The Last Chance's

The Last Chance's
The thirty-six part

The next day, Arkan came to the place Damar had said before. Not wanting to discuss how to get Anggi, Arkan actually came with a great desire to hit the man.

She's emotional. It was so emotional that I couldn't wait for noon to match what Damar had told her. He wanted to immediately resolve his emotions by hitting the man in the face. Let's just say he'll be sent to the police later. Importantly, his sense of regret soon paid off by making Damar's face battered and unable to say good luck for some time ahead. Thank goodness the man will be traumatized and will not see him again or Anggi.

"Good day, there's a can-"

Arkan who entered the clinic like a person of disobedience instantly circulated his gaze in all directions. He even ignored the friendly greeting of a nurse who appeared to be on guard at the front of the clinic. And after seeing the figure he was looking for, Arkan immediately rushed to leave the entrance, towards Damar who was currently chatting with a woman in front of him.

"Eh, Kan! Lo--"

As he was about to hit Damar - who was smiling to greet him - with a loud punch to the table, Arkan fell silent when a woman sitting in front of Damar suddenly turned and looked in surprise at him.

"Well, Mr Arkan?" reprimanding the woman was astonished, with her beautiful eyebrows intertwined.

"Do-doctor?" reply Arkan stammered, opened his eyes confused to see the beautiful doctor his target was there.

For a moment, Arkan seemed to slip. He noticed again the place he was standing right now, exactly the place he had visited yesterday. Because indeed, maybe that place was the same place, since some time he was visiting.

Gosh darn.

"Sir Arkan, what is there to come here? Can I help you?"

As usual, Dr. Prissa, the woman who used to treat Anggi when she was sick, smiled kindly and stood up from her current sitting position. He put his hands together in front of his stomach, while smiling widely. He seemed so pleased with Arkan's presence there.

"Ah, that…."

As perplexed, Arkan's previously passionate emotions seemed to recede instantly changed with a sense of daze drawn on his face. For what sake, he forgot about the pretty doctor's practice now?

"Prissa, do you know her?" damar asked with a smile, as if hiding something as he glanced at Arkan.

"Well, Mr Arkan?" repeated the sweet girl turned to Damar for a moment, then turned her face again towards the front.

"Hm. yeah, pretty…." Nodding the girl then, seeming to hold her feelings in front of Arkan.

Meanwhile, Arkan, who had refocused himself on Damar's whereabouts, immediately put on a hard look and glanced his sharp eyes at him.

"What do you mean I met here?" asked the man immediately suspicious, no doubt the cunning smile that he used to see from Damar's face, repeated again.

"Gue said yesterday. I want to talk about Anggi sama lo" said the man casually, looking as if he had the upper hand, while Arkan was still confused by the intention of the goal there.

As if understanding by the glance of Arkan's eyes that turned to the side, Damar immediately embraced Prissa's shoulder that was twinkling one table away from him.

"Know, this is my cousin. Distant cousin, actually. When I was a kid, I was just as close. And just met again how many years ago," said Damar smiling knots, seeing the look of surprise on Arkan's face.

"Oh, continues?"

Clever to hide his feelings, Damar just smiled a little with the behavior of Arkan who acted so flat. After all, experience had taught Damar that the man was only pretending to be a fool at the moment.

"Nothing. I just want to know you doang," said Damar, holding back his chuckle while lowering his hand from Prissa's shoulder.

"Eh, yes, Priss! Kenalin, this is Arkan. She's…."

Aware of Arkan's sharp gaze, Damar held back his sentence for a moment, before looking back at Prissa who was looking at him.

"My High School's victory." He continued, making Prissa round her eyes for a moment.

"Your High School Team?" repeated like a shock, replied a brief smile by Damar.

"Woah, the world is really narrow, it turns out…." The girl muttered again in awe, this time turning her head towards Arkan while throwing a sweet smile.

Meanwhile, Arkan who was still digesting the relationship between Damar and Prissa only glanced at the girl a little sharply, while regretting what happened between them.

For a moment, Arkan seemed to think, before finally sighing deeply, calming his feelings back down. It seemed, Arkan's passion for hitting Damar's face evaporated just like that, despite the fact that the reason for beating the man was growing in his mind.

"Gue just wanted to say, stop appearing in front of me or Anggi. Whatever your reason, I will never want to deal with people like you again. Understood?"

Arkan's countenance looked so lazy, as he turned away about to leave the two who claimed to be brothers. Although the glint of his eyes could point to Prissa, it did not undo his intention to leave.

"Ah, yes! One more thing,"

Before actually leaving the two, Arkan turned around and looked at Damar full of hostility.

"I was thinking about the reason you asked me to come to this place instead of cafes or discotheques like lo customs in the past. But, after seeing what happened today…."

Arkan hung up his sentence for a moment, as he glanced towards Prissa who was looking at him so astonished.

"Gue knows your weakness is worse than cowardice."

"What?"

Smiling cynically, Arkan turned his head full towards Prissa who seemed to be waiting for her explanation.

"You're beautiful. But honey…." Hang Arkan again concerned, then continue his sentence. "You have a depraved cousin."

Seriate….
