The Legend Of Samurai

The Legend Of Samurai
Ch 16: New Life

"Have your condition improved...?" Akuma asked, while carrying some fruits in his hands. He just came back from looking for food.

"It's eat." Akuma gave the fruit. This is the first interaction like humans who have known each other. And this is the first time that interaction has happened between Akuma and with Kimura.

Kimura picked up the fruit that Akuma offered, "There's still a lot, Cake." Her speech.

Akuma just nodded, "After the fruit has been eaten, I will tell you about why you can be here."

Not intending to speak any longer, Kimura just nodded softly in reply to Akuma's words, he then ate the fruit as greedily as someone possessed.

In time, Kimura had eaten up all the fruits of Akuma's giving. He feels very hungry.

It was not that he was hungry that he finished the fruit greedily and quickly, he was also already very curious to hear Grandpa in front of him tell him about why he met him and was here.

Akuma just smiled at the behavior of the teenager, "Before I told you, try turning around, I want to treat you once again."

"Is Grandpa a Physician?" This question Kimura already wanted to ask, because he felt Grandpa who was in front of him was very understanding in terms of pengobata.

"I'm not a physician. It's just, about understanding medicine at least I know." Akuma said as he climbed to the top and sat behind Kimura.

Both of his palms back he stuck to his back. He wanted to heal completely by flowing a bit of his qi into his inner power flow network.

Kimura was a little surprised, the comfort she felt as the palm of the hand touched her back. This was how he felt when he was with his father.

"My guess this time might be right, is Grandpa a Samurai." Kimura.

"No...You're wrong again, hehe." Akuma chuckled, "But it's almost right." Her speech.

"Is Grandfather a master of the Ninja martial arts?" He asked again, he was very curious about her.

"Wrong again..."

"Then what Kek, I've given up playing guesswork." Kimura said in a resigned tone.

Akuma retracted his palms, "Your guess is only half right, I'm not a Samurai, a Ninja, or anything."

"I'm just a ronin." Akuma. "And I don't have any weapons or heirlooms at the moment, so I can't be called a Samu-."

"Ronin? I guess a Samurai without a Clan like that doesn't exist, Cake." Cut Kimura politely while turning her back to look at Akuma."

A martial expert who wielded a Katana weapon once ruled the entire empire or rather those who became an imperial leader. However, after an era of chaos it changed to an era of peace. They formed an organization to become the site of the union of various Katana-wearing martial artists.

Akuma continued, "Your speech is not entirely wrong and true. Grandfather's title is currently only a Ronin, because it has no Klan, but make no mistake Son, the old Grandfather also has a Clan. However, his goal alone was different from other Clans."

Kimura nodded in understanding then said, "If this child is not presumptuous, may the child know the name of the Clan, Grandfather...?" Ask.

Akuma glimpsed his eyes showing sadness, but immediately returned a smile. Kimura saw the sadness even though for a few seconds did not want to continue the topic of the question.

"I'd like to meet Grandma yesterday, Cake." Kimura said to divert the direction of the conversation.

The attitude of this child is very mature, inner Akuma.

"But, Cake..." Kimura looked confused looking for her clothes.

"In that wooden closet, I keep your clothes that I've cleaned." Akuma pointed at the small closet that had already almost looked broken. Kimura then opened the closet and took her clothes.

**

Akuma and Kimura had been in front of a hut that was not too large in size than the others. While on the way here many residents who pay attention to him, Akuma told him that this village is not too big only about 20+ family heads only.

"At first I intended to come to the place, sir." Ohori said as she walked slowly towards the two of them.

"Kimura, want to see Grandma." Reply Kimura.

"What a coincidence, Grandma cooked a delicious meal. Let's go in." Ohori pulled Kimura's hand, led her into her hut.

On the other hand Akuma only smiled faintly at Ohori's treatment, then walked up to the two of them.

One more step Akuma passed through the threshold of the entrance of the hut, suddenly his ears invaded a voice that he was very familiar with.

"How are you, sir." Say hello to one of the two people sitting in the hut.

Inside Ohori's hut now, two men who looked old enough were eating meat porridge.

"Okay sir, how about you two?" Akuma asked while sitting next to the man who greeted him.

"Good sir." Answer's friendly.

Meanwhile, the other man from earlier looked at Akuma with hatred.

Yamaguchi is the one who greets Akuma, he has an oval face shape with a whisker and beard already whitened.he is already about 86 years old, he is, while the man who confronted Akuma with a look of hatred named Damato was not much different from Yamaguchi. Damato also looks old and only 5 years different from him, his age is now 81 years, his thick body is very suitable with his fierce face and his plontos head.

"Eat..." Ohori gave each one a bowl of meat porridge to Kimura and Akuma. "If you want to add, ask Grandma yeah." Ohori said as she stroked Kimura's head.

"Yes, Grandma." Kimura said with a smile.

"I have no appetite, Miss Ohori." Damato stood up from his seat.

"Why Mr..." Ask Ohori.

Damato did not reply, he just looked at Akuma continuously with a hateful gaze. Akuma who felt being looked at just lowered his head while eating his porridge.

Damato was a good Samurai. However, on one occasion when he and his wife who also went hunting in the interior of the forest and accidentally hunting place that time near the Gorge. Akuma kidnapped him here leaving his wife who was still on top at that time.

It was that hatred that had been burning in Damato's heart until now towards Akuma. Damato stepped out leaving the four of them.

Yamaguchi, who had also been a Samurai, felt a different aura when he was near the boy.

"Is this just my feeling." Yamaguchi said inwardly as he continued to look towards Kimura who was engrossed in eating porridge. Then he shrugged his shoulders, forgot about it.

The four of them talked about what happened in this village. Akuma introduced Kimura to Yamaguchi.
