Rhinayung

Rhinayung
Less Sane

The daily wage from Tia's mother I always saved. That was a good amount during the week I worked. I've never had this much money before. Really, I'm so grateful.

But today, I came home after Maghrib. Work increased a little. It doesn't matter to me, because I'm not afraid of the dark. I'm not afraid of demons, hehehe! I have been facing the devil every day. That is, the male demon of the future inhabitants of hell who always doctrines and tortures me.

"Rinayoung! Go home!" my father said that surprised me.

Just now I'm talking to you in my heart, uh the guy appears from behind me.

"Yes!" I said while walking slowly.

"Back home!" this time, my father's clash increased slightly in volume.

"I want to stay at my grandmother's house" I said, stopping my steps, but not looking at my father's face.

"Go home! Otherwise, your stuff still at home will burn you all!" my mother's dream turned out to be next to my father.

Oh my God, is this like a mother? Why is there no soft and affectionate caress to me? Oh, my mother once told me that I was an unwanted child. Not because I was a bastard, but because I was born a woman. Ok! Free, talk! But this is an age of female emancipation. Let me see later, how that expected boy. If I succeed, I hope to succeed too. My parents' son is my brother, of course I wish the best for my brother. May my sister really be the expected child and not be treated like me.

"Come on!" pulling my arm, my mother took me home.

I just obey. I don't know what else to do with me? Just like them! The child is taken by God. How to keep His care, that is my parents' business with God. But I don't want to be a hypocrite. I swore an oath to my parents after they hurt me. Because I'm only human, no matter how I am, I still have a heart that can hurt.

Arriving home, my mother sat me in an old rattan chair. Then dad closed the door.

"Rinayung, do you still want to continue school?" while sliding a rattan chair, this time my father's tone was quite pleasant to hear.

"If you want to go ahead, please! But the list of schools costs money. Even if you get a scholarship now, it won't continue!" timpal.

"Yes, Mom! I understand that."

"Good, if you understand! Tomorrow, get your grandmother's land certificate. It doesn't have to be tomorrow, but before your school registration. That means you only have five months. See you at your grandmother's!" my father again told me to do the unspeakable.

Really, I don't think it out. The real thief does not want his son to be a thief. But what about my father?

"What is the land certificate for?" shifting my seat slightly, I asked my father without looking at his face.

"Don't say much! Just do!" snapped my dad.

"I don't want to!" I continued, intending to leave the house and leave them.

I'm sick of this family. I would be devastated if I stood in the midst of this sane family.

"Rinayoung! Where are you going! You kids don't know they're lucky!" my mother's anger grew, until a slap landed on my cheek.

Barbarically! I'm not gonna cry. But I will remember forever.
