Rhinayung
The Warmth of Bu Tia's House

I'm fifteen minutes late to Miss Tia's house. But that's not a problem for Ms. Tia. Jobs are always there, because Bu Tia has an active toddler who likes to paint. Yes, sometimes I find it difficult to clean the floor from the watercolors. Sometimes I also find a lot of watercolor stains on the clothes I iron. But said Ms. Tia, it doesn't matter. When a child grows up, he will never do that again. Such times exist only in the age of children. Really, Ms. Tia's a good old man. I don't envy or wish I had a parent like Bu Tia, but at least I can treat my son later like Bu Tia treats her child. Never mind, the current fate is enough just for me!

"Rinayoung! Right, you don't have a learning problem? If your grades are bad because you work in my house, I'm not good with your parents later" Ms. Tia said as she approached me.

I smiled, then stopped my work to answer Ms. Tia's question.

"No, Ma. Alkhamdulillah, I can still follow the lesson as usual."

"Have tried out?" continued.

"Next week, Mom."

"Then, I want to know the value of your try out. Oh yeah, I have some exercise books. I have prepared. You can take it home to study at home" she continued, which made my heart flower.

My heart is really prancing. Meeting Bu Tia, is the most beautiful gift I have right now. All this time, I only read books that were loaned by the school. My friends always photocopy if there is a question exercise book, while I do not take photocopies because of limited costs. But today, Miss Tia was very kind to me.

"Thank you, Mother. I'm very happy. So far I have not had a practice book about it at all," I said with excitement.

"But remember yes, I want to see the value of try out you!" continued.

"Good, Mom!"

"I have a hard time cleaning, Rinayung! I can't wait to wash my hands either. Let the machine work. The important thing is that I can keep an eye on Dizky. Can't moan a bit. Dizky is very active!"

Mom Tia's voice surprised me. I didn't realize that what I was doing was also noticed by Ms. Tia.

"Mom, what if Dizky is given another alternative to change the watercolor? Of course, which is easy to clean, safe and relatively cheap," I suggested a little presumptuous.

"Is she?"

"She, Mom. If you like, you can replace watercolor with food coloring. It's safe, Mom. The stain is also easy to clean. But maybe the result won't be as good as watercolor for painting."

"Well, maybe too! The result is not good, it's okay. Later if Dizky has started to understand, then replaced the watercolor."

I'm so happy, Ms. Tia accepted my proposal. I remember, art lessons in grade 6 Elementary School first. An alternative to watercolor is food coloring.

Really, the warmth of the family I felt inside Miss Tia's house. A mother who patiently guides her child, a mother who keeps her child creative and a mother who pays more attention to her child's psychology. All of this, will be my obsession when I grow up. I will note in my mind, that is how to treat a good and right child.
