, very beautiful," asked Laras while paying attention to the appearance of Nadira who looks different than usual. Nadira looks very beautiful even with just a rough makeup polish.
"Not going anywhere, Ma'am. Today Mas Arman is back so I want to welcome him" Nadira said, blushing in embarrassment.
"Oh, I see, yes."
The expression of the Barrel looks slightly changed. He felt compassion for Nadira who was so enthusiastic about welcoming the arrival of her husband. Behind his beautiful wife, Arman was betrayed.
"Mr? Why Mama Laras?" nadira asked after seeing Laras who was silent while staring fixedly at him.
Laras smiled bitterly. With hesitation, he began to open his voice again. "Dir .. there's actually something I want to talk to you about. It's about ...."
Suddenly the sound of Arman's motorbike entering the front page. The motor stopped and parked there. Laras who had wanted to tell about Arman to Nadira, suddenly fell silent and immediately turned his head outside.
"Ah, thank goodness! Mas Arman is home," muttered Nadira with teary eyes.
Amara, who noticed the father's arrival, immediately ran out. He stretched out his hand and asked to be greeted by the man.
"Dad!"
"Remarial darling!" Arman immediately greeted his little daughter and brought her into the house.
Not only Amara, Nadira did not want to miss welcoming her husband's arrival.
"For a moment, Ma'am."
Laras nodded and watched the little family closely. Seeing their togetherness, Laras again grieved. Her memory suddenly returned to the intimate photos of Arman taken by her husband a few days ago.
"Father, where is his gift" said Amara in the typical language of young children.
"Amara," Nadira said.
"Well, I still remember Ara as well as souvenirs," Arman replied with a soft laugh. He showed Amara some paper bags and made the beautiful boy smile.
Arman suddenly looked towards Laras and he threw his smile at the woman. "Eh, there is a Mba Laras apparently," said Amran.
"Yes, Mas Arman. But now I want to go back, really," replied Laras.
"Ehm, I don't feel good bothering you guys. Let's talk later. Yeah, already. I'm going home first, Dir. Mas Arman" said Laras, rising from his position and walking towards the main door.
"Bak Laras, is fine, isn't it?" nadira asked again, before the woman actually left her house.
"It's okay, Dir. Maybe tomorrow I'll come back here again" Laras replied. He then left the house while driving his favorite electric bicycle.
After Laras.
"Bak Laras why, Dir?" asked Arman while handing over some paperbags he brought to Nadira.
"Come, Mas. Mbak Laras did look a little strange today and said he wanted to talk to me about something. Does he have the same problem, huh?" sahut Nadira while grabbing the paperbag from the hands of Arman.
"Ehm, it could be, anyway."
Arman invited Nadira and Amara to sit on the chair and asked his wife to open the paperbag she was carrying.
"Open up, that's for you."
Nadira rushed to open it, it turns out there are several pieces of new clothes that Arman deliberately bought for Nadira and Amara. Nadira looks so happy. It's the first time Arman has bought her such a gift.
"Oh my goodness, my. Nice work!" pekik Nadira while carrying a cream-colored foot dress in front of him.
"How do you like it?" arman asked with a big smile.
Nadira nodded quickly. "Yes, Mas. I like it so much."
"And this is for you, honey. I've never once bought you a doll, have I?" Arman opens another paperbag that turns out to contain a teddy bear for Amara.
Amara shouted in excitement. He was so happy to get the brown and fluffy teddy bear. He hugged her tightly while continuing to kiss the doll.
"Come, tell me what's the same Dad?" nadira said with a happy smile looking at Amara.
"Thank you, Dad!"
"Together." Arman lays a kiss on Amara's head.
"I still have a surprise for you guys." Arman took something from his pocket. A small jewelry box opened it in front of Amara and Nadira.
"W-what is it, Mas?" nadira asked in amazement.
"Here, where's your hand?" Arman grabs Nadira's hand and pairs a 24-carat gold ring weighing 10 grams to Nadira's ring finger. Nadira was shocked not to play. His eyes were perfectly round because he could not believe what he saw in front of his eyes.
"Oh my God, Mom! The ring?" his screeches.
Arman smiled a little and then put a kiss on the back of Nadira's hand. "Yes, here's your ring. I'm sorry I just got it back now."
So excited, Nadira to shed tears. "Thank you very much, Mommy."
"And this earring for Amara, may Amara like it." Arman also handed a pair of small earrings to his only daughter to Nadira.
Nadira greeted the earrings hesitantly. Suddenly his heart again wondered about where Arman got that much money to buy the ring and gold earrings.
"Mas, I'm sorry. But, where did Mas get this much money to buy this ring and earrings?"
Arman patted Nadira's shoulder slowly. "It has. Don't think where I got it. What matters now is that it belongs to you. And one more thing, the money I made this time was all safe, there would be no drama like it used to be. Believe me," said Arman.
Nadira looked at Arman with a sad face. "But, Mas ...."
"Already, Nadira. Enough's enough! I don't want to talk about it. I'm tired and need rest" said Arman with a little reassurance. He got up from his position and just went off, went into the room. Leaving Nadira who is still haunted by various questions.
