CHAPTER 5. Lawrence Private Classes

"The prince's empress has slept." I said to the queen.

"Ohh well, how is the preparation? Is safe?" Ask the queen to me.

"All are safe consort." I said while bowing my head.

"Hahaha, okay. How did the first prince feel when he found out that his trusted aide was Aden Wilson?" Said the empress while raising the glass filled with wine before her.

"I'm only loyal to the empress' orders." My words convinced the empress.

"Haha.. You can come back." The empress is happy

"Miss let's get up, today is the first miss to enter the classroom." Ishana said as she opened the window of my room.

Today I will start a private class of the Lawrence family, indirectly the head of the family has acknowledged my existence. The teacher of this class is the head of the magic tower as well as the right-hand man of the grandfather's trust, Lord Roland Glaz.

"Hello miss Aurel. Please come in. This is the first day of the class." Say a man of my age with red hair.

"Thank you, sir." Reply by giving greetings according to the ethics of the nobility.

"Gosh, that's very smart lady. Your manners are perfect." Sir Roland was amazed.

We entered the room together. Two kids ran towards me.

"Aurel let's play with us." Say one of them to me.

"Aurel has slapped Patrick, have you won?" Ask the other boys.

Gerald and Griffin are twin sisters who are the children of Elis' aunt. In the past they had an accident at the age of 14 when they were going to the imperial palace to see the condition of the first prince.2 more years of sad events that will happen, it will happen, the events that made aunt seem so bad. Throughout the class I kept watching my cousins. As I thought, Patrick and Willy were going to sleep all over class. Gerald and Griffin were busy playing by themselves. Then the girl near me, remained focused on paying attention to master Roland's explanation. The girl with long blonde hair and her sweet face is Greta Lawrence. I can hardly believe that that sweet girl is Patrick's younger brother. They look very different from both the physical and the personality.

In my memory, when Gretha was 22 years old she would be betrothed to a noble man who did not love her. He will live with a man who only loves his childhood friends. Their marriage was only for political relations in order to maintain the condition of the family.

"Good class has finished, for tomorrow class is the noble ethics class. You can leave this room and do your thing." Master Roland said ending the class today.

After the class ended, all the children in the class began to leave as well as me. But before I could get out of class, my steps stopped due to feeling called.

"Are you Miss Aurel?" Said a girl who had been stealing my attention all the way through class.

"Yes right, you're Miss Gretha right?" My reply made the look on the girl's face surprised.

"Yes, I'm so glad you know me." Happy speech.

"Yeah, we'll do it sometime." My heart returned his smile.

When I was in my room I laid my body down, it felt like my whole body was hurting at the time. While staring at the ceiling of the room, I recall the important events that will occur near. Two weeks later there is a harvest season celebration. Can I attend the celebration? In my previous life I was not invited at all by my father or grandfather.

"Miss, excuse me. The great lord wants to meet the miss now." Ishana said in a hurry.

"Grandfather wants to see me? Where?' Many confusion.

"The big master is in the study." Ishana answered while helping me wake up.

Grandfather called me suddenly to meet him, I don't know what he wanted to say. It was only fitting for Ishana to be so worried when conveying that message. Ishana is afraid that I made a mistake that made Grandpa mad at me. Grandfather had never sent his bodyguards to send anyone a message. But today grandfather did it to ask me to come see him soon.

"Grandfather, Aurel's coming." I said while opening the door.

"Kemari Aurel, Grandpa has warm chocolate for you. Grandpa heard you like this, right?" Grandpa said as he sat on his couch in his study.

At that time I found a table full of happy snacks, before grandfather never did this. The more surprising thing is that all the snacks on the table are my favorite snacks.

"Aurel how was your class, was it fun?" Ask grandpa curiously.

"Grandfather, Aurel can do a lot today." I answered with great enthusiasm.

Actually all the things taught today I have known because of my past life. Even though I didn't get Lawrence's private class, I still learned all the things to keep this family.

"Grandfather heard you answered a lot of questions today? Looks like my grandson is very smart." Grandpa said with a laugh.

"Hehehe, not grandpa. Aurel answered only what Aurel understood." I replied to Grandfather.

It seems to fit my guess. Everything that happens during class will be reported to the head of the family. This will be used by grandfather to assess the future successors of the next head of the family.

"I hope you can meet the expectations of this old man, Aurel." Grandpa said while drinking a glass of tea in front of him.

"I'll exceed Grandpa's expectations." I said with a confident tone that surprised grandfather.

Instantly Grandpa was silent, it scared me not to play. Could I have been speaking wrong? Like what I said was too arrogant and made grandfather dislike. But not for a moment, Grandpa's laughter surprised me.

"Hahaha, Louis' daughter always gives me surprises. I wish I could watch you grow up and get unexpected things from you." Grandpa said so happily. It was as if he was looking forward to my future achievements.

We talked as if our grandfather and grandson were so close. Everyone who saw definitely believed we had a harmonious relationship. It is undeniable that my grandfather loved me so much. I can finally feel this moment, after a long wait.

"Aurel, do you want to accompany grandfather to attend the harvest season celebration in the palace?" Ask grandpa

Harvest season celebration, this is the thing I've been waiting for all this time. I thought I should beg my grandfather to be able to invite me to the harvest festival. It turned out that the opportunity just came, like a goddess blessed me in this life.

"Yes grandfather, Aurel would." I said so happily.

"It seems like my grandson is very happy to go with his grandfather." Grandpa is happy.
