THE FORGOTTEN MOTHER'S

AUSTIN LAURA'S WEDDING

Connors exited the private room in his study in the apartment. The man already looks handsome in a blue tuxedo suit with a floral motif.

As he exited his study, Connors stared at the corner of the two-story apartment unit as it looked very quiet. There were usually voices of Harry and Ed, his two sons who were six and four.

Connors sits on the couch looking at his iPad. There's been news of Austin and Laura's wedding. "Ohhh..."

Connors sighed.

Suddenly the feeling of jealousy came again when he saw the photos of Laura and Austin in the news in almost all online media. "Shitt", he's upset.

"Where is the useless undead. Why so long".

"Hey where is the woman, why hasn't she come down with the bad boys yet" Connors yelled at the waiter coming down the stairs.

"Hm...Stephanie's n-yonya is changing into her master's outfit, while young masters Harry and Ed are about to get off", replied the waiter looking timidly at Connors.

"Go there you!"

Quickly the servant passed from before Connors while bowing his head.

"What Stephanie did. Wearing anything is like that. Like an undead with unkempt hair and wearing black clothes".

The next second saw Harry and Ed go down with their nanny. Upon seeing Connors the two little boys immediately hid behind their nanny.

Harry and Ed were terrified of their own father for always yelling at them in a loud voice. As if knowing his father did not like Harry like a grown child, when his father came home he immediately invited the sister to go upstairs because he did not want to be considered disturbing the father. Because his father and mother slept separately.

Stephanie is upstairs while Connors prefers to sleep in her private room on the ground floor.

Shortly afterwards, he heard his heels down the stairs. Connors is still busy with his iPad reading messages from his assistant Winston.

"Why are you so long. Whether you dance or not you stay the same. Like an undead screeching..!"

Connors did not continue his sarcastic remarks addressed to his wife Stephanie as he usually does.

Connors widened his eyes looking intently at Stephanie who looked different. Even he himself did not recognize the woman who was going down the arch.

"I'm sorry, you've been waiting a long time. I haven't dressed up in a long time and come to such a formal event. Dear...Do I deserve to wear this old dress? I even had to dismantle my hairdo a few times. My hands are so stiff I have done my hair. While I don't have any more ideas like I used to".

Connors was still staring at Stephanie from head to toe. In Connors' eyes the woman was perfect and sexy with a long gold-colored dress perfectly fitting on his wife's body.

"Hem.."

Connors just let out a brief sound.

"Let's go now".

The Connors family looks like a complete and harmonious family. Both Stephanie's netra warms up. For him and his son this is for the first time Connors happens gently to them. Connors takes Stephanie and her two children in a car with her. Things Connors hasn't done since the seven-year marriage he and Stephanie had.

Stephanie, who was once a career and confident woman after marriage, suddenly changed. Because Connors never thought it existed. As an escape from the pain of her heart the woman spent time babysitting her two sons even while Harry and Ed were sleeping Stephanie was unceasingly working in the cooking pantry and washing everything she did to relieve her pain.

While in the car there was no sound but Connors still holds his youngest son who was asleep in the arms of the father while peeping his thumb.

When the car was driven by Connors' driver, the little family came down. Ed opened his eyes and hugged Connors' neck. Connors' right hand hugged Stephanie's waist.

Stephanie really felt weird about Connors' attitude. Her husband repeatedly surprised her with his behavior. All four of them looked very happy and harmonious.

The event held in the ballroom of a star-rated hotel was not so crowded. Because Austin and Laura's wedding was closed to the public. Only limited to the nuclear family and the closest.

At one round table, Matteo and Renata are Dominic and Kelly. The two couples were seen chatting in a familiar manner.

While Dunan and Amanda sit one table with Marco, Turner and Williams.

Amanda stared with the sharp eyes of the people present. Not a lot but all the decorations Austin chooses are really classy. Making a ballroom that is only arranged with round tables where families and guests who come partly from the Dunan company look magnificent.

The core event began when the two brides joined hands. Austin looked handsome like a Greek god. Athletic body wrapped in tuxedo colored off white very fit on his body. Likewise with Laura, the girl looks beautiful and graceful wearing an off white wedding dress also equipped with veil dangling behind her head.

But before the couple reached the place that has been provided, Amanda suddenly stood up and shouted.

"Stop!!"

"This marriage must be stopped. Because that woman is a liar. He already has a child. And that kid's not Austin's kid!"

"That woman lied to us all! In order to enter the family of the rich Dunan", cried Amanda.

"Amanda what do you mean? Don't be a troublemaker at Austin and Laura's wedding" Dunan said.

"You stupid Dunan. Therehewas. The little girl who sat with Kimmy and her son was Laura's son. You should see the evidence. From the civil records office that said Laura had a daughter. While your son says Laura's a fine woman. He lied to us Dunan!"

Dunan looked at the little girl sitting next to her grandson Noah. The two did not understand anything still seen enjoying a glass of ice cream. While Kimmy who was sitting next to Noah stared intently at Amanda.

The other guests were shocked to see Amanda stopping Austin and Laura's wedding. Not except for Matteo and Dominic and Renata and Kelly. The four of them were really shocked.

Connors, holding his youngest son, sits Ed in the seat next to him. "Stephanie.whatever happens you take care of our children" said Connors clasping his wife's fingers tightly and landing a kiss on Stephanie's forehead.

Of course Connors' actions were shocking to Stephanie. His feelings were so warm and peaceful. Slowly Stephanie nodded her head.

"Yes Connors, of course I'll take care of our children.."
