CHAPTERS 20. A Visit to the West

“Why today is so boring..” Mumamku by staring at the ceiling of my room.

“Is grandpa busy today? How about playing with grandpa.” I said and went to Grandpa's room.

Along the way I found many servants who were busy cleaning the corridor. “Nona, where are you going? Here a lot of dust, I'm afraid the lady feels uncomfortable.” Said one of the servants.

“Ohh, I want to go to grandfather's room.” I answered with my hands pointing towards the end of the corridor.

“Alright, let me inter.” Reply to the waiter to accompany me to my grandfather's room.

On the way the servant tried to protect myself from falling dust. Some curtains have been lowered, many stairs are installed to help clean the ceiling of the room.

“Good miss, it's up.” Said the waiter.

“Thank you yaa.” I replied and knocked on my grandfather's door.

“Log in.” Grandpa's in the room.

Inside the room, grandfather was focused on signing some documents. My grandfather finally realized my existence. “Ohhh, Aurel. Come.”

“Grandfather, halooo. How is grandpa?” I asked cheerfully.

“Good, Aurel. Hear it yesterday you went for a walk with your dad huh?” Grandpa said when he found out about my activities yesterday.

“Iyaa grandpa, dad bought me a lot of things.” I answered with great joy.

“Really? Do you have any request to grandpa?” Ask grandpa to me.

“No grandfather, Aurel is just bored because my class has a few weeks off.” I said with a gloomy face.

“Hahaha, it's so funny my grandson. Other kids might be happy when class breaks.” Grandpa laughed at me.

“But grandfather, Aurel does not have any activities.” I answered with a manyun lip.

“Mau grandpa.” I answered excitedly, jumping up and down here and there. Grandfather just laughed happily at the reaction.

“Grandfather heard Aurel wants to buy aurora stone?” Ask Grandpa who made me stop jumping around.

“Iyaa, grandpa. Can it?” Many doubt.

“Of course can be Aurel.” Grandpa answered with a smile.

A man with distinctive round glasses entered the room, behind which was a man with a large suitcase he had drawn.

“Ohh, Barnard and Donald. Login.” Grandfather then closed all the documents and stood up from his seat.

“Iyaa, this master as your request.” Speak to Barnard with respect.

The man Donald was called by grandfather started to open his suitcase. Inside the suitcase there are various kinds of aurora stones with various colors.

“Is this for me?” I was excited and not expecting.

“Sure my grandson.” Grandpa answered with a smile.

There were so many auroras in the suitcase. However, my gaze focused on one of the white-colored stones with golden-colored scratches around it.

“Grandpa, Aurel wants it.” I said pointing at the stone I wanted.

“Looks like miss know which stone is good.” The man who owns the suitcase.

That man is Donald, in my previous life I've heard about Donald Harrison even though I've never met him in person. Donald Harrison was the owner of the most famous aurora stone and gem shop in the empire. However, a few years later he was exposed to a hard disease of unknown cause. “Is Aurel happy?” Ask grandpa with a sincere smile.

“No need to ask, grandpa. Aurel very happy.” I answered so excitedly that it made Barnard and Donald laugh.

“Ok good, Barnard please take care of the payment. Thank you for helping me to make my grandson happy.” Grandpa said while carrying me.

“Sama-sama sir. Mr. Donald, come with me.” Barnard said, then left the room with Donald.

I was busy looking at the necklace that had been attached to my neck, I was thrilled to get that thing.

“Aurel, when we go to the western area grandpa will teach you aurora.” Said the grandfather who shifted my focus from the stone I just had.

“Ohh, good grandfather, Aurel is impatient.” My reply is so happy.

“Does Aurel want to follow social gatherings?” Grandpa asked expecting an answer from me.

“Hmmm...” Gumamku weighing decision.

I've never been to a social gathering, maybe it's a good idea to add a relationship. I have to follow him, who knows I can meet the queen's family before and dig up the necessary information.
