Chapter 2

The East and West were originally a single country led by the president. At first their relationship was good because their leaders were fair and very affectionate with their people. Until there was a split due to the influence of a communist who now took over the East.

Therefore, all those who joined the East were considered treasonous because they had supported the movement of communism. The East also does not hesitate to steal Western information and change it so that other countries will be more supportive of the East than the West.

The name WOE or Wind Of East means the danger code of the East. The code is often pronounced by members of Western organizations to signal danger. SOW or Sea Of West is the Western code of danger. This code is also often used to signify Western nations entering the East.

Sherine's breath was wheezing after the sack covering her face was opened. A strange sight, he was in a dark room.

From behind a guard pushed his body leading the way.

The guard just kept quiet and didn't answer Sherine's question.

Lexan looked down.

Hearing this Felix immediately approached Lexan who was walking in a hurry.

The guard called Lexan. As Lexan approaches.

Sherine and Elizabeth leave for the law firm's office in a car. On the street too Elizabeth talks about Lexan's educational background and his fame.

Until they finally reached the office of the Law Firm. The place is very crowded, but they don't know if SEA is there. Yep, who else if not Sherine.

Elizabeth knocks on the door of the lawyer's room to be Sherine's partner.

Sherine walks out of the room, pulling Elizabeth's hand.

"Yes, who else. So dong read the news!" She said as she pulled Sherine's hand back into the room, but Sherine held her back.

"Sure, I might see him again"

"meaning? Oh you have met! Good then."

Elizabeth pulls Sherine by the hand until she enters the room.

On the other hand, Lexan was no less excited than Sherine, he also scolded Felix so unreliable.

"What's the truth, I'm going to work with him?!"

"Of course, he's SEA. As you would like sir"

Lexan rubbed his face rough. "You know he's the man we almost killed!" Lexan Whispers.

Felix was shocked to not believe it. "S-seriously." Lexan nodded.

"The problem is– Elizabeth has signed her contract and can't be– canceled, hehe." Hearing that Lexan is getting riled up, how can he establish a good relationship with Sherine after what she did.

"Is the SEA a forgiver?"

"I'm sorry to keep you waiting" said Elizabeth, standing at the door, clasping Sherine's hand.

"Oh, t-no problem. I mean please come in." Felix said clumsily.

"Yes, that's your fate." Lexan hopes Felix gives him peace but instead makes him more riled up, plus Sherine who ceaselessly looks at them with a cynical look.

"Okay gentlemen, is the conversation over?" Ask Elizabeth.

"Yes we're done." Felix's answer is getting clumsy.

"Well, I've signed our contract, Mr. Lexan and our best detective, Sherine. I hope we can work well together, don't we, Sherine?" Elizabeth nudged the arm of Sherine who had been staring at the two clumsy humans.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Good." Elizabeth looked back at Sherine who was so out of focus with this meeting.

"Hey, what are you doing. Shake hands!" Whisper Elizabeth.

"Huh?"

Elizabeth takes Sherine's hand to shake Lexan's hand.

"Oh my goodness Elizabeth, it should be us who says it– I mean welcome. Hey let's shake his hand!"

Sherine. "Satherine Dawson, nice to meet you." Sherine said coldly.

Lexan also returned Sherine's handshake. "Lexan Parker."

"Please cooperate, Mr. Parker and his Secretary– Mr. Felix." Said Sherine whose face was beginning to calm down.

"We're also Miss Dawson."

"Just be sheppard."

"Oh well, then call me Felix and just call him Lexan."

"Felix, please keep it a secret that you're working with SEA. No one can know."

"All right, let's go today, I hope Sherine and Mr. Lexan can be good partners." Elizabeth.

The conversation ended after Sherine signed their employment contract. At that moment, Lexan and Felix were relieved.

"It seems SEA hasn't forgiven us yet." Felix said agitatedly.

"Why should I be afraid? we're the host here, he's the one who has to obey me."

"You can't be rude to her, Lexan. Your treatment of women is very sensitive. Not even Miss Jane can handle a man like you."

"Jane's weak, but I think he can too."
