CHAPTER 12. Marriage with the Prince
“What's up to the emperor's envoy wants to talk to me?” I asked the emperor's envoy in front of him.
“Please lord Gautam Lawrence read a letter from the emperor.” Obviously the messenger to me.
I saw the letter with the gold stamp on the letter. The letter with a gold stamp had the meaning of a plea from the emperor.

If any of the families were to obtain matchmaking requests most of the nobles would accept it to improve his family's position within the empire. But this did not apply to the Lawrence family who already had a very strong position within this empire.
Actually I really want to reject this matchmaking request. But seeing the sudden presence of the second prince, made me think twice. The presence of the second prince had the possibility for matchmaking pleas from the empress. If I refuse an arranged marriage from the palace twice, it will be considered an insult to the emperor.
“Good, tell the emperor that I need time to think about it.” I said to the messenger.
After listening to my words the messenger came out. All the time my mind was only about Aurel's matchmaking. The little and sweet girl finally had to join the plot of the imperial throne. I'm not afraid that Lawrence's surname will be used to support the first prince. The thing that scared me was the safety of Aurel while in the palace. Besides, I'm scared to be away from my favorite grandson. When this came to Louis' ear he would probably go straight to the emperor to protest.
If you do consider, match Aurel with the first prince is the best choice, compared to match Aurel with the second prince. The thing that was most worried about was the cunning of the empress. I was worried that the empress would do something bad to Aurel.

“Excuse me sir, the princes will be back soon.” Speak the house guards.
“Good, let's get the princes home.” Reply as I move out of the room.
From a distance I saw Aurel with the princes saying their farewells. All day long they played together. There must have been a lot of things they've been through today. May I see them in harmony like this in the future.
"I'm home, Aurel. You take good care of yourself." Said the first prince to my grandson.
"I'm also going home to Aurel, don't forget about me." The second prince excitedly.
"Well prince, be careful on the road." Aurel replies to the two princes.
"One day when I return after a fight, I will come to see you first before returning to the palace." Said the first prince with a little finger.
"I will welcome the prince at the entrance gate of this empire." Aurel replied to the finger of the first prince's pinky promise.
"Second prince, don't forget to study hard huh." Connect Aurel.
"Yeah, sure. When I get home from the academy, I'll come to you." The second prince answered by raising his little finger.
"Aurel will wait." Sahut Aurel returned the promise of the second prince's little finger.
"Prince thanks for coming to visit Lawrence." I said with a bow.
"We also thank you for welcoming our arrival." Reply to the first prince by bowing his body.
"Thank you for all your service and welcome today." Follow the second prince by bowing his body.
After saying farewells, the princes began to board their respective chariots. They made a window curtain of the train, before the train finally left Lawrence's residence. I am so thankful that everything went well today.

Today is one of the happiest days of my life. That girl is so special and always amazes me. His attitude in dealing with various situations really needs to be appreciated. He had the charisma of a noblewoman who not all nobles belonged to. Even if he wore the clothes of ordinary people, that charisma would not be able to be covered.
"The first prince's mood is very happy today." Said my personal bodyguard while laughing.

What happened was that the emperor took out a gold stamp. Generally if it is a duty of the empire surely the letter has a red stamp. What made the emperor appeal to Lawrence's family today? gold stamp used. As I thought, I found no answer.
In the history of the empire there are four kinds of seals. First is red, which has the meaning of command. The red stamp was used to give duties or orders to the nobles. The second is white, which means invitation. This stamp is used to invite nobles to attend meetings or other activities. The third is black, which means punishment. This stamp was used to give the law to the nobles who betrayed and made mistakes. Last is gold, which has the meaning of petition. This stamp was used to make requests to the nobles and this stamp was very rarely used.
"Is Lawrence opening a business that catches the emperor's attention?" Askaqua.
"As far as I've heard it's just a mining business." My bodyguard's.
The mining business was an important aspect of the empire. But this was not enough to make the emperor use the gold stamp. Does this have anything to do with Aurel? Some time ago, the emperor had seen Aurel's aurora. Will Aurel be used by the emperor? But if it happens, his father and grandfather will not stay silent.
"My hope is that Aurel is fine." I closed my eyes and fell asleep.
