[VOL 1] Prespective - Part 3

Accompanied by Rustar, Desir now walked towards the meeting room. There was not the slightest enthusiasm on his face. As a result, this morning Desir suddenly got a letter of request from the influential nobles of this country. The content of the letter was a sudden meeting request from them. No mention of what to close. However, Desir could already guess what would be discussed later.

Rustar was walking beside him. Seen to put on an anxious face. Not because of this meeting, but because his master who looked was not in good condition.

"Your Majesty, are you sure. Want to attend the meeting?" Rustar looked towards the Desir. "If not, let me represent you, Your Majesty," he said.

Rustar simply could not let Desir go into the room with his face color like this. 

But Desir shook his head, this was also his decision. "No, it's my business and my responsibility. So I will face this," said Desir. 

"But, Your Majesty .. Your face looks very pale." Rustar said with a worried tone.

There was a slight smile on Desir's lips upon hearing that. "It's okay, I'm fine. I just couldn't sleep well for a few days" he said.

Ever since he heard his wife's plan. The swish was like a burden of thoughts that he had never felt all this time. Plus taking care of all the work as a king, really made him unable to sleep well.

"Is it possible that Her Majesty the Queen will also attend the meeting?" ask Rustar.

Rustar thought it might be because Elsa was there too, so Desir forced himself to leave.

"I didn't tell him, so he shouldn't have come" replied Desir.

The swish felt quite himself who was facing these nobles. If Elsa was there Desir was just scared, the answer between himself and Elsa was not in line, because of the suddenness of today's meeting.

Desir also did not want to see his wife in the corner. After all Elsa had already told him, to follow what these nobles asked for.

The swish stared at his minister. "Rustar, whatever you hear later. Do not act or say anything, even if you want to defend me," asked Desir.

"Nothing but. If you can't you just wait outside," the Desir prophecy.

"All right, Your Majesty, I understand. I promise I won't make a sound" Rustar replied with a polite bow.

"Good," replied the swish.

The kingdom has a parliamentary monarchy system. The nobles in this kingdom seemed to be representatives of the people themselves, which made them arguably stronger than the king. 

It will be hard to get rid of them. If it is done, it is certain that a petition will appear saying that the palace wants to be in full power. It would definitely cause a great riot, and a wave of rebellion from the citizens.

This is what limits the movement of Desir in making decisions. Plus now the target is one of his children. Desir will not do much, and he also intends to do what he has planned with his wife.

'William .. forgive me, ' Inner Desir. As the father in was obviously very sad to see the fate of his young son like William, having to deal with the cunning politics of the nobles, like this. 'I really, really, failed as a father, ' he regretted at heart. 

There was not much that could be done to protect his son. Even this was as if he had sacrificed his own son, for the good of his son as well.

However, if this is indeed the best option, then what can be done.
