Episode 37's

Before Layla runs out of patience, her mother comes with Lady Hannah. Likewise with Mr. Boni who returned with Frank. His father no longer welcomed his guests. But it's not unusual anymore for Frank, Layla and her mother.

"I'm sorry, my husband is so busy right now. She was happy with this family meeting" her mother said trying to cover up her husband's indifference.

"It's okay ... Mother" replied Mr. Zahid made Layla not believe.how can this man call his mother with that name.

"We're going home now" Zahid continued and looked towards Layla.

"Yes, your mother and I have been talking about your engagement that will be announced next week. Everything must be good because Frank has everything ready"

Layla did not want to talk or look at Mrs Hannah and her former employer. She never knew anything about the engagement and wedding plans in detail. All of this was well-determined by Frank and his parents.

"All right, we're leaving. Good night, Mrs Graham and Layla"

Now Layla is forced to smile and nod respectfully to the future in-laws she knows.

What she never expected was that her former employer approached her and gave her a warm kiss on Layla's forehead. Of course it surprised him, but the man smiled and turned away.

"Oh my God .. My daughter, you just received a kiss from the most famous actor in the country!!!!" exclaimed her mother had no idea that Layla had ever received more than this.

After her former employer returned home, Layla immediately went to her father's study.

"Is this all dad's plan?" ask him without heeding the courtesy anymore. He's very upset. Upset because her father continued the matchmaking plan she did not want. Layla is angry that whatever she does never gets her father's recognition. And lastly, Layla is upset that all these coincidences seem to have been planned by her father.

As usual, his father never looked at him when he spoke. All because Layla is a girl. Not the boy her father expected.

The answer from her father made Layla upset. If it wasn't his father who planned his meeting with Mr. Zahid, then who? Did they really meet by chance?

Layla got out of her father's study and went to the room. Of course, now the room is much different from the room at Mr. Zahid's house. Too much thought makes Layla dizzy. He decided to change his clothes and sleep. In her dreams, she still does a job as a housekeeper at her former employer's house. He smiled happily and fell asleep. The next morning, he sat down in front of his two parents for breakfast.it's time he asked her something that last night bothered him.

Of course Layla's sudden question ruined the morning atmosphere in the family. The silence grew more pronounced as her father did not say anything to Layla's question.

"Surely because Zahid is the most handsome man in the country, dear. Have you ever met a man with a stocky, tall and handsome body like him?"

Her mother's answer did not make Layla satisfied. She wanted to know what her father was thinking when choosing her son-in-law and future husband.

"She has a huge debt to father" replied her father then stood up and left the dining hall just like that. That left Layla confused. A debt? Mr Zahid owes his father? He should not stay home and immediately get an answer to this puzzling thing. Layla did not finish her meal and stood up.

"Where are you going?"

"Mom, I gotta go"

"Where?"

"The house of Mr. Zahid"

"For what? Your father's decision is your best and you don't have to ask about it anymore, baby. All you have to do today is go to mom's subscription designer to order an engagement and wedding dress. I don't want my daughter to look less attractive on her happy day"

Layla sneered at everything her mother said, how could this matter not matter from choosing clothes. Isn't my decision a strange one? Frank wasn't there either because he had to take care of something out of town. Layla is unable to satisfy her desire to find out and gives up. She followed her mother that day just because she didn't want to see the woman who loved her the most was sad.

From the morning, Zahid was preoccupied with his last activities as an actor. Tomorrow morning, it is time for the Director of the company that houses him to announce the resignation of Zahid from the entertainment world. Boni, who was supposed to be with him, is now away with his new boss, Frank. Leaving Zahid with his unknown bodyguards. The bodyguards have been following him wherever he goes since last night. In the afternoon, Zahid was finally able to go home and see his mother cooking various dishes accompanied by her loyal friends.

"When is Aunt Martha here?" the question surprised the two women.

"Zahid, I didn't know that you were finally married!!" aunt Martha exclaimed in a high tone.

"Mother told me about your amazing matchmaking. I'm very surprised that your home assistant is your future wife"

Zahid did not speak and saw the expression his mother's friend had shown. There was a smile and bitterness there. Perhaps it was sad that his late son could not experience the same with Zahid. And all of that was Zahid's fault.
