33 — Meetings In Black Center

After Vernon calls Kezia that he's coming home late. Vernon rushed to Petra's headquarters when working hours were over. Vernon wasn't alone, he went with Theodore. The man was silent on the way. While Theodore did not want to interfere in the personal problems of his boss.

Vernon could have gotten rid of Sarah easily. But he must not be rash considering that the woman will do reckless because Vernon once made Sarah a priority and used her to fight Mr. Clayton's.

"What do you think?" ask Vernon to Theodore who focuses on driving a car.

Theodore turned a glance, "You mean?"

"Speak in a relaxed manner. We're out of the office."

"Sorry, sir."

Vernon sighed softly, "Do I have to eliminate that woman?" asked Vernon casually.

Theodore raised one eyebrow at Vernon's question. "I'm sorry, sir, it seems like it's too much" Theodore replied honestly. Yes although it seems ordinary for a mobster but it is too excessive to involve people outside the target.

"Your opinion is good. I'll think about it." said Vernon flatly then opened the car door and got off quickly. Vernon slightly tidied up his suit and relaxed the stiffened neck muscles from earlier.

Theodore shook his head and smiled lightly. The boss has been a little weird since his wife returned to the capital. Vernon who is usually irritable to talk now changed and often asked for Theodore's opinion. Whether it's during work hours or outside the office.

"Is there anything you need, sir?" ask Theodore.

Vernon walked into a place that contained the core members of the Black Center. Theodore kept on the wings of the room with his right hand - each important person in the room.

"Am I late?" asked Vernon with an innocent face. The man sat down casually beside Petra who was turning off the cigarette butts.

"You don't even understand the details of the clock when it comes here." Sean stared at Vernon. The old man looked calm and was the complete opposite of his brother, Seth.

"Can we start? I'm so bored of being here." Liam, the man wearing a white T-shirt and gray jeans straightened his body. Looking at Petra's ashtray bored.

Hendrik laughed lightly, "Basar ducks paddy field." mocked Hendrik. Liam must be bored because his time is a little interrupted. Time in quotation marks that he used to do after getting a lot of money. Liam just snorted at Hendrik's innuendo.

Petra, who had been silent, began to prepare to talk about something new - recently planned by the Black Center. And of course Vernon will be involved considering the man often helps and works closely with the Black Center.

"Figo is stronger than we thought. It won't be easy to catch him." Hendrik started to voice out his opinion.

"No need" said Petra who made everyone look at her in disbelief. "I mean, we don't have to catch him. Yes, for now."

"What do you mean?" vernon asked dislikefully and disapprovingly of Petra's words.

"He will return without waiting for threats from us. He's close to your wife, isn't he?"

Vernon glared sharply, "Don't involve Kezia." cynical Vernon.

"You don't want him to be involved. That way you'll be safe and Black Center will be back to how it was."

"What are your plans Petra?" Sean stared in full search at his bangs. Petra always plays puzzles in discussing this.

"My plan is...." Petra began to discuss her well-arranged plan. Vernon repeatedly opposes but Petra tries to convince her best friend. Until the decision is taken and the meeting is over.

They agreed to the plan Petra made despite the slight changes. After that Vernon said goodbye because Kezia was alone at home. The man was driving Petra's car in the back garage. While his car he stayed in the office to eliminate any suspicious traces.
