Sons & Daughters
My meeting with you

I don't know what I'm feeling. All I know is that my life felt more beautiful and vibrant when I saw you for the first time.

My name is Son, I am the only son of a rahmadana family. My mother died giving birth to me, and my father was just a small businessman. At first we both lived in a small house in a village. Until one day we both moved to the city because of the forcing circumstances. Move to a complex that almost all of his houses look similar. That's where I first met you.

Our house is next to each other, but I dare not rebuke you. You also rarely come out of your hiding place, making it difficult for me to greet you. All I could hear sometimes was the sound of your laughter, the noise bouncing on the walls of my house. Until that day.

I just got home from buying sugar, I saw your figure crying in the street holding ice cream.

"Are you okay?" I cried while trying to help you

"Well my ice cream fell, look at this my shirt got dirty" the girl woke up complaining to see her now soiled with dust

"Hahaha look at that ugly kid, the ice cream got on the shirt, pity me" the group of boys on the ball court mocked

"Basic when they are wrong. Hey y'all see ya" I took the ball and kicked it towards the field. I didn't expect the ball to hit the kid's head.

"Okay" he complained

"Hahaha feel" I cried

"Very well you two" the boy got up and tried to chase after us. I then took the girl by the hand and ran as hard as I could.

We ran as fast as we could while occasionally scoffing towards the back. I then continued to pull the girl's arm. Until I realized he wasn't after us anymore.

"You're okay" I said. The girl did not answer and suddenly punched me in the shoulder

"I just want to help you really"

"Yes well thanks. What's your name?" ask the girl

"I'm your next door neighbor, you know, that's what you're cool in the house anyway" I nagged him

"I'm sorry, I'm going home. Look at this my clothes are so dirty" the girl then slightly cleaned her dusty clothes and was about to leave

"Wait" I said

"What else is it?"

"You don't cry so dong, later if we go home thought I made you cry" I cried. "Oh, what's your name? I'm Son"

"I'm the Princess" the girl replied with a smile

"Would you eat ice cream first? relax, I'll pay" I said with confidence

"Truly, thank you" said the Princess as she clapped

From that day on, the two of us always played together. Sometimes we fight just for trivial things. His name is also children. We often play until we forget time and are scolded by our parents. Even so I am happy, because your once very closed nature has now turned warm and friendly. The thing I like most about you is your smile and your laugh. Very sweet and funny. I remember when you felt so sad that day. When you broke the vase that belonged to our school teacher, Ms. Yoko. Since I don't want you to get into trouble, then I'm willing to take your place to be punished. All this for you.
