[VOL 1] _Base in the Fog Forest - Part 3

They have been walking through this forest for a long time. 

'Weird, there's no sign of anything. Whether it was a trace of battle or a radiance of energy from a powerful being, ' the inner Mikea. This forest was like an untouched forest.

Mikea doesn't know how to say it. What was clear was that he also thought that this place was not only very mysterious, but also very quiet.

There was no sound in the forest. Avoid the sounds of animals or insects. Not even the rustling sound of leaves due to the wind was there. But strangely, he could still feel the wind even though it was very smooth.

Suddenly Lilia stopped walking. Making Reny, Minea, and Mikea who were behind him also stopped. 

Minea and Mikea looked at each other with confused expressions. It was because just like the previous places they had already gone through, there was no sign of anything here.

However, judging from Lilia's expression that looked very serious—. "Miss Lilia, are you sure this is the place?" ask Minea.

"Yes I am very sure," said Lilia, turning her head to and fro.

"But I don't feel anything here" said Mikea. 

Minea nodded. "I don't feel anything either" he said.

Unlike Minea and Mikea, Reny instead felt that something was wrong with this place. "Lilia isn't this place looking different?"

"Yes, this is very strange," Lilia nodded while still searching for where the energy shield was. "But I'm sure this is where it is" he said.

Lilia was not a person who could easily forget things easily. So he was very confident in his memory. Only, the number of trees here had increased, and the position had also changed from the previous one.

It was as if all the trees that were here had moved from where they were before. 

'It's so strange, it's impossible to move this many trees without leaving any trace at all,' Inner Lilia. 

Even the ground below was overgrown with grass and moss, and there were no signs of movement on the ground.

His curiosity also grew stronger. "Try us to go deeper," Lilia asked, then walked in the lead in front.

"Yes," Reny replied with a nod, then followed him walking behind.

Seeing Lilia and Reny start walking away from them. Minea and Mikea looked at each other and nodded at each other, then followed the two.

Mikea nodded "You're right, but meng,- Ugh!?" Not having time to finish his words, Mikea immediately gasped in shock.

Not only Mikea, but all of them also gasped in shock and immediately jumped towards the branches of the trees that were around them, as it felt an extremely powerful flow of energy on the ground.

"What is this extremely powerful radiance of energy, and it appears this sudden!?" said Reny.

"This energy is so terrifying!?" Minea could not believe what she had just felt.

"Who would have thought that there was such a great power in the world. Although I have never met a Demon king, but feel this as if a Demon king is in front of me!" Mikea seemed to be unable to hide his watchful expression.

"I thought that they would immediately give a warning like this," Lilia muttered.

It was clearly just a radiance of energy planted in the ground. 

However, even though this is only a radiance of energy, but the sensation they feel is already like being attacked by directly. 

"I can't imagine how His Majesty would feel when dealing with a being of this kind of strength," Minea looked grim with a pale face.

Everyone heard him immediately nod in agreement.
