I could not stare at the Son so I turned my back on his body. Trying my hardest to hold back my tears and feelings. What's wrong with me. Didn't I set my heart, then what a strange feeling this is. It felt like I was going to lose someone precious.

"Daughter why don't you look at me?" ask Son

"I'm sorry Son, I can't accept your proposal" I covered my face with a sob.

The son paused for a moment, then said "So that's your choice? I didn't expect"

The son then moved away from me and I tried to hold him "Wait for the Son please listen to me."

"Why else Riri what else should I hear from you."

"You promised you'd respect my choice, right? why are you cold now like this" I said as I pulled his arm

"Please leave me alone first." My son left me alone. The red rose that is now in my hand as a declaration of his love is now as if it has withered, as the Son felt to me.

I ran among the heavy rain chasing the footsteps of the Son. Ignoring the gaze towards me while continuing to pierce through the cold rain. He was running at more than the wind in front of me. Now he has entered his home.

"Son open the door, listen to me first" I cried as I continued to knock on the door

"Please leave me alone my daughter can't see you." Son peeking from the door hole

I fell silent and leaned against the door then said "I'm sorry, but I can't accept your feelings."

"Do you love Reyhan? why did you know me first. Why Riri? why did you choose him." My son returned me but did not open the door

"Son you know, now I realize that my feelings were not love. But just like being friends."

I then said in a raucous voice "Son I will still be your friend and you will still be my best friend. But forgive me. This is my choice please respect."

We were both quiet with each other for about 30 minutes. I ignored the phone call from my parents telling me to go home. All I want is to see the Son's face, just once, I want to apologize to him.

"Son I must go home now, I beg you to get out of there" I rebuked him, but the Son still did not answer

I decided to leave, and suddenly the Son came out and hugged me.

"I'm sorry I'm too possessive of you."

"It's okay Son," I then tightened his embrace

"I'm just afraid of Riri, I'm afraid that Reyhan isn't being nice to you. I'm afraid he'll hurt you. Are you sure you chose him?"

I then leaned against the Son's chest and said "I'm sure, that this is my best choice. But my son, I beg you, please respect my choice."

The son let go of his embrace and tightly held both of my shoulders "Yes well, I will accept this choice of yours, forgive me for being late to realize it."

"Yes Son" I connected while holding back the overflowing tears and hariu in my heart

"I promise to be your friend. Even though I can't have you," the Son embraced me and allowed myself to sink into his gaze.

I feel calm now. As the rain stopped, I now felt the rainbow after the storm. My heart is now fully relieved. Tears I let flow down my cheeks. The son looks charming too. Even though her face and body were wet because of me, she didn't care. Let me, for the last time, hold you like this.

"I hope you are happy Riri" said the Son with a soft voice in my ear.
