The Love of the Widow

The Love of the Widow
Chapter 35. Back to the City

For almost a year, I spent time in the village with Mom and Dad and my sisters.

It was time for me to reorganize my new life with new strength without my husband and children again.

Ramadan has taught me many meanings of patience and sincerity.

Advice for advice reinforces my resolve.

"Dad.. Motherhood.. Aina please izini to return to the city.. Inshaa ALLAH in the next week" I said as we were sitting back and enjoying a fried banana made by my mother.

"Are you sure, son? ready to go back there?" ask Mom

"GOD is Inshaa buk!" steady answers.

"Dad allow it, but maybe you should stay d pesantren aja son, do not first go back to your house.how?" ask Dad.

"Aina's plan is also that, sir. Maybe for a while Aina would stay in the boarding school first. Because if you go back to Aina's house is not able to. At least Aina will be there just to clean up, because it has been abandoned for a long time" I explained.

"Do you need a delivery?" ask Mom

"Do not Buk, Inshaa ALLAH Aina is fine" I replied.

A white travel car drove me back to Pekanbaru.

A city full of blue stories for me.

"Bismillah." I said in my heart.

Arriving in Pekanbaru, I went straight to the boarding school, aunt Rahmi's house.

Aunt Rahmi who I have told you before, twlah waiting for my arrival.

"Where is your journey? Are you healthy?" ask her while offering me a glass of warm tea.

"Alhamdulillah smoothly nte, Mr. Sama Mother is also healthy. All families in Alhamdulillah village are healthy" I replied.

"Alhamdulillah.. Then after this you take a shower and keep resting. Later that night we will tell the story again. Aunty wants to go ahead to see the son of santri" he told me.

I'm nodding.

Today I asked Aunt Rahmi for permission to visit my beloved home.

"Do you need aunty?" ask auntie to me.

"No need to nte.. It's been almost a year left. The house must be very dirty. Aina called Buk Nita yesterday. The key of the house is the same Nte, InshaA ALLAH Aina strong kok nte. besides later on accompanied buk nita kok!" I said to aunt Rahmi.

"Yaudah.your motor key is in the place of the key chain next to the front door yes" said aunt Rahmi again to me.

"Thank you, baby... Aina came home in the afternoon inshaa ALLAH.. Go first yes.. Ahhhlaam!!" I said goodbye to Aunt Rahmi while kissing her cheek.

Recollecting all the beautiful memories with Ainara on this bike.

Since our car was leased, Ainara and I have always used this bike everywhere.

Boned both block the scorching heat or even the cold rain.

Go to the cake shop in the morning, go to deliver cake orders during the day and go home in the afternoon even at night if the work is a lot.

Ainara never complained though.

He looks carefree when the speed of the motor is rather tight because of fear of rain or the effects of heat that is so hot during the day.

He loves riding a motorcycle.

"Ainara prefers to use a motorbike than a Ma car. You can see a lot of people" he said with a laugh.

"Oh, my dear son... Mama misses the sound of your laughter.. Really miss...!!!" I said while crying.

"Tuuutt..butt..!!!!" I was shocked when the sound of the car horn behind me went off.

"Astagfirullah.." I said softly.

I soon had tears that blurred my vision.

I try to focus on driving home.

Buk Nita immediately walked towards me when I saw me parked the motorbike right in front of the fence.

"What's the news Aina??" her question with a hoarse voice restrained her cries.

"Alhamdulillah Buk.." I replied quietly and also cried.

"Thank you Buk, I'm very kind to Aina. Inshaa ALLAH Aina will return to work in the shop with Mother again. But for a while Aina lived in the house of aunt Rahmi Buk. Not ready to stay here alone" I told buk Nita.

We sat on the front porch of my house.

Nothing has changed.

Everything is still neat.

Even the flowers that are forgiving thrive.

"Buk Nita is very good to help take care of this house as long as I am not around. Thanks to Buk!!" kapakki while hugging him back.

He returned with a smile.

"Bismillah yes Na.. Start again with a new spirit. Inshaa ALLAH, Ibuk and I help Aina as much as we can" he told me.

"Thank you Buk!" say again.
