THE NOURA VAN KEMMERS

THE NOURA VAN KEMMERS
Heartbreaking

My heart keeps pounding. I wanted and wanted to look at her beautiful face. I don't feel scared. I don't know why, I looked at his face. It felt like I was not dealing with an astral being, hehehehe.

From what was originally silent, Noura now began to talk a lot. It turns out that he also speaks fluent Indonesian. Although the language is rather stiff and stammering. He started talking about himself and the house.

"I've occupied this house since I was ten years old. My father is the third generation of the owner of this house" Noura said.

Noura continues her story of her childhood in the Netherland. He lives in a small town in the Netherlands called Harlingen. The port city is famous for its fishing industry located on the waterfront of Wadden, in the northern Netherlands. A city that since the 17th century has had interesting architecture. Every building there has an iconic historical value.

"We moved to the Dutch East Indies when I was 9 years old. My father got a job offer from Opa Willy, my grandfather who worked at one of the largest plantation companies in Batavia. At that time we were very happy, my heart was so curious about the beautiful country that many people told about as the most spice-producing country, whose sunshine is so warm and its natural beauty is enchanting."

"As a child growing up in the coastal areas of course I was very enthusiastic. The day before leaving for Batavia, I couldn't sleep all night." Noura continued her story.

My heart thumped even more as I looked at her face that was engrossed in storytelling. He smoothly continued to tell stories, as if bringing me to the history of his life in the past. And I'm very interested.

"Why do you keep looking at me?" ask her while blushing.

"Why really? I'm glad to see you. You are so beautiful" I replied.

Noura blushed. His face lowered and with a blink of an eye, he disappeared. He is no longer by my side. Where is he? is he angry with me?

"Hey where are you? are my words wrong? you're beautiful and I like you..." I spontaneously shouted.

Spontaneously too, I shouted also dreadful words. Aah, why did he leave anyway? I still want to talk to him. I got out of the yard and went inside. The sky is getting cloudy, a sign that it will soon rain.

The aroma of Mpek-mpek began to smell, Mama was so excited to sell again. This morning, Mama told me she wanted to find another housekeeper to help her sell. Mpek-mpek orders continue to grow every day.

Ii'm sorry......I disappeared because I was captivated by your seduction. I'm also very happy to talk to you alone. I like you too.

I read the writing on a piece of paper lying on the bed. Ooh, apparently he just walked into my room and left this message.

I nodded and tried to call him. But he didn't show up. I finally wrote him a message.

Come now......I want to see your smile again....

I put the paper on the desk drawer. I also continued my work editing some videos before I uploaded them to youtube.

While editing a few videos I smiled to myself remembering the moment a few minutes ago with Noura. Talking while looking at her pretty face, really impressed me. I feel like seeing him again.

Noura told me she was born in 1909. She had an older sister named Sophia, who was only two years above her and also a younger brother named Benjamin. They are a happy family. His father worked as chief of administrative staff of plantations around Batavia including Depok region.

His father continued the position of Grandfather who had worked as a plantation employee since the 1800s. The Noura ancestors have been migrating since the 1700s... According to the story, the great-grandfather during his life worked in the VOC, tasked with handling all land taxes. His great-grandfather died in 1781. It is said that according to the story, the great-grandfather was one of the confidants of the 27th VOC governor general named Peter Albertus Van der Parra.
