Today the sun is shining so bright, the wind is blowing so quietly that it is so peaceful. Today my father and I will take a walk to the training grounds of the elite troops.
“Dad...dad, will we see the troops practicing?” Tanyaku.
“Iyaa..if Aurel gets bored later, tell dad yes!” Said my father while rubbing my head.
Based on my knowledge in my past life, the elite forces have a special place to train. The place has aurora development data facility that is able to help the troops. Once every three months the troops will be assigned to dangerous missions with levels above their auroras, it is intended to encourage potential in the knights. No wonder the elite troops were so feared in this empire. It was said that based on history, an elite army was more than enough to flatten the residence of an imperial middle-class noble.
"Dad, does the selection of elite troops not care about one's background?" I asked while I was on the train.
"We are more concerned with loyalty, constancy, and strength." Answer me gently.
"It takes a natural talent to join an elite army." Keep dad explaining.
"Ohhh, means ordinary people also have a chance for that?" I continue with enthusiasm.
"Yes, but rarely." Father rubbed my cheek.
In this empire, powerful auroras were only passed down by nobles. Generally, ordinary people do not have large auroras. The people only have a small aurora that is used to help their daily lives. Examples are bakers who have a fire aurora to help make bread, fishermen who have water auroras to make fishing, farmers who have wind auroras to help harvest. The great power of the auroras in the common people is generally possessed by children out of wedlock, people excluded from the family list, and nobles who lost their power.
"Aurel, we'll be there soon." Speak to me with eyes out the window.
"Good, dad." I answered while tidying up my clothes.
Such a magnificent black gate. With a statue of a dragon head located at the end of the gate adds an accent of grandeur to the building. Entering the gate, clearly emblazoned a big wake with white color.
"Dad, it's beautiful." Admired.
"Did Aurel like it?" Ask dad to me.
"Yeah." Yeah." I answered with sparkling eyes.
The train started to slow down and stopped. Dad took me off the train. The morning breeze blew my hair gently, feeling peaceful and feeling cool.
Along the way to the training room, I could feel all eyes on me. Besides, a lot of troops are talking about me. I feel like a star today.
"Is that Miss Aurelia Lawrence?"
"I think so."
"Isn't he so young as to awaken the aurora?"
"Some funny thing."
"Yes, it's so adorable."
After walking for some time, we finally arrived at the sword practice site. Entering the room came the sound of swords frequently meeting.
Sringg...Sringg..
Until without me noticing, a sword floated almost hit me.
Tak….
The black-colored aurora brushed off the sword that was coming at me. There was the sound of a bang as a result of the sword being pushed aside. Instantly one room was silent and all eyes were on me.
"Whose sword was that?" Jerk dad with a voice echoing throughout the room.
The face of the entire army turned pale. A knight approached and knelt before father.
"Sorry captain, it's my merchant." He said with sweat pouring out of his forehead.
"Are you tired of living?" Ask dad flat.
"I'm sorry captain." Answer with the forehead touching the ground.
"Dad, Aurel's fine." My heart is trying to melt the atmosphere.
"But..Aurel, you're almost hurt." Reply father is worried.
"Isn't that normal? Aurel was at the sword practice site." I said with a smile.
"Well, you can go now." Say to the knight.
The man was large in stature, with a scar on the right side of his forehead. His body full of muscles and an exotic skin color made every curve of his muscles so visible.
"Dad, who is he?" I asked with my hands towards the man.
"Ohh, it's Charles." He said, staring at the man.
"Why is he alone, dad?" Asking back.
"Ohh, he is. Undoubtedly, he is often called a killer monster." Obviously dad to me.
"Killer monster?" I'm confused.
"He often loses control in attacking, that's why he trains on his own more often. He is loyal to his master and reliable." Father's reply finally made me understand.
After looking around the place, my father took me to his study. When entering it looks 1 box of chocolate that managed to take over my focus.
"Aurel, you rest here first." Say it because I'm afraid I'm tired.
"Yeah dad." I answered, laying my body on the sofa.
"Dad has a gift for you, we'll try." Obviously the father with his index finger pointed towards the box.
"What is that, dad?" Askaqua.
"The sword for you." It was obviously my father who woke me up excited.
"Let's try, now you rest. I want to finish some paperwork." Connect dad, then sit down at his desk.

Two hours had passed, and I finally woke up from my slumber. My eyes are still blurry and my life is not yet collected. It looks like I've completed his paperwork.
"Dad.." I said in a weak tone.
"Yeah, Aurel. Are you awake?" Ask father gently.
"Dad, Aurel's thirsty." I said with busy hands rubbing my eyes.
"It's a ya." Answer me with a glass of water.
Some time has passed, my life has started to come back. Dad took me to his practice room. A quiet place and feels even more gripping. Dad lit a torch with a snap of a finger.
"Ok Aurel, we're going to start training today." Said my father while giving the sword contained in the box to me.
The sword was silver in color with a gold-colored jewel ornament in the center.
"Follow dad slowly." Clearly the father with the aurora of darkness that began to envelop his body.
The Aurora is so gripping even though only a little of what you put out. The light in the room began to dim and the cold made it difficult for people to breathe.
Father's sword swung perfectly against all the targets. Father was so amazing, the black aurora that enveloped his body now began to fade.
"Aurel did like you did before, no need to rush. Just slow down." Father told me.
Target was standing right in front of me. I held the sword in my hand. I slowly pulled out my aurora, which had now begun to envelop my body. Dad looked at me so seriously, I was afraid that I would get hurt because of this practice. But to get stronger, I have to go through this. I began to swing my sword.
