"Pinter really is my husband, the car so wet with his seat. Don't want to know, I'm not responsible. Anyway, it should be cold any way, If until my car seat is plastered, Mas sleeps on the sofa a week," said Ratna who continues to nag Tama. Though actually this seat is not dried it is already dry itself because it is occupied by Tama. He felt like his pants were getting wet.

"Udah dong my dear, yes sorry. Mas must be cool really, all Mas wash up to kinclong," said Tama.

"Hm."

"Don't be angry dong petite," persuaded Tama.

"Who is angry."

"That's it, throw that face away. I'd be angry if the donut tomorrow again," said Tama.

"Yes I can buy it myself tomorrow" replied Ratna still in a cold tone.

"Not really in the mood? Then that's the one in the back seat already Mas buyin how dong? I told Deva what, she likes donuts and is rich. You're sorry if not kemakan," said Tama makes Ratna again sparkling his face after finding a box of DDN donuts in the back seat.

"Yep...!"

"Why?"

"No papa. Again twilight, did not expect my husband who is this sweet can make a surprise rich gini, very sweet," said Ratna.

"Hoo. He said he would buy it himself. That's the donut then love Deva and keep flowers for Miss Rosa. My wife did not want to accept it" said Tama.

"That's not Mas Tama, sorry I'm angry. You're a natural fool" Ratna said, embracing Tama's left arm.

"What? The real ah sorry is not sincere," said Tama trying to pull his hand back.

"Not forgiven, right? Yaudah if it starts tomorrow, Mas...,"

"Yes, yes, yes, I'm sorry. Sorry to make your car all wet. By the way, congratulations, the beautiful doctor has succeeded in his trial" said Tama.

"Thank you," said Ratna who just made up with Tama.

...***...

Today will be another historic day in Ratna's life. Today is his first day as a specialist. After being declared graduated and getting a license Ratna practice directly leave it to the staff at the hospital so that the status is upgraded. Ratna no longer occupies the office of the resident doctor. He had already joined the other surgeons who were clearly more senior than him.

"It's for you" said Petra, handing over a bouquet of roses.

"Make what?"

"Thank you, make a congratulatory call to be a specialist. Tell your husband too, no need to be jealous anymore. I just like that you have no intention of calling. You can see you're happy with your husband more than enough for me" Petra said.

"Kok suddenly?" ratna asked who was astonished because Petra was so different today.

"Just accept it. Not from Petra who she said liked you, but from your office friend. Say my regards to your husband too, saying he is grateful to have taken care of you well" Petra said.

"Later to say. Thank you Petra."

Ratna stepped down the hallway. He passed through his old room. The room he occupied when he was a resident. Inside there are 8 tables in one room that is always full occupied by surgical residents either from orthopedics, neurology or general surgery.

Ratna walked straight down the aisle then turned left at the end. There is a workspace for specialist doctors. Starting from the doctor's room for internal medicine at the front of the left, opposite there is a psychiatric doctor's room, while Ratna's room is at the end. The room is the largest because general surgeons always have the most personnel than other specialists. Although the occupants of this room are actually only medical specialists because if it is a senior there will be his own room and it is not on this floor.

"Good morning..," said Ratna to Rati who was working on something at her desk.

"Oh Ratna you finally came too, so you finally graduated as well. Congratulations yes," Rati said as she hugged Ratna tightly.

"Rati be careful, it's the pity that's in the stomach" Ratna said.

"No papa, he must also be seneng his favorite aunt has become a specialist doctor as well. Ratna, soon after yes," Rati said as she patted Ratna's stomach softly.

"God willing," said Ratna with a smile then she walked towards her desk.

Ratna just put down her bag then grabbed the sneli that she folded neatly and she put it in the drawer the day before. He wears it then pairs his new ID, arranges a small pen and flashlight into his snail pocket, puts on a stethoscope and walks out. He had a scheduled visit this morning. Although the patients are not many but Ratna always gives all the best she can. Since Ratna was aware, when she treated her patients well, she would be able to learn from them even more. Sometimes the lessons he takes are not just about how he cures a particular disease but also the many life lessons he takes from his patients.

"Good morning," called Ratna as she stepped into a ward.

He does his job well, checking the progress of his patients, checking complaints that may be felt also provides some small education to help his patients feel more comfortable. After he finished examining his patients, he headed to the nursing room to give additional instructions regarding the medicine and some other matters.

"Rabella?" call out a voice that sounded doubtful from the side where Ratna was standing.

"Yes?" Ratna was surprised, it was Zahra who called out to her. He just got out of therapy.

"Just finished therapy?" ask Ratna.

"Yes" he answered briefly.

Ratna then finishes her chat with some of the nurses there and prefers to take Zahra away. Zahra said she was waiting for someone and Ratna, who happened to be free, finally accompanied Zahra. Who knew she could get acquainted with Zahra's husband as well. Ratna bought a bottle of mineral water for Zahra and then took her to the central garden to breathe fresh air.

"So you're a Javanese too?" ask Zahra.

"I am native to Java, can stray here because I follow my husband. He worked as a state servant and I decided to serve" Ratna said.

"Don't use the dong language. It seems like our age gap is not much. Can we be friends? I'll be here often. I'll be here every few days" asked Zahra.

"Not really papa?"

"Yes. I'm glad I got friends. Because of my limitations I don't have many friends. Even in my old place I was just friends with my nanny" she said.

Honestly seeing Zahra's condition is indeed sad. He said he was paralyzed by an accident, had been in a coma for several years and finally woke up paralyzed. Zahra also said she had lost her motivation to live but because there were people who loved her she managed to survive and now started trying to get back up. She tried to open a new leaf with her husband here.

"Oh yeah, you said your husband was a cop, right? In what part?" ask Zahra to Ratna.

"He's in the section...," not until Ratna answered him until the phone reads. He gets a call from a nurse asking Ratna to come to the ER immediately. Ratna was forced to leave Zahra who she said wanted to stay here waiting for her husband to pick her up. Yes, Ratna left immediately. He immediately ran to the ER because he said there was an emergency patient who needed an immediate examination. Ratna felt a new spirit after the next day. Thanks to Zahra he regained his spirit and motivation to do his job better.
