Right at 8 am I have arrived at the office and want to invite friends during college first to take part in the Oxygen project and also make them a team of companies that I was starting. There are 4 people who are ready to accompany our trip. After that we stayed focused on finding investors who could provide assistance to advance this company.

All this can not be done alone, so I invite friends who if possible can walk together with me and rania. There must be other people who understand and also have a strong vision in advancing this company to grow more and achieve success in the future. It is not an easy matter to do that, the best team results from the trust of each other to be able to walk in harmony, to be able to complement each other.

Even if I can find a good team, but how do they get feedback that matches the portion of his work, and that is still to this day I think and reflect more deeply. Because managing a company means that I have to be responsible for all the living standards of everyone in the company.

The former files prepared by Rania are all complete and include a draft to be the foundation of this company. When I read it, it was clearly a typical sentence of Rania. Although not perfect but the foundations that I have made at the beginning, he has changed a lot to adjust to the form of the company that will later become a software house, the house will produce a variety of applications and programs for all types of devices ranging from computers, smartphones and also things that are still related to the world of IT Development.

With 4 more people, it looks like rania will not be too much trouble and he can focus on the designs he wants to make for various improvements in the Oxygen project. We already have the right schedule for Launching the launch of Project Oxygen program after weighing many things, we took February 13, 2022, the day before the Valentine celebration. This is the idea of Rania, so that more segmentation of teenagers for that needs to be held at the right time and we have about a month to prepare everything, and with the team, of course this event will be more successful held.
