Ch 7: Deep Loss

"Brother, may I know who you are? I didn't expect there to be a Samurai like you in this Clan." Saji Obata is friendly.

Saji Obata was polite not without reason, he knew the strength that the man in front of him was slightly above him.

Hanbei remained only speechless looking forward not responding to it.

Saji Obata squinted, "If you don't want to answer it's okay. However, may I ask, maybe you know about who killed my best friend Tanaka Yoshi?"

A few seconds after the question was thrown from the General's mouth, silence ensued.

Hanbei then disappeared from where he was standing, then appeared before him preparing to slash his head.

"On your left the general!" Shouted Tang Ryu.

Saji Obata glared at the unexpected attack, the reflex he raised his katana deflecting. However, Hanbei who had already predicted that, immediately withdrew his attack and aimed for his opponent's hand.

Goto Matabei and Nagasaki were killed at the hands of their opponents. Goto Matabei died in a katana position through the heart. Meanwhile, Nagasaki's body was crushed to pieces.

Meanwhile, Hanbei was lying on the ground, "Dad can't keep your promise, son." Hanbei said inwardly.

They just nodded while smiling slyly.

"Let's follow me we better go find a refuge that hides the disciples and wives of the Samurai." Said Tang Ryu.

They then stepped into the gate, leaving Hanbei alone who seemed to have breathed his last.
