What a thrilling day. We have done all the preparations carefully. The traditional music competition will last three hours. Early in the morning I had left for the race location at the De Javu Hotel. Honestly, I'm so deg. Can these children perform optimally and win champions?

The show opens with a classical music performance. Suddenly silent atmosphere. Why classical music? this is a regional music competition. My question was answered when one of the teachers from another school said that one of the sponsors for the regional music arrangement competition in Jabodetabek is the La Vita music school. One of the famous music schools in Jabodetabek whose branches are spread in several regions. The name La Vita itself is reportedly taken from one of the names of the children of the owner of the music school who is also a top composer in this country. And classical music is one of the main icons in the school of music.

A young man with a cross-faced appearance with his violin brought one of Antonin Dvoerak's works entitled "The New World", Symphony No.9. All the spectators were sedated with his performance on stage. That young man is very good. Can play a difficult piece of classical music so fantastically. Real cool.

"Let's give another round of applause for Jordan Winhern!" the host said with such enthusiasm.

His name is Jordan Winhern. It looks good bule. But Winhern's name was not the name of .....I try to remember. Winhern, it's like the name of his neighbor Noura. Take that stressful moment. When the race will start and all participants are asked to get ready. Artistic stage decorations add to the vivacity of the race on the day. Some participants began to be called in turns to display their best performance. Tight faces began to appear. I continue to encourage my children.

"You have to relax, just assume you are not in the race but still do your best. You can do it!" I kept encouraging them.

Finally, it was our school's turn to perform. The kids start getting ready. Slowly but surely, they walked towards the stage and began to display the results of the practice all along. Chants of Betawi song gambang kromong arranged with a modern touch began to look dynamic.

Although tense, my children still display the results of training well. The sound of applause added to their spirits on stage. The judges whispered and then enthusiastically smiled. My heart's getting dag dig dug not careless. May we succeed in becoming champions, my prayers are in my heart.
