...Rose and Jerry arrive at the police station, and Jerry immediately directs Rose to Detective's room for questioning. Rose is willing even though he has to postpone a little more time to meet Kenzi, but for the sake of the continuation of the development of cases involving Kenzi, he is certainly willing to do so......
...Thirty minutes Rose was in the room, she answered all the detective questions straightforwardly. Meanwhile, Jerry checked the data on the kidnapping case. ...Rose followed Jerry to Kenzi's room, and when Jerry opened the door, Kenzi was waiting for him. Rose immediately ran to Kenzi and hugged him like a lover who had long separated from Kenzi and was eventually rediscovered. Again, this made Jerry aware to immediately dispel the hope of his feelings to Rose.....
..."I'll be waiting for you outside Rose. You guys talk" said Jerry staring at Kenzi who also looked at him while returning Rose's arms that he did not want to let go......
...Rose sobbed in Kenzi's arms. Kenzi could only stroke her hair, letting Rose cry in her arms......
...Long enough the situation persisted, after the sobbing sound on his chest diminished then Kenzi broke his embrace and brought Rose's face with both hands facing him......
...Kenzi gently kissed Rose's wet eyes because of her tears. He tried to stop himself from crying with sadness considering he almost brought Rose to the brink of death......
..."Relax ..., you're safe now!" said Kenzi hugged Rose again because he could not look at Rose any longer......
..."Have you eaten yet?" rose asked in Kenzi's arms.....
...Kenzi just nodded small. Rose felt that and tried to untangle their embrace......
...Rose stared at Kenzi for so long that Kenzi frowned at him.......
..."What are you looking at me like?" ask Kenzi to Rose......
..."Thank you for saving me." said Rose slowly, bowing her head......
...Kenzi smiled slightly hearing him, he raised Rose's face with both hands. Smooth stroking Rose's cheeks....
..."What are you saying, didn't I already say that I will protect you!" obviously Kenzi reminded his promise back .......
..."I know you will never break your promise to me. Just seeing you like this makes me feel guilty. That night we weren't supposed to be outside the house, we were supposed to stay inside so that Mayor William's men couldn't catch us easily" Rose said......
..."Never mind, don't talk about it again. Everything will happen wherever you are. Now, we can live freely without any interference from the mayor again" Kenzi replied calming Rose......
...Rose nodded in understanding. After that, Kenzi invited her but the thing surprised Rose instead sat on her lap......
..."Are you all right?" rose asked to check on Kenzi......
..."Nothing" Rose replied briefly then stared fixedly at Kenzi.....
...Kenzi was like aware of Rose's gaze which was like wanting something from her. Kenzi gently kissed Rose's lips and Rose replied warmly......
...When they are busy touching each other. The door of the room opened instantly. Rose and Kenzi immediately let go of their grievances. The unstable breath made the person who was in the doorway realize what had just happened......
..."Sorry Rose, she forced her way in.!" said Jerry turned his gaze to Rose who was still in Kenzi's lap......
...Rose moved from Kenzi's lap, sat down next to Kenzi and looked at the person who had just messed up the moment......
..."You guys having fun? did you guys just let go of the miss?" ask the guy.....
..."Stop Gisell, don't piss me off in these circumstances!" kenzi replied, not liking to hear Gisella's question.....
..."Do you know what you're doing right now because of this woman, Ken? Come on, Ken, how long are you gonna be eaten up with his ruse? Wasn't it enough to help her then? why would you sacrifice your life because of him? Your pity is overrated!" obviously Gisella at length made Rose and Kenzi's gaze even sharper on her......
...Kenzi grunted angrily, but he did not want to follow Gisella's current attitude. He chose silence......
..."What's with your look? you don't like my statement? Do you think Kenzi really likes you and can spend the rest of his life with you? Come on ..., honey, you're too naive!" gisella said to Rose who was still staring at her......
...Rose kept staring at Gisella sharply without blinking a single bit. Rose moved from her place. He stepped slowly, closing in on Gisella. A sinister and sharp look hit Rose's face but Gisella did not budge. He stood still looking at Rose with a hateful look......
..."I've never seen a woman as confident as you are today. You even know clearly the answer to your question. Do you really want to embarrass yourself?" said Rose tangy......
...Kenzi wanted to divorce the two, but Rose immediately blocked him by stretching her hand at Kenzi, allowing her to leave him alone. Maybe Rose has reached the limit of her patience with Gisella. It was natural, Gisella's words had indeed hurt her.....
...So did Gisella, just as she was about to reply to Rose's words, Rose immediately interrupted her......
