61 - A Love Note On Dried Leaves.

"Campus, semester 4? Remember?" the man said softly, his slightly heavy voice making his appearance even more charming.

"Oh! Liam! Don't you?" said Aurora finally remembered this man, a senior who took the S2 from her campus. While Aurora was in college they often spent time together because they were members of the same study group, Liam often helped Aurora to study at that time.

"You finally remember me" Liam said with a sweet smile, as sweet as Aurora remembered.

"It's not that you're abroad, I heard that you're coming back to your country" Aurora recalled.

"Well, I just came back here a few days ago to deliver my wife's funeral ashes" said Liam, a hint of sadness in his eyes, Aurora who asked that became uneasy.

"I'm sorry, I don't know that you .." said Aurora showing her sympathy.

"It's okay, what about you? long time no see, have you been .. " said Liam softly.

"Married? Yes, I'm her husband" said Jofan, who was suddenly there, carrying a long coat that he put on Aurora's body, Aurora who saw it could only be shocked by what Jofan did, why suddenly bought him a long coat that was even very large for Aurora's body, Jofan immediately gave the mantle a twist, the entire body of the Aurora is covered in a large coat.

"What includes you?" jofan asked directly with his cold voice and made Liam slightly speechless and Aurora immediately misbehaved.

"Ask him how many times I had to be heartbroken, " said Liam looking at Aurora merrily, Jofan glanced at Aurora who seemed a little misbehaved, somehow feeling his unhappiness seeing his wife acting like that.

"You're just joking, right from the beginning you were already with Melisa, I'm really sorry about her" Aurora said with sympathy.

"It's okay, he has also suffered long enough, I have to be tough for our son, how are you guys? how many kids are you?" liam said again.

Jofan can not smile, he just started scratching his eyebrows, Aurora noticed it, 18 years of being his wife makes Aurora understand Jofan's gestures if he began to be uncomfortable and bored with a situation, so the, he would scratch his small eyebrows and act unobtrusively, Aurora smiled.

"Oh, yes, alright, " said Liam with that friendly smile,

Jofan looked at him seriously, showing his aura of leadership, his eyes like warning Liam not to mess with himself and his wife. But Liam is not a person who does not like challenges and he is also not an ordinary person, getting that view, he instead challenges him with a sweet smile.

"Aurora," Call Liam again to Aurora and Jofan who have started to go away.

"Yes?" said Aurora who felt called, she looked towards Liam who turned to look at them, she reached into something from her suit. Jofan frowned looking at Liam's behavior.  Liam took something out of his wallet and handed it to Aurora who looked shocked and dumbfounded to see what Liam handed over, he could only shut up while looking at Liam's face.

"Remember when we parted, I've fulfilled it, for you I keep it, I think it's time to give it back to you, 23 years old, hopefully you still remember it," liam said with a sad face that holds a lot of meaning that even Jofan does not know what it is, Jofan is really not at home with this atmosphere, the feeling is really uncomfortable now.

Liam turned around and immediately left even before Aurora could stop her shock, Aurora could only see the man's body leaving her, she saw a dried leaf laminating, she said, on the leaf were written the words he had written.

Behind him seeing a signature, Liam fulfills his promise to Aurora, making Aurora feel shocked, moved but also uneasy.

Jofan who saw it could only be silent, he could make sure that there was something between them, therefore Jofan just go from there, he does not want to make his feelings more painful and also does not want to be out of control and even have an impact on Aurora.

Aurora, who saw Jofan leave, regained consciousness and soon followed her husband, who was walking quickly, when he arrived at the lobby, Jofan stopped and waited for his car to be delivered, after their car was in front of them, Jofan opened his car door for Aurora, Aurora looked at Jofan's face which did not look at her in the slightest, looking so cold, it was very cold, Aurora knows Jofan is angry but angry because of what? isn't Aurora not making any mistakes?. When they're done, they leave right away.

Aurora was still holding onto the dried leaves, not expecting Liam to remember and keep them.

"What's that?" asked Jofan who could not bear the curiosity, he had actually tried to refrain from asking, but saw the silent gaze and Aurora who continued to hold the leaf, she said, his feelings immediately revolted to ask.

"Oh, this, a leaf from a novel that I had read in college, this leaf was inserted by the author as a book barrier or it could be a means to write a message, the novel was titled 'a note of Love on dry leaves, ' I liked it so much first, " said Aurora with a slight smile remembering about her past, Jofan saw that smile felt very disturbed, Jofan and Aurora may have lived 18 years together, but Jofan doesn't know about Aurora's past. He never asked.

"What does this have to do with Liam?" asked Jofan again, unable to hold himself back.

"E .. when she wanted to continue her studies in America, she said she wanted me to wait for her, but I couldn't accept it because I just felt like she was my sister, so I gave her this leaf, if he can get the author's signature and when he can get it and give it back to me, I'll take it," said Aurora weakly in the end, reminiscing a bit about it, Jofan gritted his teeth, gritting his teeth, for some reason his feelings became like this, his breathing was heavy and he did not like this, his emotions suddenly appeared, he wanted to be angry, but did not know what and who to be angry with? so he just squeezed the wheel of his car.

"It's just a memory that needs to be ignored, already 23 years ago, he just returned it," Aurora said immediately so that Jofan did not misrepresent.

"It doesn't matter, after all, from the beginning we already had an agreement, you are free to be with another man if you really want it, I won't ban you" Jofan said with a slight smile, his heart and lips were completely at odds right now.

Aurora looked at Jofan's face, and her face turned sad, how Jofan said that, like a slap back for Aurora, as if she meant nothing to Jofan, so the feeling all this time that Aurora slowly felt, meant nothing, Jofan was good to Aurora now, just because he was watching the woman he loved, too, but Aurora still hopes for Jofan.

Their journey was taken by silence, no one spoke, only dissolved in the feelings of each who had their own groove.
