That Cute Woman is my wife

That Cute Woman is my wife
Papa Javier's Story.

Doing my best at the point where I stand, that's a real realistic attitude. There's one way to know someone's telling the truth, ask him, you'll know he's bragging.

Maybe that's what Akemi is experiencing right now. He lives in worry. Knowing the fact, that the woman mentioned the name of another man in a third of the night, made Akemi's world collapse in an instant. There are no words that can represent Akemi's current feelings. Clearly, the man was moping. No more chirping when he woke up. No more shahdu touches were waved on the poet's skin.

Early in the morning Akemi had left Shella without a message. Even before the woman woke up from her waking sleep. Akemi went down the endless road. Not even aiming at all. His heart was somber, his eyes blank. The man was in a dilemma.

Before long the man's sedan pulled over on the quiet side of the road, where there were only mountains. I don't know where he is at the moment. Then a second later, Akemi sobbed. He seemed to spill all his pent up feelings.

"Hiks, hiks, hiks, why Shella, why? why did you hide everything from me until I had to see it with my own eyes? is that the man who held your love back? is that the guy you used to say his name to in a third of the night? is that the man who has been gracing your days all this time? then where am I in your life, Shella? why don't you tell me I'm your husband? why did you shut up that night? hyx, hyx, hyx."

Akemi sobbed bitterly, her heart crumbled, her hopes dashed. Isn't Shella's love just a little for that poor guy? how much more does Akemi struggle not to let go of Shella's hand?

Akemi continued to chirp sadly, as if she had forgotten the promise carved under the twilight sky, that no matter what, she would still hear and trust Shella. Although the world rejected him, even though the world betrayed him, and even though the world said no. However, Akemi would still say, "Everything will be fine, because there I am here who keeps the seeds superior in trust."

Akemi ends her grief, and goes on an aimless journey. For almost four hours Akemi walked down the street. Until finally the man turned the direction to go to one of the most comfortable places, the house of Papa. He will tell all his complaints to the man who had cared for him since childhood.

Papa Javier is Akemi's best choice in making decisions and determining actions. The middle-aged man was Akemi's best friend besides Aljav and Delon.

While in a different place, Shella had just woken up from her sleep. He had no Akemi by his side. Even that woman was still wearing a dress last night.

Her heart was back in pain, had Akemi left her? Shella tried to call the man. However, not connected. Shella's getting riled up. He doesn't know what else to do. Should she call Delon to ask where her husband is? or did he call Mama Alea? but what if Akemi's not at Mama's house? what would she say if she asked the same question as him? should Shella tell them about their household matters? no, that can't happen. Household is a matter of privacy between husband and wife. Sometimes the third person in the household is their own family. Whether it's our parents, in-laws, in-laws, or even our own siblings. Even though they are good human beings.

Finally, Shella decided to wait for Akemi to come home and finish everything that was hidden.

At Papa Javier's house, Akemi sat with the middle-aged man while silent in silence. However, Papa Javier knew very well if his second son had a little problem, only he did not want to ask. For half an hour the other man of that generation sat speechless.

"Papa, tell me how Papa used to be when he met Mama. Do you have any complicated problems first?" Ask Akemi.

There was a sound of Papa breathing heavily, before the middle-aged man finally began to tell a story.

"Papa never thought of getting married at a young age. Even Papa also thought, that women are invisible women, just a waste of time. But with your Mama, Papa found the most beautiful thing in a woman. Miraculously, the woman never used anger as a shield to solve problems. But they use heart and reason." Papa Javier's eyes blank forward. He seemed to imagine his story in the past with Alea.

While Akemi quietly enjoyed every detail of her Papa's story.

"We didn't love each other, only Papa loved your mom. But Papa never admitted Papa's feelings with Mama. Papa was too cowardly to admit it at the time. Until Papa doubts your Mama's character. My mom almost lost her mom at that time. If it wasn't for Papa lowering the ego and giving our relationship a chance, then maybe you wouldn't have been born into this world." Akemi's heart felt pinched when she heard Papa Javier's story. Maybe he should also give Shella a chance to explain the true circumstances.

"Papa doesn't know what kind of trouble is going on between you and your wife. But what Papa knows, Papa's son will not make a mistake. And Papa's sure, Papa and Mama never choose a daughter-in-law wrong."

Maybe Papa's right, Shella's not wrong about this. He was simply too shocked by the arrival of the man.

"Give him a chance to explain the situation. Sometimes in that household, communication is the main remedy in a relationship. If your communication is cut off, and one of you runs away. Then there will be no meeting point in your marriage, son. Be a wise man, em?"

The advice seemed to open the eyes of Akemi's heart while slapping her. Maybe Papa's right, he should give Shella a chance to tell a story. If he ran off like this, wouldn't he be the same man in charge?

"Thank you Papa, thank you. I'm gonna give Shella a chance. Thank you," said Akemi while hugging the body of her Papa.

Papa smiled when he heard that his son was willing to solve his household problems with a cold head. At least, none of her children had made the same mistake she had done to Alea.

Communication is the best path in every problem. Sit quietly, and listen to the reason without making a sound, until time gives the opportunity to tell stories and argue.

To be continued.
