16. Heart-set
"Mom, don't over-exert the will. You yourself once said Rei was a sensitive person, if he was hurt because of your question how was it?" Andi opened the conversation when she got to the room.
"Let her put her heart in order, you know for yourself she was devastated by the death of her husband shortly she married and turned out to be betraying him. Just imagine if you were in his position."
The words from her husband made Anita realize, she was too pressuring Rei. Maybe if there was a position Rei, not necessarily he could be as strong as Rei. Hiding his anger, hurt and disappointment behind smiles on many people.
"Do I have to apologize to Rei yeah yeah yeah?"
"No need, but don't repeat anymore pity Rei." Anita nodded, she was glad her husband would advise.
"Let's go to bed, tomorrow I have a coordination meeting before the review into the area." They then followed their daughter who first fell asleep.

Meanwhile, after an accidental meeting with Rei at the restaurant, Ardan seemed to be smiling to himself. Remembering Rei's sweet smile that made her miss.

Back when he was with his former lover Ardan rarely felt the weight of longing. Because almost every day, every time they meet or exchange news. Even her ex-boyfriend followed her wherever she went.
Even Ardan felt saturated because it was always followed, but now it is different. Somehow he agreed to follow Rei's terms which he thought were just Rei's wits not to meet. Now that he understood his point, let them be steady and sure to head for the next level.

Rei ventured into asking, more precisely giving a statement. Ardan turned his head, looking for the meaning of the statement. But Rei's facial features and eyes showed that he was serious.

"I don't want us to see you often. At least once a week during the weekend. Want huh?" answer Rei.
Ardan was inexhaustible with Rei's request which was considered unreasonable. But Ardan doesn't want to misunderstand, he wants to know why Rei asked him that.
"Why do you ask, are you tired of being close to me? or you feel uncomfortable being close to me." Ardan asked a question. Rei shook his head.
"It's smart now, like there's gonna be something missing" Ardan rattled Rei's hair.
"Mas.ih" Rei raised Rei's hand away from his head, his hair disheveled due to Ardan's actions.
"I want us to meet once a week as long as we are not sure of our hearts."
"Do you doubt me, I am serious about you. I'm not messing with Rei." Ardan seems a little emotional.
"Mas, I used to say." Pull back Ardan's hand and hold it.

Rei nodded, there was no point in resisting Ardan always had a way to take him away.
Since the last meeting last week they agreed to give time and reassure the heart. But of course there are exceptions that Ardan asked for and Rei agreed to.
