Chapter 42: The Accident

"What happens when a demonic beast bites a human?" Roland asked.

"Are they going to be the same as those demonic beasts?"

Roland hoped that it would not turn into the medieval Resident Evil. After all, with their current level of technology, they had no way to extract the virus and produce the necessary antigens.

"Of course not" Iron Axe gave Roland a sort of 'How could Your Majesty ask such a question?'

Looky, looky,

"They'll turn into corpses."

“How about their meat, can we eat it?”

Carter exclaimed loudly, “Your Majesty! How could you think about eating the flesh of demonic beasts, they were contaminated with the Breath of Hell, he said,

ah!!”

Roland looked at Iron Axe, who nodded and said, “Your knight chief is right, I have cut off the meat from some demon beasts to give to my dogs.

My dog died shortly after eating his meat.”

"That happened? That's really embarrassing.

Roland sighed, all this time, food sources were scarce. If they could eat demonic beasts, the winter months would turn into simple harvest months.

Think about it, the entire animal forest would go crazy and run towards Border Town, so the militia could even save hunting equipment!

After he walked along the wall, he decided to visit Nana.

Roland had requested the residence of a noble who had just left Border Town and used it as a field hospital.

During the day, Nana would usually stay on the second floor of the hospital and Anna would come when she herself had nothing to do.

Nils felt his hands tremble. When he heard the hoarse iron scream again, he tried to hasten his pace once more,

but even with his fastest speed he could not fly. It was all because of his negligence, he thought.

Shit, how could he forget the repeated warnings from his senior knight?

If he had known earlier, he would not have taken advantage of his opportunity to work with the big man!

Since the big man was installed at the gates of the mine at night, the work of the miners became much easier.

The senior knight also said that the green lever was connected with the inlet valve, while the exhaust valve was connected with a red lever so that steam would pass through the pipe into the cylinder.

Blood flowed from his mature and raw face and his eyes turned into white pearls.

Everyone present was convinced that Titus could not be saved. Nils soul slowly returned to his body.

Titus always took care of him, because of his young age, and the work that was given to Nils was less than that of others, but the wages that Nils earned were never less than others.

And now, this accident only happened because of his negligence. Between his sadness and anxiety, Nils suddenly recalled what the senior knight had also said.

If one of the miners is accidentally injured, he must be taken to a safe place near the wall. A new medical center opened there.

Although Nils knew that such a serious wound was an incurable wound and the size of the wound was too large, even if herbal remedies could help a little, it could not stop Titus' deterioration in health.

Then, Titus will have a high fever and will soon fall into a coma. But Nils still hugged Titus,
