Ch 6: The Battle of Life and Death

"I won't let you pass through this gate even if it's just an inch!" Goto Matabei.

Goto Matabei and the other Elders and disciples were at the gate against Saji Obata, Tang Ryu, and his army.

"I'll remember what you said to me, old man, and hopefully you can keep your word." Tang Ryu said in a slightly disdainful tone.

Thousands of troops faced each other with their hands preparing to pull the katana that were each slung around the waist. Saji Obata got off the horse he was riding, then stepped up and stopped beside Tang Ryu.

A man he knew very well was standing beside him looking ahead.

"Ha..Han.bei." Goto Matabei said stammeringly because of the deep wounds, which were severe on him.

Hanbei who occupies the 3rd position in the 10 greatest Elders of the Clan. In fact, being the strongest of all, he simply did not like to indulge his strength and challenge the other Elders to fight over the position.
