Chapters. 38. I'd like a drink too.

Javier's heart throbbed like a knife slice when he saw Alea's attitude that seemed so spoiled to his own best friend, while he would be the opposite of what he did to Alex.

"How are you, Al?. I miss you so much. It seems like you're much better now". Alex smiled warmly at the beautiful woman.

"Well, that's how. Seeing you my condition is getting better, and I miss you a lot too". Alea replied as she returned Alex's smile, making Javier's heart ache. He was furious, even the man clenched his hands, feeling neglected.

'What is this?. Why is he smiling at another man?. As for me, even he doesn't want to meet. And what is this? they hugged each other as if they wanted to let go of the miss. Am I just a display until they forget there's someone else here'.

"Ehem. Are you done taking off the shady?". Javier's words made Alex and Alea turn to the man who had put on the cynical face, making Alex understand one thing.

"Are you jealous of Mr. Javier Alexander?". Alex's question made Alea's forehead wrinkle deeply. The woman failed to interpret the question of her husband's best friend.

"You want to tell me your purpose here or I'm driving out?". Javier's getting pissed at him. How not, he almost got caught by Alea if he was a little jealous to his best friend Alex.

"Wow... Patience Bro. Let's sit down let me tell you the important news". Tell Alex to land her body on the sofa chair she left behind due to a short conversation with Alea.

"Look at this Vir, do you recognize him well?". Alex gives a blue-colored map containing paper where it makes Javier's forehead wrinkled deep.

Seeing Javier's reaction to Alea grab the map from Javier's hand, she wanted to see what had made her husband's face become tense.

"Vir, isn't this signature familiar?. Like--".

"Yes, I know". Javier replied casually cutting Alea's words.

"If you know, then why don't you report this?. At least do something. A lot of people are dependent on this company Vir. What if employees lose their jobs?. Some of them even have children who still have to go to school. How many investors have withdrawn their shares, Vir". Alea said with a feeling of worry and disbelief at her husband's seemingly relaxed reaction.

"Little cat wants to play around with me apparently". He continued later with the typical Devil smile of a Javier Alexander. And that smile was understood by Alex. He understands if his best friend knows what steps will be taken by the boss and his best friend.

"alright. Looks like it's gonna be easier to deal with". Said Alex.

"Oh it. I forgot to. What do you want to drink, Lex?". Alea's question made the two men who had different characters turn to him. While Javier's forehead crimped in almost fused. While Alex smiled mockingly at the expression of his best friend, as if he understood what he would do.

"Ah, you make me my favorite drink, Al". Alex replied in a made-up tone to make Javier jealous. And sure enough, Javier's face turned red because it held back emotions to clench his hands.

'Do they know each other's favorite drinks?. Watch out for you Alex'. Javier grumbled in the heart.

"alright. I'll make you ice lemon tea". Reply Alea with a smile full of warmth.

'Look at him smiling at this jerk'. Javier Umbat.

"Ehem, I'd like a drink too. Please get me some mineral water". Javier's word seemed to be seeking his wife's attention. The man stroked his neck as if feeling thirsty. But instead of getting attention, the woman actually made herself wrong.

"Your hands are not stumped to take the mineral water that is on the nightstand". Alea said while pointing at the mineral water located on the nightstand beside Javier using his chin. And Alea's answer made Javier's face turn red due to embarrassment.

"Ppfffffffff-- Hahaha". Alex let go of his laughter after seeing Alea leave the living room that could no longer be held.

"What's so funny?". Javier asked still with his shy face.

"Haha. Vir... Vir, just tell me you're jealous aren't you?".

"Laughter again I flush you with this mineral water". Javier Threat.

"Ok Alright, all right. Looks like I should leave you two". Alex said as if understanding the situation Javier's heart began to burn jealous.

"It's good that you understand". Javier answered with a stroke. But that didn't offend Alex. He knows the character of his best friend. Although arrogant, but actually he is a gentle-hearted man. It's just that he upholds his ego too much.

10 Minutes later Alea entered the living room where the two men were with a glass filled with drinks for Alex. But her eyebrows turn wrinkled when she does not see Alex, only her husband Javier is still faithful in the same place

"Where's alex?". Alea asked while circulating her gaze as if looking for something.

"Home home". Javier replied with a flat but stressed face.

"Home?. Whyyyy?". Alea asked with a confused face. Didn't he just 10 minutes into the kitchen?. Then where is that guy?.

"Where do I know". Reply Javier casually as if he has no burden.

"Then this drink?".

"Drink by yourself. Or tie it to a neighbor, just say there is a celebration of the eviction of the troublemaker" Javier said, mocking Alea made frown confused by the man's words.

"Robber?. Ck. You're the troublemaker. You haughty man". Cibir Alea in a soft voice but still heard by Javier who was sitting quietly on the sofa and then turned to look at Alea who had an annoyed face.

"What did you say?. I'm troublemaker?. Wait, whoa. This is my home. How can I be a troublemaker in my own home?". Javier asked but Alea just raised her shoulders as if she did not care and turned her face in any direction.

"Do you like Alex?". Javier's question jolted Alea and turned back to Javier.

"Of course I like it. He's a good guy. Unlike someone who is very arrogant and angry". Sindir Alea with a mocking smile.

"Have you just insinuated me?". Javier asked while pointing at himself. But Alea did not care about the man. He just lifted his shoulders feeling unconcerned.

"alright. Just ask for a bribe with Alex if you get sick later. And make him worry". Javier said very emotionally and then left Alea smiling triumphantly.
