The Arcadia area is located in the city center, and is the 2nd largest office center in the city. Arcadia itself is divided into 3 areas and one of them is Central Arcadia which I will visit to rent a place that I have agreed with the manager of the building.

Although this area is not too elite compared to the West Arcadia area which is the office center of large companies, but this area is no less comfortable and the atmosphere is quite friendly not too crowded by the traffic of vehicles, also cleanliness is guaranteed almost none of the garbage I see along this road.

Previously I had made an appointment with Mr. Irwan officer of the management and rental of the building to take you directly in the lobby to make it easier to go to the unit that I will rent.

When entering the lobby of the room I was greeted directly by Mr. Irwan, we immediately walked to a building unit located far from the main highway.

The place is quite comfortable, there is a shady tree in front of the building, and it looks like this building has not received any treatment at all because it has not been used for a long time. Visible from some parts of the wall that have been corroded inedible age also peel off the paint layer and fade the color. It will take a lot of energy to be able to clean all this and prioritize for the convenience of working later.

The building is smaller than the other buildings in Central Arcadia, the building in a minimalist design consists of two floors, the 1st floor has 3 rooms and the 2nd floor has 1 room that can be used for meeting rooms. This is perfect for use by me who is just starting out to make a business and there are not many people who will be working here for now.

Before I just looked at the photos on the website showing office rentals in Arcadia, and I thought maybe this would be a good fit for us to work on and launch Project Oxygen and other projects.

Although a little bit scared, but because I am a rational person, I will never be daunted by stories like this, which I know, I know, if someone had died then there was nothing else left in the world for him. In essence, the concept of ghosts is never real and will never be possible.

“I will still rent this place, only I need more help from the Father to take care of all the permits of the Company, how about sir?”

After I finished dealing with office rentals, I drove by online taxi to my contract which 2 days I have not visited and the plan today is to talk to the owner of the rented house.

After talking for a while, I gave up the rent for the next year for this house. Even if I can't live in an apartment, I have to have a house for my own privacy.

Today is quite tiring to drain energy, from the center to the east, a few hours have almost surrounded the city of Jakarta and this has gone to the afternoon, there are still other things that I have to do. Meeting stefan also Rania my best friend during college first.

This meeting is like a reunion and less than 1 more people, which maybe I will ask stefan and find out where he is now. I miss meeting the three of them. Long time no news stefan already has a well-established life, and Rania has become the mother figure of his son. Truly the mystery of life. No one can guess what tomorrow will be like. My mind was holding me somewhere.

I kept walking down the heavy traffic this afternoon, and then the traffic was seen piling up on the two lanes I had a little trouble crossing because some vehicles kept going through the red light.

About 30 minutes to get to my cafe, after entering the cafe room, I chatted with the cafe owner I had known for a long time.
