31. New status

A week after Dina and Miko's wedding reception, Rei does not appear at Ardan's family home. Even mama was often frenzied for not being able to meet Rei. Not infrequently papa was the target of aggravation of mama. Not without reason, other than Rei did not have time to say goodbye, at this time Rei was difficult to contact.

Ardan was difficult to contact Rei, probably because of the crowded events he participated in. So Ardan waited for Rei to contact him first. Renita was appointed to represent his office along with several other employees. Renita replaces the designated teller before her due to having to have appendectomy. Because of his sudden show, Rei was forced to say goodbye to Ardan's parents through a video call.

Although Ardan was disappointed that he would not meet the woman for a few days, but for the sake of duty he should not be selfish. Ardan also had time to deliver Rei when he would release his departure to Bandung.

Having gotten used to hearing Rei's voice, Mama Ardan became lonely because of it. New bride who just arrived from the honeymoon was not spared from the nagging of her mother. But after papa and Ardan's story they just laughed.

"It turns out mom was getting used to the presence of Rei's sister ya." teased Dina on her mom.

"Yes, even papa dicuekin nih." papa joined the tease. Mama just poked her lips at the words of her husband and son.

Ardan glanced at his watch, it was time for lunch. Ardan was sure Rei was already there, so he took the initiative to contact Rei first.

"The man came" answered Ardan, pointing his camera at his mother.

"Assalamualaikum ma, I'm sorry Rei did not have the same saying mom and dad, and some days this is a solid event, so Rei can not contact mama." Showing his best smile to his future in-laws.

"Father dear, mama understood." mama sumringah finally could see Rei even though only through video.

"Lying sister, mama tuh make us like a boarding child who is again charged rent, frowning mute" said Dina.

"Hus. You go, open the card. Kan mama was embarrassed" Rei just shook his head hearing it.

"Which, you know? I can't wait to propose to you soon, and hold a new status as Ardan's mistress."

Rei blushed, not expecting that Ardan really intended to marry him. Since there will still be an event after this, Rei intends to end the chat. And Ardan agreed, not wanting the woman to rush because it would definitely make Rei upset. And don't want to take his call.

The workshop that Rei participated in was almost finished, as planned today will be carried out the last test as well as closing. But because the event lasts until 8 pm, so the remaining time is filled with streets to some culinary and shopping centers in the city of flowers.

The enthusiasm of the workshop participants from some areas outside Bandung, after cleaning themselves gathered with other friends and headed to the location. Not to lose Rei also came even though he looked a little lazy, but for the sake of friends Rei finally came along.

Ardan invites Rei to a restaurant that serves sundanese cuisine, not without purpose because they have been awaited by Fahri friend Ardan while in college first. Fahri is a native of Jogja but because he married the original girl Bandung, eventually settled there.

Fahri who first arrived there with his wife and children, saw Ardan enter the restaurant immediately greet him. They also shake hands. Rei looks familiar with Fahri's wife, Tari and also his daughter Gea. The five-year-old boy was absolutely adorable, nagging exactly his nephew.

The night was getting late, because in childhood had fallen asleep in the lap of his mother finally they decided to separate. Fahri invites Ardan and Rei to their house. Back at the hotel, it looks like some of the new workshop participants are back. They bring souvenirs typical of the city of Bandung.
