Aaron's Decision

Evelyn never expected, Aaron would make a decision like this. The unexpected decision even made his heart slump.

Evelyn was so confused by her feelings at this moment. When Aaron was nearby, he wanted to be free and free from the man's entanglement. But why when Aaron released him, his heart was not willing.

"Mom..." Evelyn shook her head. "Elin still misses you guys so much. Elin still wants to stay here."

Anastasia smiled, this son and daughter-in-law are both stubborn.

"You don't love Aaron?" anastasia suddenly surprised Evelyn.

"Ma.I mean Mommy what?" Evelyn was puzzled as to why Anastasia said that.

"We know everything, baby." Alex chiming. "Aaron told me everything. He has confessed and apologized for all his mistakes" Alex said.

Evelyn widened her eyes. The secret that he had been covering up from both his parents was revealed already.

"Daddy isn't angry?" because Evelyn knew Aaron's mistake would never be forgiven.

"Of course Daddy's angry. How could Daddy not be angry when Daddy's beloved daughter was tortured and made to suffer." Alexander growled.

Evelyn was stunned to hear Alex's reply. I don't know why he's so scared that Alex can't forgive Aaron.

"Dad..."

"But Daddy knows this isn't entirely Aaron's fault. He just misunderstood what happened in the past. Daddy knows his father very well. Lisin, he's a close friend of Daddy's. He and his wife died tragically several years ago. And until now Aaron is still looking for the real killer. But unfortunately, there is a third party who scapegoated Daddy, making Aaron misunderstand." explained Alexander.

Evelyn remained silent. He did not expect this truth. "That means Daddy's not Aaron's parents' killer?" Evelyn ascertained.

Alexander nodded, his arms wide open welcoming Evelyn. "Thank God. Elin knows Daddy's innocent. Daddy wouldn't have been able to do such a dirty thing." eventually proven already if Alex was innocent. Evelyn was so relieved that she could not hold back her tears.

Alex chuckles, she can feel her daughter's love being so great for her, but her love is so much greater. "Daughter, you're still so whiny as it turns out, even though you already have a husband."

Evelyn took off her embrace, "Elin loved Daddy so much. Elin couldn't see Daddy suffer."

"Yes Daddy knows. But there's still one thing you need to think about, baby."

"What is Dad?"

"Ask your heart how you feel about Aaron. If you don't love him, Aaron's willing to go and let you go." Evelyn instantly widened her eyes, tears welling up again. "Aaron doesn't want to fight, but Aaron doesn't want you to suffer any more" his vulnerable hand wiped the tears that had battered his daughter's face.

"You're an adult, aren't you? You're Daddy's daughter, you know what's best for your future. Daddy didn't force you, son, but one thing you should know, Aaron loves you very much."

Evelyn took out one by one the items stored within. There was quite a lot of content inside, and Evelyn almost gave up. Evelyn did not want to stop. Until his manic caught something glittering in the very bottom corner of the box.

Evelyn took what she was looking for. Her bead was teary after comparing with the necklace on her neck.

Vague memories of her meeting a little boy appear in her memories. When he always makes the figure of the boy angry and upset. And when he proposed to little Aaron a few years ago.

Evelyn smothered her mouth, holding back haru's sudden weeping.

"Sister Aaron..."

Evelyn ran out of her room. He wants to meet Aaron right now, his childhood sweetheart.

Evelyn went down the stairs. Downstairs, accidentally bumped into Anastasia.

"Elin what's wrong?" Anastasia became panicked to see him cry like this.

Anastasia stunned. "Elins..."

"Elin has to go Mom, Elin wants to see Brother Aaron..."

"Wait for Elin." held Evelyn down, then gave her an envelope.

"Read."

Evelyn hesitantly received the envelope and opened it. "From the religious court?" Evelyn did not understand, her hands were shaking.
